It was a great place, so whenever your going to Simala and other places going south of cebu. this place is a great place to stay. I love the community, the townhouse is very cozy and homey.

Veza’s place was fantastic! It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes away from Alona Beach and 10 minutes from Panglao Airport, making it easy to explore the area. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the subdivision, so dining out was a breeze. The house itself was spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional toilet. It was perfect for our group. One of the standout features was that they provided utensils and towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. Not having to pack towels saved us from extra weight in our bags, and it made the experience even more hassle-free. The environment was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Veza’s place, and it was great value for money. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in Panglao!

First off our host Atty. Wi is wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was as advertised. Air-conditioning unit in the living room and main bedroom are split types and works very well. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you should need on vacation. We loved the WiFi, very reliable and we averaged 260 mbps down and up. Hot shower worked well. There is dispenser unit for cold and hot drinking water in the kitchen. Tricycles are easy to find as the guards in will help you find them. Neighborhood is very quite and safe and there is a guard post at the sub division entrance. After the first week, we decided to stay another so we stayed a total of 2 weeks in this lovely home.

This place truly feels like home—relaxing and cozy. It's a perfect escape from the bustling Alona Beach, which we usually prefer. To explore Panglao, you can rent a motorbike starting at just 350 PHP. Plus, Alona Beach is only a 12-15 minute ride away by motorbike.

Beautiful place inside and outside. Private territory, spacious house and well maintained. They offer a bigger size like new scooter for a good price. The caretaker, Wilma, takes good care of the place and will assist you if you need something. Will recommend!

it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

Great location away from the busier streets in panagsama. still walkable to most of the restaurants. place is as described. we managed to rent the scooter for 400 pesos for 24h which is just parked right at the accommodation and fuel station is down the road. so very convenient. hosts are really friendly and approachable. they were really nice and provided a change in towels on the third day upon request. Would definitely recommend this airbnb if u are heading to moalboal and prefer a quieter location.

JMC Residence was a fantastic place to stay! We had such a relaxing time. The property itself was peaceful and quiet – exactly what we needed. The instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow, which made settling in a breeze. The pool was amazing! Clean, quiet, and the perfect place to cool off. We really appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked – we had everything we needed to cook our meals, which was a huge plus. We also want to mention how responsive the property management, the owner, was to our questions. Getting in touch and getting answers was quick and easy. It made our whole stay so much smoother. Everything was just so clean and comfortable, it really felt like a home away from home. We'd definitely recommend JMC Residence to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Panglao.

We had a comfortable stay at JJJ's Transient House Rental! The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of 20. The location was ideal—close to the city yet still peaceful. The bathroom was large and convenient, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for those in our group working remotely. Overall, our stay was awesome! The caretakers and host were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and quick to assist with our needs. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panglao or Tagbilaran, Bohol, and we would love to stay here again!

It's rare to find a place that offers an adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups. Most places just try to fit as many beds into limited bedrooms and say that it can accommodate 8 people. But Wen's place actually allows for privacy by giving you individual rooms with their own AC unit (although one was broken). And it's right next to the community pool which we made use of almost daily. On the downside it isn't in the most ideal location; there isn't a lot of things to do nearby. Not a lot of close eateries or grocery stores either, although there was a vegan restaurant within walking distance (I happen to be vegan). So unless you have a car, it's hard to get around; not a lot of TukTuks pass by on a consistent basis. We also wished there had been written instructions provided for the house ie wifi, appliance use, shower pump etc. But Wen is great and very responsive. Due to weather our plans kept changing but he kept in touch and helped us out a lot. Recommended.

Spacious place for a reasonable price. On the main road, but in bedroom no disturbing sound at all. Neighbors are quiet. Warm water, ac, large kitchen with utensils. It takes some time to get to Alona beach, but it is closer to Bohol itself. There are cats living around, sometimes you can smell them. Overall great place.

I had an amazing stay at this newly built house! The place is modern, spacious, and everything feels brand new. The mattress and blankets were so comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with great utensils, so cooking was a breeze. There’s even a griller that doesn’t require charcoal, which was a fantastic bonus for outdoor cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house, keeping it cool and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. Plus, the entire place was spotless and very well-maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

The house is beautiful and spacious, surrounded but lush greenery and so peaceful. Unfortunately we ran into electrical problems which forced us to cut our stay short, but our host Arlene was very accommodating and responsive and gracefully offered us a refund. We would not hesitate staying there again in the future.

very quiet and centrally in Panglao located resort. Children can play outdoors very safely. Despite all the praise, I can't resist saying, The kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned more carefully inside and out.

Peter was a very friendly and accommodating host! His place was very peaceful. A bit of a walk to the main highway to catch an e trike but we didn’t mind the walk!

Absolutely amazing place to spend a few relaxing days. Mei is super friendly and helpful, her response time is less than two minutes. The accommodation is a private villa with a beautiful terrace. The place is relatively new so everything is in pristine condition. The place has an Olympic size pool and is about a ten minute tuktuk ride from Alona beach. Anyone that is looking for a relaxing romantic holiday this is definitely a place that you should consider. I will definitely be back next year.
