בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

The pictures perfectly show the house and surroundings! We love a small town with enough restaurants to eat out when we want to and this was perfect! The host has a detailed listing of surrounding area with recommendations. The house was clean and well cared for. Any question we had was answered promptly. A great stay!!

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a serene and peaceful space that exceeded all expectations. The home itself is even better than described—beautifully maintained, charming, and the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. Salwa is a wonderful host, ensuring everything was just right and making the experience feel effortless. The location is ideal—close to town, where you'll find plenty of amazing restaurants and picturesque streets to explore. The town itself is stunning, full of charm and beauty at every turn. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough!

When we booked on airbnb we weren't aware that searocks is a complex delivering services including breakfast, bar, lunch and diner. We have been delighted to meet Christos and his team who are kind and offering a tailor made service. The villas are well equiped and offering the expected privacy. We can have been noisy with our kids but were always feeling independant in this complex which was one of our expectations.

A treasure trove of a house! Superbly decorated with precious objects and paintings. My 4 year old grandson discovered paradise in the attic full of wonderful toys that the owners generously allow the guests to play with. The plunge pool was a godsend in the heat. The house is very conveniently situated near everything and is a perfect example of the aesthetic of the Captains houses built when Galaxidi was a hub of shipbuilding activity. Staying there was a unique experience!

My review may be a bit different from others . As Greek Americans visiting this location was beyond our expectations! First off the kind Emy made sure she had supplied both yes both refrigerators with all of our requests. The house , balconies, pool area are pristine! This is where my review becomes different. My family who are Greek and live in Athens were literally shocked with the home for its beauty ,cleanliness and comfort. We went out one night for dinner . We loved the home so much we either cooked or ordered in and watched the sunsets . We celebrated my sisters 60th birthday, my husband was able to work ( WiFi is great) , my nephew even got to watch all the soccer games he wanted ! The lower level leading to the pool is literally a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and sitting area. My older kids really loved that bit of separation. I truly could go on and on about this home . Truthfully it is the first time I have felt that relaxed away from home . Must visit!

Superb in every way! Great cozy villa with everything we needed and above all excellent atmosphere and hosts. Katerina and George were amazing and accommodating. Highly recommended! Thanks Katerina and George for all your hospitality, we had an amazing time!

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

We had a terrific time at Nafplio Blue Topaz villa. The outside space is fantastic, with a great view on Palamiti castle. Inside you can find everything you need, airco in all the rooms, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms ok. The location is very close to Nafplion centre. Shops and a great 24h/24 bakery Kosmos nearby. Communication with Nick was very nice and helpful. With a further renovation inside of the kitchen and bathrooms upcoming, it’s even going to get better. Don’t hesitate to book this villa if you are planning to stay in this beautiful region.

This house is great. The description and pictures don't do it justice. It's 6 bedrooms over 2 units. 3 in a fully kitted out basement apartment and 3 upstairs in the main house. Our host sorted out transfers and a local sailing trip that was amazing. We loved every minute in this house.

We had a grwat time in Dressa, around 1h drive from Athens. The area had lots to explore and offer with good food, and bakeries. The house.was very big and spacious and we all loved the nature around it. We visited in mid October, and it might have been a bit too cold already to swim, but we enjoyed our time walking around.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The view over the town and sea was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the house was really comfortable. Katerina went out of her way to be helpful with transfers for us and our luggage to/from the port, and helping us hire a quad bike. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spetses.

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach klasse. Insbesondere sticht die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers heraus! Immer hilfsbereit, einwandfreie Kommunikation und proaktivität. Ich würde immer wieder gerne hierherkommen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und einen wahnsinnigen Ausblick! Das Studio ist etwas dunkel und hat kein Ausblick. Ist aber trotzdem völlig ok. Die anderen Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und quasi von überall (außer dem Studio) hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Es fehlt an nichts. Tipps für andere: leiht euch ein Auto. Anders kommt man auf der Insel nicht voran. Es gibt einige Katzen in der Gegend. Die sind sehr lieb und gepflegt aber als Allergiker könnte es schwer werden.

Das Haus ist Deluxe. Sehr grosser Wohnbereich. Balkon mit Blick auf Kalmata mit Tisch zum Frühstücken. Große Terasse mit überdachter Sitzgruppe, Hollywoodschaukel und guten Liegen. Der Pool sehr groß, sauber mit Blick aufs Meer. Alle Zimmer sehr sauber. Betten und bad gut. Die Küche mehr als Voll ausgestattet. Nespresso, Kaffemaschine, Sandwichmaker und mehr. Alle Töpfe in sehr gutem Zustand. Viel Geschirr damit der Geschirrspüler nicht immer läuft. Grundaustattung mit Gewürzen, Kaffeefilter, Bier, Wein Pizza bei der Ankunft Waschmittel Duschgels etc. alles vorhanden. Maria kümmert sich liebevoll und kommt mit kleinen Geschenken besser geht nicht. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Bett/ Handtuchwechsel nach Wunsch. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Griechenland gemietet aber dies war mit Abstand das beste. Es gibt einfach nichts negatives. Man beötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Ein Lidl ist in 5 Fahr Minuten zu erreichen weitere Supermärkte in 10. Strand und Strandrestaurant in 10 minuten.

Wir hatten als Familie zu dritt ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reihenmittelhaus mit luftigem Wohnzimmer und sehr großzügiger Terrasse. Den privaten und nicht einsehbaren Poolbereich haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, jedoch störte uns insbesondere abends auf der Terrasse die Lautstärke einer wahrscheinlich dem Pool zugehörigen Punmpe. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und der Wasserdruck schwankt stark. Die Küche ist schön und funktionial, ist aber mit zwei Kochplatten (und ohne passendes Kochgeschirr um auch beide Platten nutzen zu können) nicht praktikabel, um jeden Tag zu kochen. Zudem fehlt ein Geschirrspüler. Ungewöhnlich ist der herausragende Service - die Betreuung gleicht eher der eines Hotels als einer Ferienwohnung. Das Haus wird (auf Wunsch) täglich gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern versorgt, auch das Geschirr wird gespült. Die Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Auch wenn nicht alles perfekt war, können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.
