Excellent lodging in central Kabukicho. The place was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the balcony was perfect for sipping a chu-hi at sunset. Easy access from major stations, and a lot of my activities I could walk to. If I ever come back, I will definitely try to book again!

I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

The house is exactly the same as the photos or even prettier. Its featured as one of the best airbnb in tokyo:). The property is clean, cozy and thoughtfully prepared. The host was quick in responding with my queries and provided us good nearby restaurant for dining. The subway is like 5-8 minutes away hence making our logistic super easy. there are ebikes n escooters just outside, under luup. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an airbnb stay in Tokyo. Will surely be back again.

Perfect place near bustling business of Ueno, all it took was one station away from a crowded area to a very quiet and quaint "suburbs" feel. Just a walk a way from various eating establishments that is english friendly. Two train stations to choose from if you want to get around Tokyo. Apartment itself was phenominal for its price, amenities are second to none, everything was as listed. Aside from hearing your felloe neighbour's footsteps from above which is still forgivable, the listing is very cozy and spacious. Host was unbelivably responsive. friendly and accomodating, would definately pick this place if I were to visit Tokyo again. 100/10 😃

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Although the check-in process was contactless, the detailed instructions provided made everything easy and smooth. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and came with clear explanations for each amenity, which made me feel completely at ease during my stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets just a short walk away, making it very easy to pick up anything I needed. The location was also ideal for sightseeing, with quick and easy access to major tourist attractions. I truly appreciated the host’s attentive and polite communication, which gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to our family and friends. Zen’s house was very clean and perfect for our 2 girls age 4 and 2 years old. They loved all the toys and plush animals to play with, also being able to connect to Disney plus was very helpful. The closed doors to the stairwells also made it very child friendly so our children could not go up or down the stairs by themselves. Zen also provided a baby crib that was perfect for our toddler as well. The walk to the subway was very convenient, and a family mart across the street made late night shopping needs easy. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great house to stay in for a group of 11! We had a blended group of friends and couples, and we all felt comfortable with our space in the home. I’d highly recommend this house to folks with groups as it has a great location between two train stations that are easily a 6-10 minute walk from the house. It was also nice to stay in a peaceful neighborhood after the hustle and bustle of being in the city.

Sakura was responded to questions super fast. The house was clean, right near 711, and near a huge department shop and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the train station and felt like you are a Japanese National walking the streets! Beautiful neighborhood.

這是一件非常棒的房子，家裡的孩子不想回家還想多住幾天😆一切器具都很齊全，生活便利，附近走路三分鐘就有24小時超市非常棒，唯一的缺點就是如果給司機地址，他會跑錯地方，最好給接送司機傳送網路即時位置，比較容易找到，但如果是坐地鐵，房東給的說明很詳細，地鐵站走過去不是問題不大，這是一件很棒的房子，東西都很新，非常喜歡

We really enjoyed our stay. Husband and I with 3 teens felt right at home. We loved the decorated tea room, and I enjoyed the heated rug, must get one at home! Also really loved the soft pillowy duvets. The neighborhood has a cool street that is pedestrian only part of the time. Very convenient to trains.

We had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Tokyo. The location is great, just over a 10-minute walk to Shin-Koiwa Station, with 7-Eleven, supermarket, restaurants and daily goods shops nearby. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by picking us up at the station with luggag knowing we were traveling internationally with 3 young kids. The house was clean, modern, quite, spotless and well-equipped. The furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen was impressively stocked; not only with cooking essentials, spices, and rice, but also with free milk and bread in refrigerator for kids on the first day! A special touch we loved was the small water bottles filled with fresh green leaves placed around home. It felt calming and welcoming. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home, with a host who genuinely cares about your comfort, this is the place!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy walkable distance to train stations, lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our family. Host was very responsive.

This place is in a perfect Location. It's in a quiet neighborhood with Lawson and 7/11 right around the corner. Even though you're in a quit area you are just walking distance to everything you need. Mega Don Quijote - 5min walk, Parco Mall which my kids loved to visit because of the Pokémon and Nintendo Center - 7min walk and Shibuya Station is just a 10mins walk away. The house itself is amazing. Its very clean and modern with many great features. We had a family of 5 and fit with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room with the huge tv with Netflix was great to just relax and watch a movie. Two of the best features of the house that we used was the heated floors in the living room and the drying area in the shower worked amazing to dry off our things after walking in the rain. The only concerns I have are the indoor stairs are very steep for kids/elderly. We were very happy with our stay and Ayaka was a great host.

Great Little room in a very accessibile and versatile neighborhood. the host Qiang, makes everything to make you feel welcome, and gas Amazing stories to share over a Cup of hot Oolong tea. an Amazing Place to spend time in Tokyo.

It's a beautiful place. I wish the host was a little bit more flexible with the early check ins and late check outs, but I understand it's something that cannot always be available. Other than that, amazing place.
