This place was great! The host was extremely responsive, flexible, and informative. Instructions for key elements and features of the house are provided. The location is great and walking (or golf cart) distance to beach, grocery, restaurants, and shops. (Recommend getting a cart). The place had all necessities plus some. The coffee maker is a drip machine (for those looking for that data). A crock pot, blender, breakfast sandwich maker, hand mixer, and all the other normal cookware, dinnerware, and flatware. The extra fridge in the garage was great for storing the fish we caught. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets available. Each room has a TV. Plenty of towels (beach & bath), beach toys & supplies. Heated pool and spa/hot tub was perfect for the kids and parents. Really don’t need to bring much as the place is thoughtfully stocked. The host was amazing. Recommend for balance of “stay in” and swim or enjoy the local activities. Will stay there again

We had an excellent time here! The weekend weather was outstanding...we spent most of our time in the backyard fishing and watching kids play. A bonus was catching two oversize black drum right off the dock! Stephanie was quick to respond to our booking. Highly recommend and we'll certainly be back.

Very hospitable lodging for our party of six adults. The two covered parking areas were appreciated. Once inside, it was clear that this is an upscale vacation home with many fine amenities. Two very large refrigerators, side by side, offered an extravagant amount of cold and freezer space. Kitchen cabinets were stocked with plenty of dishware and an impressive array of glassware for any occasion. Great coffee bar too. Also appreciated the kayaks, which we enjoyed paddling around Salt Lake, and at day's end, the luxury of enjoying the sunset from this home's spacious lakeside hot tub. Thank you for a very comfortable and relaxing lodging experience!

Goyes place was great for our family in December. It was very clean and cozy and the ammenities were thoughtful...we had plenty to last our week long stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and our 9 yr old played in the pool everday. Goye was tesponsive, flexible, and communicated clearly. Downtown Rockport was quaint and Rockport Beach was great for wading in as it was shallow. The house was less expensive than others that were available at the time as it does not have beach access within walking distance, but this worked great for us as we enjoyed seeing many different sites each day.

We loved our stay and will be back very soon! The add in decorations was a wonderfule gesture. Both host were extremely helpful and responsive! Unfortunately our booking was during freezing cold and windy weather so we did not get to enjoy the amenities. But everything was up and ready to go in the case we were brave enough to stand the freezing cold.

It was absolutely amazing! Everything looked like the photos, and was extremely beautiful to see in person. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, as well as the rest of the house. This experience was exactly what me and my kids needed!

Great relaxing place to stay. plenty of room for multiple people easy to talk to host about anything.
