A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

Άνετη διαμονή, με ξεχωριστούς χώρους που εξασφαλίζουν την ιδιωτικότητα. Εμείς ήμασταν τρεις φίλοι που ο καθένας έμεινε στο δικό του δωμάτιο. Οι παροχές άκρως ικανοποιητικές, οι ίδιες που διαθέτουμε και στο σπίτι μας. Πολλή ωραία η θέα από το μπαλκόνι και εννοείται πολλή εύκολη η πρόσβαση στην παραλία. Καθαρή θάλασσα. Ήσυχη και καθαρή γειτονιά . Ιδανικό μέρος για όσους αποζητούν να ξεφύγουν από τη βουή της πόλης και να απολαύσουν τον ύπνο τους ακούγοντας τα κύματα. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!

I had a fantastic stay at Krassy’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood was peaceful. Krassy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided bottle of water and sodas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

Very clean place, well equipped, exactly as described. Only downside, wifi had small issues. Host was really good to communicate with!

A great location with many amenities within walking distance- beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Relaxing views from a spacious outdoor area is the best way to unwind after travel. The apartment had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Fabulous place to stay as is so close to many beaches, historical sites and other great locations such as Nafplion.

Fabulous, peaceful location next to one of our favourite beaches. We slept with the doors open to the sound of the sea. Beautiful room with everything you need including a perfect view of the sunset. Excellent communication with Marisa. Highly recommend this place.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, απέναντι από τη θάλασσα, όλα μέσα ήταν προσεγμένα και ευγενέστατοι οι ιδιοκτήτες.

Flott beliggenhet til sjøen med en fin strand av småstein. 4 ektepar med 4 barn (1år til 10år), koste oss veldig. Bassenget og sjøen var i bruk hele dagene når vi var på huset. Vi hadde 3 biler parkert i garagen under huset, og brukte dem til å reise rundt i området. Rent og pent over alt, godt forhold til verten. Et par spørsmål underveis, ble raskt besvart. Vi syns det var greit med bil der. Takk til Yiannis for et flott opphold og fint sted. Aage

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Charmante maison au calme et à proximité du petit centre ville et de la plage. La grande terrasse est particulièrement agréable, avec vue mer au loin. J'y ai séjourné 1 semaine, en télétravaillant (excellente connexion internet). Je recommande le logement !

We had a lovely time at Markos's place. The pictures did not do the place justice - it was really pretty and super clean. We would definitely book this place again!

Franke place was located amazing in a olive garden with sea view. It was very calm and a place to relax at. We had our private Beach but also hiking paths around leads to other beaches. Had a wonderful stay and would love to come back when I have opportunitie. The place fits 6-7 people easily and all the details with the place was reliefing the city energy. Frank was helpfully and answered quick to all messages I send. Would reccomend warmly the place and Frank as host.

Wir haben das Cottage für über zwei Wochen gemietet und können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Entspannung und Ruhe sind hier garantiert, da der Strand ruhig ist und vorwiegend von Einheimischen genutzt wird. Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind Gold wert. Die großzügige überdachte Terrasse ist neben der direkten Lage zum Meer ein besonderes Highlight und kann wunderbar für die Mahlzeiten oder zum Ruhen genutzt werden. Am letzten Wochenende wurde die zweite Doppelhaushälfte von einem netten Pärchen genutzt. Da die Innenterrassen nur durch ein dickes Holzspalier und die Außenterrassen nur durch eine Gartentür getrennt sind, könnte die unmittelbare Nähe von einigen Urlaubern als störend empfunden werden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Amaliada oder Pirgos (je ca. 15 Autominuten). Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

If you like a local village feel with fantastic views this is for you. The apartment is on the first floor with balconies at the front and back. We enjoyed breakfast on the rear balcony accompanied by the friendly cats from downstairs. The location is a stones throw from a little beach that you can walk along to reach the small quay and fantastic restaurants.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay, even long-term. The bed and linens were so comfy and cozy. Plenty of counter space for cooking and storage. Easy to transport luggage with no stairs and an elevator. Location to supermarkets, shops, tram and sea was perfect. Very clean and the necessary cleaning tools were provided. I really enjoyed my stary and plan to return the next time I come to Athens.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

Je dirai que Agistri au mois de novembre est très très calme… il n’y a aucun restaurants d’ouvert mais une petite supérette pour pouvoir faire des courses et une boulangerie…. Le 1er jour nous étions un peu surpris mais nous avons découvert Agistri et ses petits villages à proximité avec de jolies criques et de jolies balades à faire. Desponia a été très gentille et a apporté les réponses à nos questions…. Un joli séjour mais attention village très calme à cette période… pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité c’est parfait…. Ramener des condiments si vous restez plusieurs jours et cuisinez

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα στο Ακρογιάλι Αβίας! Η τοποθεσία είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα με ήρεμο περιβάλλον, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει έναν όμορφο και ήσυχο προορισμό δίπλα στο κύμα!

Ornella was a warm & welcoming host. The villa is breathtaking! I may have missed on the description, but as with many places in Greece, the number of stairs around the place might be burdensome for some. That being said, we would definitely go back!

This was our second stay at the apartment. We arrived early and Athina was very kind to store our luggage for us while we waited for the check-in time. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants, several bakeries, and grocery stores - 5-7min walking distance. During this stay we wanted to explore a bit of the old city. Whilst a bit of a trip (40min), the tram route was the most convenient, given there is a tram stop near the apartment. Airport trip was also quite easy as one of the express bus routes stops nearby. In the morning (easy traffic) it took 1,5 hours to get to the airport. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Athina!

The flat has amazing view! And there is everything you need there. Was a pleasure to spend time on the balcony. There is very beautiful church 15 minute drive from the place. And there is beach 5 min walking also spring water next to flat. Enjoy the flat it is great :)
