Condo was great literally 2 minutes fron the beach via private access ramp. Home was beautifully furnished. Would stay again!

Enjoyed my stay here!! Very clean, place was as deceived with beautiful views! A few things that stood out: -communication was excellent! -master bed was very comfortable -really nice beach towels -plenty of comfortable seating -has a couple close areas to go for a walk or run -had k-cups and keurig machine (appreciated this!) -quiet Would recommend! Thank you so much for a great first stay in TX.

We all had a blast staying at this condo. The pool was nice, the boardwalk was nice and the game room was big with a sitting area/big screen tv, air hockey table and Ping-Pong table. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

We enjoyed staying here. The place was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking. Having beach towels was a plus, even though it rained a lot. The beach is a short walk from the unit. The balcony was nice too and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you!

This place was awesome, great location close to the beach and all the fun stuff Port A has to offer. Easy check in and place was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Yes the unit was on the parking lot side but for it's price that was fine. On the other side of building you can sit around the pool or hot tub and look out over the water. There was a long pier you can walk out on and seat and relax or fish. Overall we had a great stay and would go back again.

I have stayed at 2 of the host's properties and they were just perfect. The properties are great for small and larger families, depending on your needs. The properties are really well stocked and comfy, and Troy and Jamie respond immediately. Just great folks! The smaller property off Fulton Beach road, where we stayed this time was just perfect as far as location, cost, and convenience. Restaurants and bars are a 2 minute drive, and practically walkable, and definitely bikeable. The unit was very well stocked considering its size. HEB is 5 minutes, Rockport Beach about 7 minutes. Hope Church is 5 minutes. I'll definitely be returning to this unit, especially for quick getaways.

The place was very nice and looked almost new. This is wintertime and it was very warm and sealed up. The location and view was very nice as was the the outdoor and indoor furniture. It rained one day but it didn't matter, we sat inside and enjoyed the home.

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

We booked last minute and OMW!!! This condo was perfect in every way!! I was amazed at how clean EVERYTHING was! I was so thankful to see great brands of gifted toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and coffee! The owner even chose mugs that were heavy pottery to keep drinks hot!! Seems like a little thing to some, but to me it is huge. It’s like we were at my house, but better! THE VIEW!!!! We spent most of our time resting on the balcony, catching up and just soaking in the beautiful bay. You will not regret staying here!

The room was a cozy space for 2! My husband and I enjoyed the space and getting to spend quality time together. The hosts left a great binder with details on check in and out plus some great suggestions on things to do. The place was located within walking distance to quite a few different things to do. Over all we would recommend this space to others looking for a getaway.

I spent 11 days at Fulton/Rockport. Wonderful place to stay. Nice condo. The only thing that I guess a few areas around town are still trying to recover from hurricane damage. But other than that everything was awesome. I will be back. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wonderful accommodations and a beautiful property. My family had a lot of fun and want to make it a yearly trip.

Very nice place, loved the sleeping arrangements. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stalked very well and labeled! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed as a family of 4, two kids in middle school. The place was perfect for our size and the kids didn't have to share a bed. Perfect amount of couch space for our size group. Great location to the pool and the game room was nice when it was rainy though a little aged on those games. We did rent the golf cart and thought it was a great deal, especially since we didn't have to shop around, get charged extra fees or have to go pick up and drop off. It was also a good way to shuttle the electric car to one of the rare chargers on the island and leave it there for a few hours.

Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

Lisa and her place were amazing! She helped make our trip unforgettable with a few suggestions on what to do or where to go, as well as a very accommodating place to stay. Definitely will be back!!

This a great spot with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We’d stay here again!
