This home was just as described. We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, had a very comfortable bed, and close to everything we wanted to do! The host was very thorough with everything check in was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall I’m happy with the listing and reservation. The power had randomly went out but Brooke was very communicative and quick to provide alternatives that would help. Brooke gave me some extra time to check out regarding the power going out which was great. Great area and good price for what other hotels offer around the area! Thanks again for hosting us! :)

If you are looking for a place close to downtown…Look no further!!! We were able to walk a very short distance to Eureka Springs’s historic downtown right out our front door. The cabin was so cute and inviting. The eccentric decor was really well put together. We even made dinner and sat out on the back patio and enjoyed the ambience the place offered. After dinner, and the exploring of downtown, we relaxed in the hot tub. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect and our hosts were so kind. We definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking to have a good time on their vacation. Would book again in a heartbeat!

If I could give this home an 100/5 stars I would. This exceeded our expectations. The home was BEAUTIFUL, way bigger than I was expecting. And the most clean Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. While it was right next to the hosts home, it felt private and safe. The farm was so pretty and the super friendly outdoor cats were our best friends! The farm dogs were also the cutest! I cannot recommend this place enough, and I cannot wait to stay here 100 more times. Also the hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The showers were huge as well, and the bathrooms were pristine. The beds were super comfy as well. She also left us some farm fresh eggs, which was so sweet! Thank you so much for hosting us, I can’t wait to stay again! 💗

Overall, this was an incredible stay. We had the lake basically to ourselves, largely because it's winter, but also the remoteness of this group of cottages. The walk to the water was great and peaceful through a wooded scenery. Lots of winter wildlife and just really nice.

Excellent location close to Mercy Hospital. Very clean, neat and exactly as described! Would definitely stay again. It is located on a busy city street but it’s easy access to everything.

We were in Rolla to visit our son at Missouri S&T. The house is exactly as described and according to photos. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Coffee pot is slow but we discovered the French Press in the cabinet! The dishwasher was an added bonus. Kitchen cabinets contained a limited array of spices and supplies to get you started if cooking at home. Bedrooms are nicely appointed with extra linens and supplies and dressers and closets. Bathroom shower is comfortable full size tub with combo showerhead and handheld sprayer. The house is dog-friendly, but we were there after a snowstorm and the melted snow turned the yard into mud (not the fault of the property but mother nature). The fence is dog-proof, which we appreciated. Very close to campus and it made out visit easy.

Cozy space in a fantastic location! I'd love to come back in the summer and spend more time walking around town. The kitchen had what we needed and the space was comfortable.

The home is beautiful and wonderfully situated near the city. The home is charming and the hostess is simply the best. Will definitely be coming again soon.

My husband and I loved our stay here! We booked a weekend getaway here for his birthday weekend. It was so nice and peaceful. It was far enough away from town that it could be quiet and romantic if we wanted it to be, but not too far away if we wanted to head on over to see the excitement on Spring Street. We also spent a day hiking some very beautiful trails near by! Would definitely recommend .

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here and it was incredible. It's a quiet, spacious spot with lots of character. Main street is close by and it's easy to find. The hosts provide whatever you may need. 5 🌟

My husband and I needed a quick little get away and this was absolutely perfect. We sat on the porch swing listening to the stream just soaking in all the nature around us. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time here. Such a great hideout for getting work done. Kathleen is one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced on AirBnb. Very responsive, the breakfasts are lovely, and a nice person. However, it’s hammy that really puts the cherry on top.

I absolutely adored this stay. My first tiny house experience, but exceeded my expectations. I found it cute and cozy, and adorably decorated. Kimberly was a fantastic host. She was proactive in providing directions, including pictures, since there was local construction causing detours. She left fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese, and so much more in the kitchen to make us feel at home. I also really appreciated the standard early check-in (11am) and late check-out (4pm). I had a meeting the day of check-out so it was nice to not have to hope I would be permitted a later check-out. It's also nice to be able to squeeze that last bit of time out of my trip.

Very great place to stay at! We loved the tub! Soaking after a long day and enjoying to night air with stars above is so peaceful. The host are very helpful, the house is very clean a has all you need to enjoy yourself!
