Home was perfect for me and my family (4 mo old baby). We stayed for 3 weeks. Very clean and nice looking home. It’s private and well located, walkable. It’s a little noisy, thin walls so it’s easy to hear the neighbors but they provide a sound machine which helps. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

This is my second time renting out this place and it’s just as good as the first time, cozy place, inviting, calm neighborhood with a park across the street. A very spacious place that feels like home the moment you walk in. I’d stay here again and likely will since I attend shows at the golden 1 center.

Everything here is perfect. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to journey out. 😉 East Sacramento is perfect for us; love the Canadian geese at McKinley park. We walked everywhere for days. Don’t miss the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted at Gunther’s Ice Cream if you come this way. Connie & Joshua

Russell's place was very clean and centrally located within walking distance to the Capitol. The washer dryer in the unit were a plus. He was very responsive when I asked questions. I definitely recommend this spot!

Staying in this home was comfortable and relaxing. The entire place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed (plus more). I appreciated the easy, quick communication with Kate, and the ability to check in early. The pack n play and high chair were very helpful too!

Iris is very responsive and friendly. Iris will do as much as she can to make your stay comfortable for you and your family. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked that there were plenty of towels, and we didn't run out of hot water even with 5 adults taking showers. Also, the house was perfect for a toddler; it had everything we needed like a highchair, crib and toddler activity table for our grandson to use.

Such a beautiful place! I was visiting my daughter and her newborn baby, and we wanted somewhere that felt like home. Tony’s place was exactly that—warm, comfortable, and inviting.

The property was easy to find, great location and a stones throw away from downtown Sacramento and Sutter health Park. The accommodative were great and I would consider to be better than a 5 star hotel. All the conveniences of being at home. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. I was also surprised to see that there was a wireless Apple Watch charger and a wireless phone charger. This was great since I did forget my watch charger. There was also an adjustable back light mirror in the bathroom. All these features added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Sacramento area.

This place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great little neighborhood. The bed and linens were really soft and clean, the couch was cozy, and overall just a fantastic Airbnb!

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

We did an extended stay due to renovations happening at our home. When you pull on to the street, it can look a little sketchy, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you go through the gates of the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. Garrett had wonderful communication and could not have been more accommodating for my elderly parents. Would stay here again if a need in Sacramento arose. Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!
