What an amazing find Jason's place is; the apartment is very stylish, with high quality finishes, and well looked after. It's got everything you need while the building itself offers a nice rooftop pool with a spa, two restaurants, a gym and a 7 Eleven literally next door to the lobby. The location is another big plus. It's a short trike ride to the SM mall and walking distance to the entertainment district but still quiet enough to relax after a night out. Finally, Jason is a great host, and very responsive, so we felt comfortable to reach out if we had any questions/issues. We're in Boracay now and already miss Jason's place, which says a lot. Thanks again for hosting us ;)

The condo was clean and looks like the pictures. The roof top pool is awesome!! Host was very responsive and friendly would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!!

We stayed there for a night since we needed to attend a wedding. The host was really flexible in terms of check in and check out since we came from manila early in the morning. The place was really neat and tidy with all the things you need for a hotel or even more! However, there was a miscommunication in terms of the passcode needed before you enter. I totally understood that the host were asleep since it was already 3am when we arrived at their place so they were a little late in responding to our call or text. Regardless, the whole place is nice!

We had a great stay with no issues at all. The unit is perfectly located at Marquee Residences just across Marquee Mall. It is also about 15 to 20 mins drive to Clark where you can enjoy many wonderful cafes and restaurants. The unit was clean and we has everything we needed. It was a perfect stay for a short vacation.

Ang Ganda po ng room na ito nakaka relax po ng sobra , ang tahimik din po lalo na pag sapit ng gabi ang ganda po ng view 😍 at mababait din po ung mga host thank you po sa host na nag a assist samin simula ng pag book , check in at hanggang sa maka check out po kami sa room thank you so much din po dahil pet friendly din po ung Room ninyo na enjoy po namin ng sobra ang birthday celeb ng furbaby po namin 😍😍😍 pero sa totoo lang po nabitin po kami ayaw pa po namin umuwi pero kailangan na umuwi 😅 kaya babalikan po namin ulit ito at hahabaan po namin ang araw na itatagal namin sa room na ito 😍Thank you po Ulit

Thank you for letting us stay. Just two comments, master’s bedroom sometimes have bad smell which we couldnt figure out where it was coming from but smells like sewer smell discharge. But bathroom didnt have that smell though. Second was the bedsheet for the extra bed, it looks like it was super used and have already rips maybe from washing too hard. Probably double check it next time before providing them to guests. Nonetheless, family and I were very happy with our stay.

Aloha Again Doc Bry for our wonderful stay, in my opinion Doc bry unit in Marquee residence is top Notch, i have stayed in a few units there for my Vacation and i can say his unit is the best by far. i also wanted to thank Jennifer and the Marquee Residence staff on there out standing job being professional. until then Sir Much Mahalo

Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. The room was spotless and had a lovely ambiance that made me feel right at home. The soft blanket added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommennded

We needed a place to stay for overnight, unplanned. We are glad that we have found Ms. Ervie property. Despite of short notice, she accepted our booking. Her place is amazing! What you see in the pictures are all true. Super clean and very cozy! Smells very nice! Ms. Ervie assisted us in all our need specially the exclusive parking at the Monaco Tower! This property is highly recommended specially to those people who really want to have a good rest and relaxation. We will definitely book this property again on our next trip to San Fernando Pampanga.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

Antonio’s place is a perfect place for staycation in Clark. It’s right near the middle of high end hotels, restaurant and establishments. And also near SM and public market. Antonio is a superb hosts, always ensuring that we have a remarkable stay. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here many times before and will again in the future. Am already looking at dates in June. Everyone involved with the place from the Owner Eddie the management Staff Shame Ann and Donna to the Cleaners are always very Helpful and Very reliable. Great Location .
