Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

THE PERFECT LOCATION and the BEST view. We were very pleased with the apartment. The view and location are even better than described. There is some street noise during the day and evening but very quiet at night.

Appartamento situato proprio al centro di Ortigia comodo a tutti i servizi(supermercati negozi ecc..) adatto per ragazzi che cercano il movimento(Ortigia è ricca di locali) sia per famiglie per fare anche alla sera una bella passeggiata in centro (che ne vale la pena.) L'appartamento è spazioso l'abbiamo trovato pulito e ben dotato per quanto riguarda asciugamani,lenzuola ecc non manca nulla. Non ho avuto modo di conoscere Carmelo ma si viene accolto direttamente dall'host dove ho trovato Lucia, sono due persone disponibili per qualsiasi problema, gentili cordiali sempre a disposizione pronti ad offrirti il miglior servizio. E se avete bisogno di consigli su cosa visitare, dove andare al mare o qualsiasi cosa Lucia saprà bene come potervi aiutare. Detto ciò non mi dilungo troppo ma se dovessi tornare in Sicilia sceglierei loro quindi ve li consiglio al 100 %. Dimenticavo l'appartamento ha una bellissima terrazza fresca dove si gode di un bellissimo panorama.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. Giuseppe and his son was very friendly and helpful. They are indeed great hosts! They gave as instructions for the public transport and even prepared everything for the coffee and breakfast! Apartment is clean and very beautiful with the sense of the sea and a song From the birds! We felt really welcomed and we enjoyed our stay! I recommend this host from the heart 💜

Beautiful large apartment in a perfect location. Just steps from the ocean. The place is very spacious and clean. There is no oven but the stove works well. The bed is a bit squeaky and the couch as well. The neighbor is also very particular about how you close the door into the palazzo and confronted me and guests many times. The hosts are wonderful! Kind and very responsive. ❤️

Agata und ihr Mann Mimmo haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns am ersten Abend gleich spontan zum Abendessen eingeladen . Sie sind ein sehr sympathisches Paar, immer hilfsbereit und haben auf alle Fragen sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Stellplatz für ein Auto auf dem Gelände. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig angelegt und durch das Tor zur Straße fühlt man sich auch sehr sicher. Schöne Strände sind ganz schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum von Marzamemi ist bei einem Spaziergang nicht zu weit entfernt. Einen Aufenthalt bei Agata und Mimmo kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Luigi is so great and kindness, as we left a clothe in the apartment, he has putting his additional time and effort to deliver the clothes to our next place! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We spent three nights at Paolo’s place, We highly recommend it, Communication was great, the house is very clean, freshly painted, it has all you need to stay comfortably. Paolo is an exceptional host, he greeted us in person and came again upon our departure. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions about places to visit and eat. Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man auf der Suche nach Ruhe ist. Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein erfrischender Pool machten den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft mehr als erträglich. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns viele nützliche Tips gegeben.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Luca! Das kleine Häuschen hat viel Charme, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und perfekt gelegen – mitten in Noto, über den Dächern der Stadt. Die Terrasse, die man über die Küche erreicht, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Luca ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr sauberes Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Besitzer, der uns auch empfangen und eingewiesen hat, ist sehr nett. Einen Benny haben wir jedoch nicht gesehen, der scheint nur als Vermittler zu fungieren. Insgesamt alles positiv.

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

This apartment was fantastic for our family, it is very spacious. It has plenty of crockery, pots pans and kitchen supplies for family meals and no less than four different areas you can dine!There is a big table in the kitchen and another in the living area plus a glassed in balcony area and another off the lounge. We used the enclosed area a lot as it was chilly when we visited and it was great. Although the apartment is a little dated, and the kitchen particularly is a bit wonky, it is very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. There is plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, having a second bathroom was handy. The shower enclosure is quite narrow and the other bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower which may not suit everyone. The area is lacking a bit of charm, but nevertheless does feel safe and makes up for this with convenience, being handy to the station, historic sites and old town which are all a short walk. We would certainly stay again!

Jederzeit wieder! Vom ersten schriftlichen Kontakt, über den Check-in bis hin zur Abreise hat einfach alles wunderbar geklappt. Hier sind Profis am Werk, die persönlich und sehr herzlich kommunizieren! Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Groß genug für ein Paar und die Terrassen ermöglichen es dir, entweder in Ruhe zu entspannen oder aber mit Blick auf die Straße am Strand-Leben in Lido di Noto teilzunehmen. Wir haben es geliebt, mit einem Espresso in der Hand auf die Straße unten vor dem Haus und dem dahinter liegenden Meer zu schauen. Innen wird es euch sicher an nichts fehlen. Der Außenbereich ist toll und all die vielen Strände in der nahen Umgebung mit all dem kristallklaren Wasser sind einfach großartig. Für uns ein tolles Gesamtpaket, das uns sicher wiederkommen lässt!

super süßes Appartment. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren dort 10 Tage mit kleinem Kind. Sehr angenehm ist der Aufzug. Außerdem ist die Gegend eine absolutes plus. Sehr nah zum Strand. Außerdem ist ein Spielplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite und dieser ist gerade für italienische Verhältnise traumhaft... Groß, schattig durch Bäume und mit hochwertigen Spielgelegenheiten. Die Familien aus Avola treffen sich dort und man kann in kontakt kommen.

We loved staying at Giovanna’s lovely apartment. It’s right above Ortigia’s incredible food market, where all the food is delicious - whether cooking amazing produce yourself or indulging in the tonnes of great restaurants. Everything about our trip was easy. We’d very gladly come again.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulitissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, fatto lavatrice e goduto del bellissimo terrazzo. Il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema. E non è cosa da poco.
