We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

Great home, just like listing. Location on beach was beautiful and peaceful. Relaxing to sit in hot tub and watch waves or sunset. Very quiet in winter which we expected. Most stores and restaurants have winter hours and many not open during the week in winter so plan to drive to the larger towns. Tunnel beach and cape falcon offered great scenery.

This is a great place for a getaway. Among my favorite features are the expansive views of the coast from the first floor living room, the game room, the kitchen, and the theater room. It’s cozy. Brigid was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We’ll be back.

We spent the weekend at Rockaway to celebrate my husbands birthday and I was off on the dates. Max was great helping me get another rental that was available for the dates so we didn’t have to cancel our original plans. The house was super clean and perfectly decorated. Very comfortable sleeping.

We stayed in the three bedrooms upstairs unit of a duplex. The view from the deck was magnificent. The beds were comfortable and we had a blast playing ping pong. The kitchen is huge. It could use a couple of bowls but otherwise well appointed. The living room furniture is ok but I wish was a bit more plentiful. Walking straight from the stairs off the deck the beach is less than 100 steps away and amazing. The bathrooms were well stocked with an eye to hospitality. I would recommend to friends and would consider staying here again.

This house in Seaside was an absolutely perfect escape. The ocean and forest views from all windows were breathtaking. Such a serene, comfortable spot to relax. The house was comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and the gas fireplace made it easy to create a cozy feeling. Everything was so clean when I arrived, making it easy to settle right in. 10/10 recommend this house! So clean, comfortable, and relaxing! (And the heated bathroom floors and smart toilet changed my life, looking at upgrading my own home bathroom now!) Malia is an awesome host, and has the best cleaning staff! I look forward to booking many more properties with Malia!

This was a wonderful place to spend the weekend with our family and introduce our newborn to the ocean. We has a great time. The beds were especially comfortable and the hosts were friendly.

Absolutely fabulous place, beautiful sights. Amazing house. Loved the early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay here again if available. Easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the weather and having a fire.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Great view. Even in the rain. Relaxing stay. Access to gym and pool was a nice extra.

Everything about this house was amazing ours kids said they will never forget this trip. The pool was a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep beautiful back yard and view of the lake. So close to the beach. Plenty of towels.host was great. Bbq grill for use in the back and fire pit. Absolutely will book again.

Such a beautiful place to stay over the holidays. Just minutes walk to the beach, the dogs loved it!! Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

I really liked the house, it is cozy, clean, bright. It is located in a good and quiet place. There are also toys for children, which we really liked.

Great location, beautiful home and easy walking to our favorite restaurants. Loved the fully fenced in backyard for the pups. Would stay there again for sure!

Our group had a great stay at Brett's place! The location is right on the beach with amazing views, and Brett was a great communicator and very responsive throughout our stay. When a winter storm blew the power out, Brett was very helpful and fast in addressing our questions and needs. This is a great home for a large group, and it was a nice perk that almost everyone had their own bathroom! Kitchen is beautiful and everything is exactly as described in the listing and photos. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the morning walks on the beach were amazing. The street is quiet and neightbors are all friendly. The home has everything we needed for comfort.

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. The location is very walkable- only a block to the beach, a few minutes to Sea Level Bakery, and a few minutes more to the Fresh Foods grocery store. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and front porch. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely book again.
