So words cannot describe how at home we felt, they literally had everything someone could need. From Washer and dryers, beds were real comfortable and even had pool floats and coolers if you want to do a beach day. The host was very accommodating to our needs and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. It was only me and my girlfriend and we were able to utilize the extra rooms as each of our own dressing rooms. The outdoor space is something that we loved so much, they just finished another mural on the wall right before we got there. The outdoor space is great for swimming and even watching the sky at night, the stars shine so bright there. Hearing the coquis and having lanterns lit at night as well. We’re already planning our next stay, if you want to go to PR this is def a place you should consider, hour away from San Juan and crash boat. Plus Arecibo has a lot of great eats as well. Great location to stay. Beautiful surroundings, amazing waking up to the sound of the waves. You can go to San Juan or Aguadilla, from this location it cuts down the travel time. La Cueva del Indio is 15 minutes away, The host was great and responsive. Would respond immediately if I had any questions. Clear instructions when checking in and out. Would stay here again.

The place was absolutely great. I stayed with my friends, and the space was ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together. It’s located in an area of Arecibo where, if you have a car, you’re just 10 minutes away from the beach, main shopping centers, and hospitals. The host was very attentive and super responsive, which made our stay even better. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re traveling with family or friends. I would definitely recommend this place to any one.

Very clean beautiful house. Very private and quiet street. We loved that we got to see some of the local animals around the house. During our stay we saw iguanas, lizards, frogs, wild horses, a cat and exotic birds(exotic to us). There are many local restaurants and bars close to the house. The beaches are also close by. The pool area was well maintained and clean. The only negative that I can say about this property is that you don’t have access to a washer and dryer. During our stay we found a laundromat that was about twenty minutes away and when we got there, they were closed for maintenance. We then drove to Toa Baja which ended up being about forty minutes away from the house for us to wash clothes. I’m not knocking this place I knew when I booked that it was not available I’m just saying it would be nicer if onsite laundry was an option. My family and I liked it very much and would love to go back.

We enjoyed our stay in This house. At first there was a misunderstanding when we booked. We thought we were renting a 3 bedroom house, but if it’s less the like 4 people they do not give you full access which was disappointing considering the amount of money that we spent. From a 4 bedroom we only were able to use 2. But we managed and had a great time there. Thank you so much for the hospitality ❤️.

Excellent place to stay for a few days. The neighborhood is super peaceful. The place has everything you could need, pool table, big pool and nearby restaurants, beaches and markets.

El departamento está a una calle de la playa. La vista está hermosa. El vecindario está muy tranquilo. Rosa fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo necesario. El departamento tiene dos aires acondicionados en los cuartos que son más que suficientes para mantener la casa agradable. Le recomiendo caminar a la frutería a dos cuadras de la casa. Muchas gracias Rosa por hacer nuestra vacaciónes muy amenas.

The beach access is really special. So much to explore. It’s not visible from the yard but a very short walk through the back yard leads you to rock formations, tide pools, and a beach to the right. The beach is rough, not for swimming and surfing but great for walking and a quick dip. Near Arecibo — go to Poke Si there. The home is simple and could use some love, but it’s clean and the outdoor space and proximity to the beach made it worth it. There’s a house with some chickens and dogs next door - didn’t bother us, but worth noting.

The accommodations were top-notch, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort and convenience. The space was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made my stay remarkable was the fantastic host. They were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations that enhanced my experience. I felt like I was at home away from home! I highly recommend this to anyone looking.

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and totally enjoyed our stay. It is very peaceful, the lot is private and the house is super comfortable. We will definitely be back if we are in the area. The hosts are welcoming and they responded very quickly. We’ve been to many Airbnb‘s, but for us this one was top.

Safe neighborhood with close vicinity to restaurants, a supermarket and many beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Arecibo

Lugar muy acogedor, tranquilo y privado. Lugar muy limpio, área de piscina excelente para despejarte un fin de semana. Me encantó el lugar, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería sin duda.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space and everything is super clean and gorgeous. Nice quiet area, close to many stores and activities near by and the highway entrance.

My visit to Arecibo was strictly for family purposes. My grandfather who lived in Arecibo all his life passed away and we were there to deal with all the arrangements. Denise's property was central to all locations we needed to visit. The property and Denise were awesome. She kept in contact promptly for whatever we needed. I had to bring my pet with me as I had no one to watch him. And as we walked in we were greeted with a warm message and a dog toy. Thank you so much Denise for hosting us and being exactly the person that we needed during this sad time. Additionally the home was clean, spacious and right next to the beach. It reminded me of when I was a kid and would visit the island. Thanks Again!

Villa Rosa is a very special place. Perfect for my small group of friends with plenty of individual beds for everyone. We kept extending our reservation because we didn’t want to leave! The location is just spectacular, and you feel like you are in the only house that is there (and that is almost true). We enjoyed snorkeling in the little bay right in front of the house as well as walking to other nearby beaches and a couple of local bar/restaurants. While sitting on the huge porch and enjoying the view, we spotted whales jumping out at sea and parrots in the trees. The house and furnishings are not at a “luxury” level, but it is all comfortable and more than reasonable for the price. And the location, location, location is hard to beat. Very memorable stay, and I will be back.
