Flew in from Toronto, Canada to this beautiful home away from home. Barbara, Graeme (and Rosie) were extremely hospitable and welcoming hosts. The cottage has everything you need. Lovely, comfortable linens and beds, clean and modern bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and great and private hot tub. The location is very rural, but easy to find with google maps. The town of Kilburnie is close by with a grocery store, gas station and pharmacy among other amenities.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Ben Vheir cottage, it couldn’t have been more peaceful and private. The views were stunning, hot tub was perfect on a cold winters night and the log burner was the cherry on the cake. Truly a memory we will never forget, Caroline was fantastic at answering any questions I had and replied promptly. We will most definitely return, thank you again!

Gorgeous time away with family for New Year. Cottage very spacious as well as cosy and the views are spectacular.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We made use of the hot tub on the evenings while the pooch roamed the enclosed garden. We enjoyed our stay so much and felt right at home - lots of extra touches for my partners birthday that made it so great. Ross also got back to me with food recommendations before we got there so I could book a meal. We would love to come back and see more castles 🏰

Just came back from Ayr and stayed in one of the beautiful cottages. We booked very last minute, and Claire was so accommodating. From the moment you walk in it just feels like home, it's absolutely stunning and has everything you will need. It was so clean and the decor was unreal, really private and the views were superb. We will definitely return, I can't tell how much we loved it!!. Exceptional stay!!!

This is the second visit for us it a wee hidden jem. We thought it could not get any better the exra personal touches spot on thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a fabulous stay at your gorgeous cosy house. We loved the festive theme, an ideal space to spend Xmas and New Year. Waking up to those stunning views was such a bonus and we made good use of the hot tub especially after doing the Hidden Heritage Trail which was stunning. We enjoyed seeing in the New Year and a meal at The Village Inn (literally a 2 minute walk away) with the Scottish piper adding to the festive atmosphere. Great little comfy and cosy cottage within walking distance of everything in and near Brodick. Ample living room space and nice kitchen / dining room. Ideal having the enclosed space out the back for our dog too. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Arran. Lorna was very helpful throughout.

We felt very much at home in this cosy, lovingly decorated cottage. Every practical need was taken care of, the heating system worked perfectly. We liked our meals at the big kitchen table and the quaint staircase leading up to the bedroom and bathroom. Personally, I found it hard to sleep because the mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable

Lovely cosy cottage in beautiful surroundings . So peaceful and quiet . We had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Log burner was an added bonus. Fenced and secure garden was great for the dog . Nicola was very helpful and easy to reach as she lives next door, but we still felt we had privacy and were left to our own devices . Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to relax . Great walks from the door and nearby by car .

Lovely cottage in a spectacularly beautiful area. We felt a very warmhearted welcome at An Sean Tigh Cottage next to the village of Strontian on Loch Sunart and felt very much at home here during our four nights' stay, exploring the wonderfully scenic area. Though everything about Laura and Grant's place quite matched both photos and description, the warmth and coziness of the cottage even exceeded our expectations, the underfloor heating and the wonderfully spacious bubble bathtub being lovely extras adding to the comfy feel. Beautiful cottage which has been really thoughtfully designed. For a family of four it was perfect and the scenery is beyond breathtaking.

Our stay at Karibu cottage was everything we hope it would be. The cottage was clean, cozy and it had everything you could need and didn’t even think you needed. We have stayed in various Airbnbs and cottages and Karibu was the first self-catering accommodation to include everything you could need. We usually carry te, coffee (both instant and ground!), salt, pepper, oil because these are things we sometimes don’t find (and don’t expect to find) in our accommodation. But we were happily surprised to find them at Karibu. Jane has paid close attention to the small details. Like the little hand held lanterns in each bedroom, tissue boxes, plenty of hangers, I could go on. Travelling with a child, these little touches made our stay so much more comfortable. Lovely cottage with beautiful views to Mull and lots of walks nearby - we enjoyed exploring the lighthouse, Sanna, local cairns, and the ferry to Mull. The cottage is really well equiped, and lots of games for when the weather turns ... and a cracking wee hotel down the road for a drink or bite to eat. Our dog felt right at home too.

Lovely stay in an outstanding cottage. Beautiful and stylish though cosy with a great view and a great kitchen which has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. We were unlucky with the weather but sitting next to the fireplace warmed us up nicely. We were welcomed very friendly and helpfull. We had a delicous dinner in Killberry and a beautifull hike near Ardpatrick. Would love to come back with friends!

A real gem of a cottage, spacious and cosy at the same time. Fabulous river at bottom of garden which kids can paddle/swim in. Great location in middle of island so everything accessible. Super comfortable beds and great tips in visitor book! Book this if your dates are available!!!

My husband and I stayed at lovely Arrivain Cottage for our first wedding anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a more peaceful and beautiful place! We have stayed in many Airbnb’s in many places but this was simply perfect. I am a clean-freak and the cottage was just spotless throughout. Jacqui and Jeff have put so much effort and attention into this beautiful place; all the thoughtful details make a world of difference: fresh flowers, the clear notes, all the staples stocked, breakfast and fresh eggs upon arrival - it was just above and beyond, thank you! Loved seeing the birds from their feeder each morning and the sun shining from the snow-capped mountain; the cosy fire at night. I don’t think we have had a better sleep anywhere! Thank you for making our stay so memorable - we will definitely be back ❤️

1st time staying at Islay Cottage, the cottage is very quaint set in beautiful surroundings with a waterfall not 1 minute down the road. The cottage was immaculate and well presented, our favourite bit was the log burner. We shall definitely be back again in the next couple of months.
