The host was very easy to communicate and answered questions promptly! Check in was super easy and the place was very cozy. We had a baseball tournament in Corpus and this place was very conveniently located near a lot, within 15 miles of the ballparks we played at. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's Coral Cay condo. It was nicely apportioned and very comfortable for our party of 5. We loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the large kitchen table and spacious, comfortable living room seating. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our off-season stay. Easy to find complex in an easy location, relatively close to the beach. Home was as described. Sleeper couch was uncomfortable to sit on but the 2nd couch was good. Bed was great and the place is spacious for 2. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!

Tracy’s place was very nice with newer appliances and very nice furniture. We just wish the weather had been better while we were down there. We would have liked more sunshine for the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Ryan’s place! It was perfect for my family of 4. I have two toddlers and they had so much fun at the amazing kid friendly pool! The beach was only a minute away by car we definitely could’ve walked there if we needed to. I appreciated that there was a tv in every room and fresh clean sheets and pillows. Ryan even gave us the option to check in early if we wanted to since the unit was ready and we really appreciated the offer. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town! The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

Beautiful, well kept place. Lots of space with great furniture and thoughtfully provided supplies. Great beach access with convenient access. Night time on the 3rd floor balcony with the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. Kitchen is phenomenal. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Deanna’s place was very quaint. Perfect for a family of 4. Very well decorated and clean, centrally located to restaurants. In walking distance to breakfast places. Otherwise, all the beds in the home are very very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place right on the beach. Had everything we needed and very clean (my #1 priority). We had out of town family who wanted to see a beach - they were thrilled and so were we! Highly recommend!

Debi's place was so cute and fun! It was just as described on the site and a really great value, especially during a spring break time! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfy, and the couch bed was quite nice, too. We pulled it out and watched tv on it. Lots of extra bedding was a great touch since I tend to get cold easily. The temp in the unit was just fine, Debi's instructions worked perfectly to set the AC and fans right. The location is fabulous, just about right across from the beach. We loved the interior of the property as well, even though we didn't utilize the pool. We would stay here again!

This condo is a gem and Steven is an exceptional host. There are a lot of positive elements, to name just a few: - nicely mantained and fully furnished condo. - the very few times we had issues Steven responded quickly and resolved the issues. - 400 steps to the beach. - lower level end unit, open and airy. - nice, clean, well maintained pool. - great picnic/barbacue area with two gas grills. - it's on a beautiful quiet and relaxing area. - specially enjoyed the Barefoot Mardi Gras beach parade. Thank you Steven for making our vacation memorable.

Location was convenient. The condo was very clean! Linens smelled great! And the host was very quick to respond and very friendly! Only con is that the building is old and under construction. I’m sure it will be great once the improvements are done!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We found it to be quite cozy with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved the color scheme of the house very much;) We hope to return someday.
