This house is a perfect combination of everything you could ask for a beach vacation in Port Aransas. Beach access (300yds) through community walk way (rare) plenty of parking, 5 bedrooms with downstairs guest quarters, decks, private pool, golf cart included, beach toys. You will not find this combination of amenities anywhere else. Beach access through neighborhood was ideal with toddlers so you don’t have to take the golf cart/drive. If you want to drive on the beach, the public access is only two blocks away. There is also a restaurant 100yds away right on the beach which is great if you don’t want to cook every day. Will definitely come back.

Would gladly stay again! Becky was so kind and helpful. We stayed in “the anchor” and found the open-concept porch space to be our favorite; it was an extension of our little house! We ate our meals on the porch, enjoyed our coffee outside, read out in the sun, played bean bag toss, had somewhere for our pup to run around, and enjoyed visiting with our neighbors. We cooked all our meals for the week in THE best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered (we’ve stayed in 50+ air b n bs). The walk to the beach is an easy block down the road and perfect for a group with folks who want to beach all day or walk back and forth. This was our first visit to Port A so I at first was skeptical renting a place without a beach view but turns out that most homes don’t really have a “view” due to the dunes. But… The view here at Dancing Dunes is of a beautifully landscaped garden! Knowing that what I know now, I would book again in a heart beat!

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

Our stay was incredible! For just 2 people, it is more than enough space, very private location, walkable to the beach, and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Would love to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Port A!

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed a short getaway at this lovely beach house. Comfy beds and a very cool bunk room. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and our own private pool! Nicely furnished and appointed, clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice and had all amenities needed. It’s easy to find and close to beach. The only issue had was tv remote in master didn’t work but overall had a good visit. Will stay again in future.

Had a nice stay. For future guests, I would definitely recommend taking along extra dish soap, paper towels(there were none) and just any toiletries you feel you made need. There was no cookie sheet for using in the oven and no blender(no frozen drinks😕). Overall, we had a nice stay! Melissa was great with communication!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. We really liked the openness of the home. The bedrooms are huge and plenty of bathrooms. There is about anything you need to cook with and plenty of dishes. This home is right across the street from the community pool and grassy area for us to take our dogs. The beach access boardwalk was just a few houses down. This neighborhood was quiet but we were here during winter months. We had some maintenance issues with A/C while here and Lee got it taken care of within a few hours. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Great condo, great location, clean and exactly as described. It’s literally within walking distance of the beach by use of the walkway. Super close to everything on mile marker 3.

We really enjoyed our stay at Deborah's condo. It was right on the water and had amazing views. The unit had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Shorely Blessed. Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean accommodations, kitchen very well equipped with everything and anything you need to cook. Icemaker kept up with our use entire week. Enjoyed comfy sturdy chairs on spacious porch with lovely view of the pool and Gulf of America, sounds of waves always mesmerizing. Grounds of Island Retreat landscaped nicely and well kept. Easy walk to boardwalk to reach beach and lighted at night much appreciated. Avant- Stay staff friendly and response time always within an hour. Highly recommend this property, would definitely reserve again if available. We were surely blessed to stay at Shorely Blessed!!!

Our family of 10 had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again! Beds & sofa were comfy, we felt right at home. Easy drive to multiple restaurants, easy walk to beach. Beach chairs and toys on site which made our days at the beach even more fun!

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

I booked this spring break stay last minute, and everything went smoothly! The property was super cute and had an amazing view overlooking the water. Everything was clean, including the pool, and I loved the option to have a midweek cleaning and a stocked refrigerator before arrival—such a thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely book with them again.
