Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Great location for families! We loved having the pool right outside the door and the sunsets were pretty each night. This place is super close to the beach and the perfect size for two adults and two kids. We had issues with the water pressure in the bathroom and Joseph was able to get a plumber out to fix it and was very friendly in his responses.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

Highly recommended this place!!! John was very responsive and accommodating. I had an unexpected emergency occur and was not able to keep the dates I initially reserved. John was very flexible and was able to change my dates without being charged additional fees. I your every in Corpus and need a place for vacation, contact John. You won’t regret the stay.

This was a great little studio. We stayed at the Sandollar complex many years ago and was happy to see it was still available. We had a little glitch with our door lock, but Devin helped us as soon as he could. It is also walking distance to a number of places and easy driving also. Also, right on the water. Loved staying here and will definitely return. The pool was awesome and the home was comfortable. Really enjoyed it!! Laura was amazing and was quick to respond when we had a question.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Samuels place was great. Very clean, had everything I need and even more. I traveled with my mom and we really enjoyed staying at this place. Very close to the beach,like 3 minutes walking distance. Quiet neighborhood -never heard any noises. Very clean bedsheets and towels. Samuel left some chips and soda for us&we did not use it,but is was very nice of him. I am definitely recommending to rent this space from Samuel. If I ever would go back ,I am definitely will chose this one. In addition,Samuel was very responsive, literally like few minutes and I was getting a response from him. Thank you so much, Samuel,and it was a very pleasant stay at your place!

The room was a cozy space for 2! My husband and I enjoyed the space and getting to spend quality time together. The hosts left a great binder with details on check in and out plus some great suggestions on things to do. The place was located within walking distance to quite a few different things to do. Over all we would recommend this space to others looking for a getaway.

My husband & I really enjoyed this place & stay! Micole was so a perfect host we had trouble with the tv she was over in a blink of an eye fixing it!! She even let us check out later than stated! Super clean place and very comfortable bed!! We would love to come back and bring the kids next time they would love it too!

I love the peacefulness of this place and Scott was always ready to answer questions. It was really easy with his instructions to have access to this place. Loved that we were able to bring our pet as well.

Danny's place was awesome. Close to restaurants, couple of minutes away from beach. And right outside his back door the bay. Beautiful. My son fished morning and night right off the deck. Caught multiple fish. Also has a swimming pool and a hot tub couple of feet away. This is experience was awesome. My family had a great time. Danny always responded quickly to anything we needed. Home was clean and very spacious. Thank you Danny for opening your beautiful home to us. Would I recommend Danny's place of course. Can't wait to go back.

This place was phenomenal 🤩. We had a long travel day from Detroit, not knowing what to expect. Our first time in Texas. All I can say is this is one of the best places I have stayed. Absolutely stunning. Location was amazing. We simply could not have asked for a better vacation.

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at this property, from late January through the end of February. We loved the space, the area where its located and the other great people we met in the building. Everything was as advertised, complete kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. We only had to contact Ken (owner) once or twice and he responded immediately. Our time there flew by as there was always something to do, whether on the Island or in Corpus Christi, the options are abundant. You could have everything from action packed days to quiet ones on the beach, which is right across the street and you can just drive onto the beach and park there. We would certainly not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Very well done. Thank you Ken & Liz
