Absolutely wonderful, would definitely stay at this Airbnb again. Rafael, the host was extremely responsive! every single time I had a question or needed assistance with something. He was extremely responsive and and very kind. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a Private community that made us feel super safe The area itself was really beautiful, Had a swimming pool, beautiful walking paths and It was right near the embassy hotel which you are allowed to enter to get to the experience the beach at no charge! Which we loved!

This home is breath taking!!!! Wilton was so attentive and left some complimentary treats which we really appreciate it and also connected us to a masseuse to get a massage while enjoying the view!! Recommend to everyone wanting a peaceful stay!

Amanda’s villa is a perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation in beautiful Puerto Rico! We had a wonderful stay. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and all the linens were clean and sufficient numbers for all 6 of us. Amanda provided some great local restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of and enjoyed. Couldn’t recommend Amanda’s place more.

The house and location are absolutely amazing! Like others said, we bought groceries beforehand and stayed put for 3 days. We hiked down to the river in the mornings, spent afternoons by the pool, and enjoyed amazing sunsets and full moons in the evening.

Holy cow! I cannot say enough about this place. We felt like we were living in a dream staying here -- private beach, private pool, and near everything we could ever need beyond that. Highly recommend checking out Rincon Boricua for some amazing Puerto Rican food!

A very nice spot. Walking distance to 2 beaches. Town of Rincon just minutes away by car. The apt. was comfortable, clean, perfect for 2 couples or couple with kids, or 2 adults. Comfy beds, great towels. Beach chairs provided.

We took a group trip of 6 (3 couples) and Brenda's place was perfect. Each couple had their own rooms/space and bathroom. The back patio area connecting the two villas is amazing - perfect for having morning breakfasts and grilling out at night. The beach is clean and directly across the street - you can see and hear the ocean from the back patio area. Plenty of great food/bars within walking distance. The villas are gated properties which made you feel safe, and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. The properties were clean and just as described/pictured. Brenda was very communicative when we had questions and gave excellent recommendations. If we travel to Puerto Rico again would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We traveled with a group of 15 people, and this was an excellent Airbnb for our entire family. We all felt that there was enough room for everybody! The host was extremely responsive and super friendly. The home had beautiful, clean modern features. This is a must stay location if traveling with a large group. Would highly recommend and we plan on returning in the future

We have been staying at Rincón for the last couple of years for New Years, and this has been by far the most amazing stay. The house extremely comfortable and, in spite of having to climb a steep hill and descend it to go to Sandy’s beach, the location was great. We had a bit of trouble with Maps getting there, but Waze works much better. And Ryan was accessible to get us there, and available for all inquiries. Overall, awesome experience!

We loved our time at Alana’s retreat! The Isabela Retreat was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Everyone had their own beautiful apartment, but we spent all of our time in the common kitchen/living outdoor space AND in or by the gorgeous pool. It is walking distance to a more private beach and easy drives to public beaches that had restaurants. Our goal was to relax, golf, surf, beach walk, and connect our busy family for a week and this retreat was the perfect location!! Alana was an amazing hostess that always responded within minutes if we needed her. Thank you Alana!!

Roger was an excellent host! He met us at the house when we arrived and showed us around. The house was huge with plenty of room to fit our large group. Roger has 3 dogs that roam the property each day and they are the sweetest, well mannered dogs. You dont see them most of the day as they are out exploring but here and there they come out to say hi witch we enjoyed. With such a large group we accumulated a lot of garbage and recycling but roger took care of that for us very quickly and was always quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from him again.

Hectors place was incredibly AMAZING!!! Beautiful place, such a peaceful experience I’ll recommend it for anyone. 10/10

This place is awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. Walk to everything Rincon has to offer except surfing you need to drive about 5 mins for that but well worth the stay. Definitely would book this place again. Very clean and beds were great.

A beautiful escape from city life! The property was peaceful and well-maintained, with a pristine pool that was perfect for relaxing. The stargazing at night was breathtaking, and my family absolutely loved our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

One of the most beautiful homes in Rincon. My family and I stayed for a birthday trip and it’s a perfect place for people of all ages. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, a spectacular and luxurious pool, private location but central to everything. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

expect power outages, but the area didn't suffer much or for very long. secure home and neighborhood. the house felt like a destination itself, very nice and clean. we had appliance issues and the host was very responsive.

Luis was a great host! He always very attentive, helpful & responded quickly. He helped us when we landed and made the trip easier! His home was clean and was spacious. The pool was very clean and the kids loved it. I recommend anyone to stay there. I will def be visiting his home again!

Josue’s place was oh so nice. We were greeted with cold water and cold beer in the fridge and the place was well appointed and perfectly clean. Very comfortable linens and bed and what a plus to have a pool right there. In spite of it being next to another residence, the place felt very private and super safe. Highly recommended!

Es un lugar muy hermoso, tranquilo y privado Es muy fácil comunicarse con Josefina y responde rápido… la piscina muy limpia y la vista al mar A+… me volvería a quedar. Fuimos en familia y la pasamos muy bien…
