Giusti made us feel like we have arrived home. Every day he will ask if we needed anything. Super proactive, respectful and funny guy. I stayed for a whole month with my two kids and I can honestly felt super safe. Apartment it’s super clean, comfy and has everything you need to be comfortable. We will definitely be back. Nos encantó la ubicación, justo frente a la playa, solo cruzabas a la cera del frente y ya estabas en el balneario de Rincón. Especificamente el apartamento también queda justo al lado de la entrada al edificio, por lo q el acceso es bien fácil para la entrada y salida. Si quieres ir a la playa a pie...está super accesible. Igualmente a la piscina. Sales del apartamento y justo de frente tienes la piscina del complejo. Todo a un pasito. El parking asignado, igualmente a un pasito. De verdad q todo super fácil para disfrutar de esas amenidades. En cuanto al apartamento, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo lo q necesitabamos. Nos pareció una estancia maravillosa y de seguro volveriamos. Nos encantó.

Everything was perfect. Ariel was very attentive to us. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I really liked the little touches upon arrival. We really loved it. Definitely Recommend!!!

We loved staying here! The location was great for our 2 night stay. We were able to explore Rincon and Aguadilla in an afternoon. Access to the garage was very nice and we felt extremely safe here. The air conditioning was nice and cold and the space was very clean with lots of travel info to browse through. morning coffee on the balcony was the best way to start our day. David was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Excelente apartamento para pasar unos días desconectados y cerca de la playa. Recomendado 100%. Cerca de restaurantes, una playa tranquila y un espacio acogedor.

It was absolutely beautiful. This home is perfect for families, and it’s in a great location. You feel safe, there are so many places nearby, and the town is gorgeous. This location was spotless, and there were great amenities available such as towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. I would recommend this airbnb 110%. I would love to return here for my future stays. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts! Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

This place was amazing and everything we had hoped for for our group vacation. Carmen was super responsive with any questions we had and she gave detailed instructions for finding the place and checking in. We had plenty of basic supplies and made use of the beach chairs and towels. The veranda and pool were fantastic and you just can't beat being right on the ocean. It was very clean, had nice landscaping and comfy furniture inside and outside as well. There are restaurants nearby (thank you to Carmen for the recommendations) and a great beach down the road with a nice swimming lagoon. It was a great jumping off point to get to many places in the island and a short, 45 minutes to the airport and Old San Juan. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our time in this Airbnb. Very quiet neighborhood at night walking distance to a lot of things. House was just as pictured on website very clean. Host was very quick on replies. I’ll booked with them again.. thank you for sharing ur house with us ❤️

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

Great listing and just like the pictures. Literally 2 min from the beach and can see the views from the home! Comfy stay, rainforest shower head, everything updated! The locals are even better! About 30-45 min out from San Juan but perfect if you want more relaxing and cultural stay vs in the city stay. Would 100% book again :)))

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

Excelente apartamento, muy limpio, céntrico y lo más importante para mi súper seguro. Todo con seguridad para dejar el auto y entrar a las facilidades. Es hermoso, la vista, el ruido del mar es espectacular. La verdad que me encantaría volver muy pronto.

I love to return to Casa Cotorra, immaculate apartment, extraordinary amenities and it close to supermarkets, a bakery and Rincon beaches.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.
