felt right at home. location was great, just a minute walk to the beach. plenty of awesome restaurants nearby. Alfred is such a great host.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We stayed there for almost a week. It was quite comfortable. There's a cafe right opposite to the building, a wine shop etc. Check-in was smooth. Only thing was - cleaning was not included in the pricing. But that's fine. Overall the place is great. Felt right at home.

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

One of the biggest highlights was that it was pet-friendly, which made it perfect for our entire family, including our furry companion. Excellent Airbnb - everything you need, the staff servicing the Airbnb are very friendly and host was great too. Amenities are good (pool and gym) - the gym also not very busy which was ideal.

It was a lovely and homely stay. We stayed for 2 nights and Babaji was always responsive and helped us with late checkin. The place was neat and clean and best part was it was amidst the nature with beautiful view from the drawing room window. There was power backup due to which we were able to work from there and did not observed any wifi issues. There is car parking right outside the place. There is also a small grocery and wine shop in front of the place and quick food items like bread omelette was prepared by the didi ji of the grocery store. The place is little bit far away from beach but one will like the total greenery of the area. We liked our stay in there.

A Perfect Stay Near the Beach! Our stay at Arcadia Villa in Candolim was wonderful! just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, We truly had an amazing time here,so close to the beach. It’s a perfect place for a getaway, and we would highly recommend Arcadia Villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Candolim.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. She was responsive, we checked in late due to flight delay. The only thing that troubled us was reaching there. Just only that. It is in village near mandrem beach peaceful and serene surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained big house, which had everything we needed. As we were traveling with our one-year-old, having a clean and functional kitchen was a must, and it certainly met our expectations. The property is surrounded by lush trees, adding to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Ashwem Beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, resturants nearby for all your essentials. Arambol, Morjim, and Mandrem are also close by, making it an ideal location. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in North Goa, and we highly recommend it without hesitation. Robert, the host, was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering helpful recommendations for local food and stores. We’d love to return to this property in the future!

Manish is an excellent host. He was very Friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Also the two care takers at the stay were very responsive. Overall a very good place to be in Goa as it is nearer to most of the famous tourist spots in Goa. Please visit.

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja tilava sekä tarpeellisesti varusteltu. Ulos oli kauniit näkymät, luontoa. Melvin oli upea isäntä ja auttoi tarpeen vaatiessa. Lapset viihtyivät älytv:n ääressä sekä rauhallisella pihalla leikkien. Rannalle oli todella lyhyt matka. Loistava majoituspaikka!

We had an amazing 3-night stay at this lovely and spacious villa. The private swimming pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax. The cook was exceptional, preparing delicious breakfasts that made our mornings even better. The villa’s location was ideal, close to many tourist attractions, making sightseeing convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit again!

Super cosy home, well-maintained and in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Both bedrooms were clean, and came with attached bathrooms and balconies. Assagao is a good location as there's so much greenery, it's close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants. Lot of options for food delivery as well. The caretaker was prompt and very helpful. We were traveling with our pet golden retriever and she loved the house too. The verandah was a nice space for her to lounge in. Plus so much open space for her to roam around!

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and equipped with all the essential amenities as mentioned. The host was very friendly and provided us with clear instructions on how to reach the property and whom to contact upon arrival, which made the experience seamless. She was also generous enough to give us some recommendations on great restaurants and places to visit near by. Anupama, the house help was available around the clock and always ready to assist us. The location was perfect- close to all the major attractions yet peaceful and serene. I would highly recommend this place to others and would love to visit again!

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

I highly recommend this place. it's look exactly the way the pictures are shown. Salil was very helpful and proactive. His place is a lovely house and we made some great memories. I and my husband will surely visit again.
