Annie was super helpful when we arrived. Their place was just right for two people and although a bit uphill an easy walk to town. Also across road from the Amazing Mill. a great place to find a treasure. Loved the fresh eggs, jams, butter, milk and chocolate which made our visit extra special. thanks Annie and Josef.

I had a fantastic stay at Annie’s place! The accommodation looked just like the photos, and all the amenities—like the iron, coffee machine, and hairdryer—were super helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Annie was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages when I needed help. Her check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole experience smooth. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Had a great time staying here. Felt very comfortable and at home. The property is very well looked after, clean and tidy and has everything you might need. The highlight for us were the size and comfort of the beds!

An ideal comfortable home within walking distance to shops, supermarket & restaurants. Has a well equipped kitchen & laundry, excellent WiFi, good heating & airconditioning & everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We always enjoy staying here & look forward to returning again.

We had a delightful stay at Emma's. The house was much more spacious than it appears in the photos. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Location was great and in walking distance to shops. I would definitely stay again and recommend Emma's to my friends and family.

Lovely place only about 10mins from the city centre and less than 5 mins from the lake. My only complaint was the driveway. I drive a Honda HRV and there was very little room either side of the mirrors. Would be great if there was room at the top of the drive to be able turn around so the sensors didn’t go off all the way down the drive. But after doing it twice I had no issues. The air con worked really well. Had to actually turn it off one afternoon as it was so hot. The house must be really well insulated because it stayed warm for hours. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook if your travelling on a budget.

We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

We had a wonderful stay at Liam's house! The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a great variety of tea, which was a lovely touch. The location is nice and quiet, yet super convenient and close to shops and everything we needed. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Lynne and Ray met us at the property with the key and showed us around.Nice and spacious with lovely little touches that we appreciated. Lynne and Ray are really nice people and I would recommend anyone to stay at their property.
