Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Top Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter. Superschnelle Reaktionen. Unkomplziert. Wir konnten früher einchecken und nach dem Checkout unser Gepäck noch bis am späteren Nachmittag da lassen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt - alles sehr sympathisch! Es wurde uns auch sofort Hilfe für etwaige Fragen angeboten! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für den Empfang gemütlich beheizt (wir waren in Dezember dort). Auch Getränke wurden im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt! WiFi und sonstige technische Ausstattungen liefen ebenfalls problemlos! Vielen Dank an Chiara, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Andrea was een zeer goeie host, heel aangenaam en snel bereikbaar, alles werd ook heel goed uitgelegd. Zeer mooi appartement ! Veel ruimte en zoals op de foto’s. Ligt ongeveer 30 min van het centrum met het openbaar vervoer. Hier komen we graag nog eens terug! ☺️ bedankt voor alles!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Alles gut verständlich. Das Appartment ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist genial und auch Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank!

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Super logement. Correspond tout à fait à la description. La proximité des transports en communs et de nombreux restaurants est appréciable après une journée à marcher en ville. Cristina est vraiment accueillante et très gentille.

We waren met 5 vrienden een lang weekend naar Rome. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachting. we werden opgevangen en kregen keurig uitleg. Op loszittende kraan en een defecte lamp in de badkamer was alles prima. Super dat we bonnen kregen voor een ontbijt aan de overkant. Koffie, croissant en een sapje. De host is heel aardig en reageert snel. Zeker een aanrader.

Robby is a responsive and flexible host. He allowed us to check in early. Convenient location with easy access to public transport. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Fabio Son logement est impeccable et correspond tous à fait aux descriptions. L’appartement est très bien placé vers des commerces et des transports. Fabio est une personne très attentionné et disponible qui est très réactif. Il y a un excellent glacier au bout de la rue! Merci pour tous Fabio

Cordiali e gentili Casa perfetta e pulita

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

L’appartamento è davvero stupendo, esattamente come nelle foto: moderno, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, ma il vero punto forte è sicuramente la jacuzzi privata sulla terrazza. Rilassarsi lì al tramonto è stato semplicemente magico! La posizione a Velletri è ottima per chi vuole visitare Roma ma preferisce un po’ di tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Claudio, l’host, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Mi ha aiutato in ogni momento del soggiorno, con attenzione e cordialità. È raro trovare qualcuno così presente e premuroso: si vede che ci tiene davvero al benessere dei suoi ospiti. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza rilassante, romantica e senza pensieri. Tornerò sicuramente!

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
