Renta de bed and breakfasts vacacionales en Arambol Beach

We, a group of 4 orthopaedic surgeons visited Goa for a conference and stayed at Leo's serene waters homestay at Ribandar for 6 days Pros: 1) friendly host 2) few metres from highway connecting Panjim and old goa 3) dining area overlooking backwater with mangrove forest 4) two wheelers available for rent, lent to us by Mr. Shafi 5) peaceful environment away from city Cons: 1) bathroom could have been better with uninterrupted hot water supply 2) the room was not cleaned and the bedspread and blanket was not changed not even once over the 6 days period of our stay

It's a nice place to have a chilled stay. Very nice staff with great management. The resort is quiet and the beach is close, nice music in the bar, beautiful garden with cool and cozy night lights. There is even a mini library available.

Comodissima e simpatica struttura a 300 m dal mare, ottimo prezzo, camera pulita ed accessoriata, A/C perfetta, molti servizi disponibili in reception. Consiglio di prendere a noleggio lo scooter davanti, è comodissimo esplorare nord-Goa con il mezzo, e molto eceonomico, adifferenza del taxi. Candolim è stata un'ottima scelta, per la bellezza della spiaggia e la ricchezza dei servizi e dei ristoranti, inoltre è un'ottima base per l'esplorazione. A Per Avel abbiamo chiesto una stanza silenziosa e in effetti la nostra era silenziosissima, l'unica in India dove ho dormito senza tappi per le orecchie (sono molto sensibile al rumore). Il wi-fi funziona solo nella lobby, ma il prezzo è davvero conveniente e consiglio di comprare una sim indiana per avere internet durante tutto il viaggio.

The secret garden is like a hidden retreat, tastefully curated by Helene. From cute wind-chimes at the doors, antique furniture, colourful garden decor, a well-lit pool to an AMAZING BREAKFAST that she cooks for her guests, using the vegetables and fruits that she grew herself in her garden!!! You’d see a ‘chikoo’ tree right by the pool side, and all the other vegetables growing around. The place is luxurious and yet authentic, in contrast with the nature around it. It can inspire anyone to create, learn and just to live fully in the moment, for a while! They try to provide their guests with utmost convenience, from booking a scooter for their stay to arranging a pick-up and drop, from the airport. And the best part is, you won’t even realise when the house- keeping will just quickly fix your room, while you’ll be having your breakfast or taking a dip in the pool. As soon as you come back to your room, you’ll see your bed, all made, water bottle refilled with cold water, cleaned bathroom and used towels replaced with the fresh ones. Our stay lasted for 3 days and honestly, the beautiful memories from this place have hijacked everything else that we did in Goa.

Leo is a great host indeed. Easy to approach and very humble. Place lives upto its name "Serene Waters". It's peaceful and quiet away from crowd. Has a nice little pool where you can relax and enjoy food. Leo makes sure food he serves is less in oil, spices and is more like what you get at home. He is always happy to have conversations and shares stories about place and what all things you can see. He goes beyond to help his guests to facilitate their stay and make them comfortable. 100% recommend it and if I get chance would again stay at the place.

Extremely helpful host- Tanaaz, she helped us with early check-in and late check-out due to our odd flight times. property is close to baga beach... 4-5mins walk. The manager at property mintu as well as the staff dhiraj were polite and helpful... they helped us with renting scooty and getting cabs. place was maintained neatly. Tito's Lane is 2mins drive... with all the night clubs and multiple shacks are available at walkable distance. Reminder- Carry your own toiletry(shampoo n soap) and Dental kits as well.

Lovely place, great location with the beach and shops just around the corner.

Nice clean room, lovely balcony, and courteous staff. Do be aware it is a wellness center, not a typical bed and breakfast, and read the house rules - no smoking or alcohol permited. The veg breakfast was delicious!

We had a wonderful trip. A lot of credit goes to the host Mr. Rohan who was kind enough to provide us a well curated list of places to visit. The staff of the property is well behaved and friendly as well. The property is a 150 year old Portuguese heritage home, with well maintained, comfortable and clean rooms.

Had a great stay, staff was incredibly polite and even offered to upgrade my room, very clean place and totally worth staying here.

Brendan's place was beautiful! he was very helpful and friendly. The property is easy to find and very close to Cajy's bar, which has become one of my favourite places to hangout. The room was well ventilated and the washroom was quite big. No nonsense kinda place which I loved ! Easy check-in and check-out! would love to visit again!🌞

Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

Located right at the heart of baga, very close to all the happening places and restaurants and scooty is right next to this place, I enjoyed my stay there felt totally safe with the care takers present 24/7 there. Swimming pool is small I didn't use it, but highly recommend it for people who want to stay closeby to other destinations around Baga Calangute area. I will definitely try this place again for my stay.
