Nice place. It is near the happening places of Candolim and 400 metres from beach. Kim is a responsive host.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Those you planning to find a private peaceful yet happening place for your stay ,short or long , this is the place to be at. Let me start with the star of the villa - the pool . Extremely clean , well maintained and very aptly sized for even a big group . Surroundings of the pool are adequate to just host your own party Secondly the rooms - clean , well lit with well maintained and spacious bathrooms The kitchen is well equipped and more than what you could ask for . The caretaker Sudeep is a extremely sweet guy , very helpful and very resourceful Coming back after a long day of “whatever you are planning to do in Goa” to a clean warm pool and rooms is something I cherished the most about the place Thank you for your service Will surely recommend to all I know

A beautiful house which felt like home. The caretaker of the house Mr. James was a wonder to have there. His hospitality and attitude towards us was so nice. Even if he did not understood English much but he knew right away what we needed. He is the gem to this home. The host was always responsive and friendly towards us. The value we paid was so worth it and the house was exactly like in the pictures. All in all the house is a hidden gem in goa. 20 min from calangute

Wigwam is great, really. The apartment we took for our family of 4 was spacious and veeeery comfortable. The best experience, however, was Samantha, the yoga teacher. I would follow her anywhere.

The apartment offers good value for the price you pay and is conveniently located near Baga Beach. While the property is slightly old, it is well-maintained, and the linens are clean. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

Ritu is a great host. Had a fantastic stay at this 2BHK flat in Siolim, Goa! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-located, offering a peaceful environment with easy access to local attractions. Both bedrooms were spacious, and the living area was cozy. The only minor drawback was that the kitchen could use a bit of maintenance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

it was very very comfortable and nice stay. Manish also take care many things and insure hassle free stay for us. we have 3 kids also and Manish arranged many things for them. Property is very good, staff and surrounding also very helpful. Must recommended stay if you want to visit goa.Rented place for bikes and car also near to property.
