Dakota was fantastic! Love the location in relation to beaches and local restaurants and shops.

We rented this for family members who were in town. It was absolutely perfect. They loved it and it had everything they needed for their stay. I will definitely use this house next time I have guests in town. Thank you so much.

The house was perfect for our work crew, there were 6 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was big enough to fit our trailer and all 5 trucks inside. I could see how this would be a great location for fishing as well, it was 30 minutes from Port A as well as Chorpus.

Stayed here for my 30th Birthday Trip and it did not disappoint! The space was just as pictured. The beach chairs supplied were great and we loved the board games! Location: The house is off of a back road that connects into town. It was a quiet neighborhood during our stay. Keep in minds: The main bedroom’s bathroom is very small but with the larger bathroom, it worked for our party of four. Toilet paper and trash bags were not supplied so be sure to bring those. Overall we loved our stay and made the best memories there! Linda was responsive and very helpful throughout our time in Port A.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving Week stay at the property. Lighted pier was a real attraction. Three bedrooms, and a day bed in the living room. Lots of stuff one can use to entertain yourself or use to go fishing. Recommend this property if you want a quiet, safe place to get away.

Lovely stay! My mom and I took a couple day trip and stayed here with my 3 month old. The home was very comfy, lovely amenities, walkable location. The fenced in yard was lovely. There is a little traffic noise but really didn’t bother us at all! Communication was easy. Would stay again.

Took some time to get check in email with the door code so I had to wait almost 40 mins for them to contact me with the door code but the house was nice and comfortable. Pool was nice and fresh but there were lots of black ants around the pool. But my family and I had a great time and it was relaxing.

We had a great time! Location and space were ideal. Loved having the golf cart. Heated pool was perfect for November.

We had an amazing weekend at City by the Sea House hosted by Sarah! The home was perfect for our family stay—spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest perks was the ample parking, easily accommodating both our vehicles and our 25ft boat. The dedicated water spot made it incredibly convenient for launching and docking. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, making it even more enjoyable for both kids and adults to unwind after a day on the water. Sarah was a fantastic host—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great place to stay with easy boat access, plenty of space, and awesome amenities, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

The location was great. The family loved the pool and having a golf cart available was wonderful. When we had a few issues they were taken care of. We loved the pool, the kids felt like they were in a giant hot tub. Well worth spending the extra on heating it.

Our family has gone to Rockport for a week every Thanksgiving for 20 years. This year was by far the best year. Every year our family multiples and I always worry with the little ones. I had absolutely zero worries at this location. We could sit outside and watch them fish & swim. the dogs had a nice size yard with no way to get out, having the boat lift was a great thing. Most of all the downstairs kitchen that leads right out to the pool, patio and dock. The kids didn't have to come upstairs and track water through the house for a drink or snack and the heated pool kept them busy all day. The canal also dead ends so boat traffic was little to none. It really is a wonderful location.

Keith was such a great host! He was so easy to work with, responsive, and very friendly. The place had tons of space for sleeping and the pool was a nice little feature that we didn’t realize we would utilize as often as we did. Thank you Keith for hosting such a great place!

Michelle was great! Quick response in confirmation and messages. Seaside Retreat perfectly met my family’s needs. Great location; close proximity to the water and pool, which the kids loved! Would definitely book again and have already started recommending!

Alice’s place was very comfortable. The bed was good, the space was pleasant and we enjoyed our time there.

Great place for a great price. Host is very responsive. Parking was ok for our truck and boat/trailer. I didn’t realize on the same property there’s another rental so we accidentally parked in their parking spot but we moved and it wasn’t an issue. Place was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Great porch and outdoor sitting area. We hope to be back again soon.

Take the kids get away from the busy world and just relax. Fantastic backyard ran around with my kids. Great space simple and it was exactly what the family needed. We decided to have Christmas here I highly recommend it! The whole neighborhood was peaceful ran into a few neighbors while on walks some of the nicest folks. The host was wonderful with communication and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

This charming bungalow sits among a beautiful garden. And even though a rare February freeze took its toll, Julie, the host, has already replaced many of them. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood and the surrounding garden makes it even more serene. It is within 10 minutes of both Rockport and Aransas Pass, both which offer a nice selection of restaurants, beaches, lovely views, and other amenities. Julie is delightful and made me feel comfortable and welcome.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! Very clean, well stocked, private and quiet. Easy access to things in Rockport. We certainly would stay again and hope we can do so soon! Thank you, Candice!

Great place to stay first time visiting rock port! Wasn’t too far from everything. Love to cook and kitchen had everything I needed to do so.

This was my second time staying in Whistler cottage and both have been wonderful experiences. It is clean and cozy and if you are a birder an absolute dream during Whooping Crane season!
