Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Arguineguín

Fijne bungalow die ruim genoeg is voor 2 a 3 personen. De slaapkamer heeft een open verbinding met de woonkamer als er dus een derde persoon op de slaapbank slaapt is er wat minder privacy. De ruimte is schoon, de locatie van de bungalow is 1800 meter van het centrum van Playa Del Ingles of de vuurtoren van Maspalomas. Het verouderde winkelcentrum Faro 2 is vlakbij en daar zijn een aantal restaurants en supermarkt te vinden. De ligging is rustig. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep uitstekend en we konden met de juiste codes eenvoudig toegang krijgen tot de bungalow. We hebben hier een prima tijd gehad.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Absolutely loved our stay here! This Airbnb was more than just a place to sleep; it was a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time, everything we needed and more! We can't wait to come back!

Juan Carlos is an excellent host who takes good care of his house and garden. It’s very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen. There’s orange and lemon trees so that you can enjoy fresh juice too. The supermarket is less than ten minutes away, and the lovely Playa de Tasarte is also nearby. You can also visit the beaches near La Aldea, where there’s also good seafood restaurants. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Check in war flexibel möglich. Die Lage ist ganz gut, praktisch ist der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Jedoch befindet sich die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet, daher hat man keine besondere Aussicht, dies war aber auch nicht anderst beschrieben :) Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen fast zu groß, man hat sich manchmal etwas „einsam“ gefühlt. Für 4 Personen optimal. Sonst eine schöne und großzügige Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

The house was absolutely perfect, both indoors and outdoors. We were a group of 6 friends and all had plenty of private space and also lots of areas to socialise. Great communication before and during our stay and we were made to feel very welcome and at home. The area is safe and quiet and only a 10 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful and fully equipped house for friends or family and will definitely book again if travelling to the island again.

Look just like the photos, excellent location for maspalomas, and good restaurant recommendations from Fred. Well equiped kitchen, AC was helpful even in January given the apartment is primarily underground and warmed up with sun during the day. The pool was lovely and warm which our daughter really enjoyed. Thanks for a great few days!

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa en la casa De Francisco y Bruno! El alojamiento está en un entorno precioso, lo único que se escuchan son los pájaros por la mañana, además Santa Brígida es una gran localización desde nuestro punto de vista para poder ver la isla (sobre todo si te gusta la montaña y el senderismo). Estaba todo impecable y no le faltó un solo detalle para poder sentirte como en casa. Además, nuestros anfitriones estuvieron pendientes de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar (tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos leche, aceite, fruta, vino...), dándonos recomendaciones locales y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos pero dejándonos espacio para sentir intimidad en el alojamiento. Desde luego, Francisco y Bruno son una personas excelentes con un rinconcito precioso en la isla en el que nos alojaríamos de nuevo sin dudarlo!

Lena is a very friendly person, available and she always answers very quickly.We spent a week of Christmas holidays, 1 adult+2 children.We rented a car.The apartment is well located not far from the center but also close to all routes to the surrounding towns. It was very clean and well equipped as described.There is everything you need in each room as described.The minimum little things are present so you don't need to buy them just for one week.The beds are good and the sofa bed is comfortable. The shower works very well. There is a balcony terrace equipped with a table and armchairs with a very pretty view on the hills and swimming pools, although in the shade in winter. There is a very large parking inside and outside the property, so it's quite easy to park not too far away. It's quite calm. Also practical in winter/summer, very well equipped with heating/airco .There is a small supermarket in the building and another one next. One swimming pool was warmed, so good. 5 stars.

Super séjour dans magnifique appartement très bien exposé. Les petits déjeuners au soleil en tee shirt sur la terrasse le matin, le top en ce début mars . Jhon joignable très facilement. Tout était parfait.

Lidia is a very responsive and flexible host and always on hand if needed and checks in regularly to make sure everything is ok. The apartment is well cleaned and convenient for all that Puerto Rico has to offer. I enjoyed my stay and if I get chance I would stay again.

Une vue incroyable sur le soleil couchant chaque soir, Une terrasse exceptionnelle, Une cuisine intérieure équipée et fonctionnelle, une extérieure très pratique, L'accès privatif au complexe hôtelier et ses piscines ( dont celle à débordement avec vue sur l'océan ), Un lieu magique pour des vacances de rêve, voilà ce que nous retiendrons de ce super séjour. Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons! Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils.

Überragend schöne Lage! Ruhige Nachbarn (zumeist Eigentümer). Gute Grundausstattung! Couch kann spielend leicht in Bett umgewandelt werden. Stets angenehme Kommunikation mit Nathalie/Eric/Katharina möglich und zügige und freundliche Reaktion (zB bei schlecht funktionierendem Abfluss im Spülbecken des Bades kurzfristig Handwerker geschickt, der einige Verbesserung erzielt hat). Kleines Manko, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers konstruktionsbedingt nicht direkt nach Außen führt sondern durch die Küche. Die Ruhe und die Lage mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen hat alle Kleinigkeiten ausgeglichen.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez Jörg. L’appartement est idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin y est (coffre fort, cuisine bien équipée, linge de lit et de bain, serviettes de plages, glacière, parasol,….). Jörg est très réactif et bienveillant ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Carmen Y Natalia's apartment was better than we expected, probably the best position in the whole complex, with sun from early morning to late afternoon. It has everything you need to make your stay like being at home, just a lot warmer. Check-in and out was very simple, with great communication all through our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to be in this area. We hired a car and had no trouble parking on the road outside. Thank you Carmen Y Natalia for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped. All our questions were answered quickly. Check in was quick and easy. Everything was clean.

Trivelig vert. Svarte alltid raskt på meldinger. Supert sted, flott leilighet, perfekt beliggenhet. Når vi ankom var alt rent og ryddig. Verten hadde satt fram vin og kjeks. Isabel var tidlig med å sende informasjon om innsjekking, sted, wifi-passord, osv. Opplevelse av å bo i luksus. Anbefales😀

We spent 4 weeks here in January/February. We were met by Silvia’s father Gilberto who was kind and helpful. Silvia was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Silvia had provided a welcome pack of fruit, juice, water, ham and cheese, cooking essentials. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work. The balcony is in the shade during the winter but it was lovely to sit in the cool looking at the beautiful view of the sea and hearing it crash on the shore. There is a great pool and communal sunbathing area where you can lie in the sun overlooking the beach. The location of Playa del Águila is very quiet and peaceful, one good restaurant a few minutes walk away. It was a flat 20 minutes walk along the front to Bahia Feliz which has a beach bar and about 5 good restaurants. It is more of a strenuous walk to reach San Agustin which has plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is a few minutes away with excellent service along the coast. Loved our stay.

Fantastic apartment! The terrace us huge and gets lots of sun throughout the day! The place is beautifully furnished and very relaxing.

We hebben hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad , bij aankomst lagen er een paar lekkere dingen in de koelkast en op het aanrecht , in alles was voorzien. Zo lagen er vaatwastabletten, grote strandlakens , er was een kluisje , een hele grote fles met water ( die halverwege de vakantie weer werd aangevuld door een nieuwe fles voor de voordeur te zetten , dank daarvoor ) Het balkon is heerlijk in de ochtend met een opkomende zon en als je lekker wakker wilt worden loop je in een paar minuten naar de zee voor een verfrissende duik... Aanrader :) Al met al bedankt voor een hele fijne vakantie Monica en Luca !!

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!
