I am grateful to have found a place that has been a B&B since long before the craze. Marcia is a long time local who carries a nice balance between being knowledgeable about the Crestone Culture and remaining private and removed from any affiliation with specific directives or retreat centers. She is wise and friendly and provides yummy snacks and a gentle way of welcoming. I also loved the location- close to town but up in the trees below the mountains. I’m just so happy I found this gem.

Just another great experience at Jeffrey's place! I have already recommended this estate to my friends. We will continue to keep Jeffrey in our priority checklist as a host when visiting locations around Buena Vista area! Thank you, Jeff!

House has a very interesting design/architecture - dome. Kids had a great time playing outside and the adults felt safe without being outside with them. There’s a small creek near the kitchen which made it very enjoyable to cook while hearing the water run down. The house had a lot of space for 3 families which could be easily add in another family of 4-5. Will definitely come back to this place if I’m ever in Taos again!

This house exemplifies the magic of Taos. It has so many thoughtful and artistic touches. The hostess was very responsive and accommodating. I am from Taos, but I live out of state, so I often stay in vacation rentals and have seen many homes in the area. This is a real gem!

Great spot right in the lake! We rented a boat and was able to pull it right up! All of the extra things you need like salt and pepper, extra TP, or dishwasher detergent was available and it was so nice!

This was the trip we didn’t know we needed! I had been researching eco domes for quite some time when I came across this gem. There was something about the peace and tranquility we felt during our stay that made it 100% worth it. It left us feeling rejuvenated and happy. The outdoor shower and hot tub were a couple of my favorite things about our stay. The hosts were responsive, proactive, and friendly. We would highly recommend staying at the sunset dome!

Private little oasis. The Dome was bigger than expected. Clean, modern kitchen and house layout. Outdoor area is beautiful with private beach like area by the creek..clear water, fishing, swimming holes- kids loved it. Big yard. Fire pit with swings was nice. Jacuzzi hit the spot. Excellent location, few minutes off the main highway. Host was responsive when we had questions.

They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. Being one with nature was amazing in their beautiful dome. The hot tub was amazing at all hours of the day and night. Looked just like the pictures…. Only way better in person. We even saw countless deer and wild turkey while we watched from the deck. Never have I experienced such incredible hosts as I did here. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for making this trip so special to us.

What an amazing place, she even messaged me and told me when it was ready for early check in, much appreciated !! Hot tub pristine, espresso machine was super fun with clear instructions for someone like me that had never done it. Unique place, hot tub clean, stayed all by myself and loved it all!

Our stay at the dome was an absolute dream! Waking up to the sunrise streaming through the dome's panoramic windows was a magical experience, and birdwatching right from the deck made it even more special. The peaceful surroundings allowed us to truly unplug and enjoy nature at its finest. Not to mention a lovely hot tub to stargaze at night. The dome was cozy, beautifully designed, and perfect for a romantic retreat. It’s only a short drive to Bathhouse Row, which made it easy to explore Hot Springs during the day, but we were always eager to return to our little sanctuary. This is the ideal getaway for couples looking to relax, reconnect, and have an immersive experience with nature without having to camp. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a little staycation to celebrate my fiancè’s 30th birthday. Was private, sweet, clean, and peaceful. Would definitely like to come back to spend a full weekend.

The place was unique it was fun and the setting was absolutely beautiful. At night, the ability to see the stars from your bed was amazing. The host was super friendly and responsive. They planned for everything you would need for your stay there.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It was very well appointed and decorated. We loved the aesthetic. We came for two reasons, to go skiing with kids and allow our in-laws to explore a new city. This location served all of us well. It was 30 min from Santa Fe Ski and the house was a 10 min walk from downtown Santa Fe. It was close to local stores as well. We appreciated the fact that the in-laws could be on one side of the house and we could be on the other and not disturb them when we left early for skiing. It was peaceful at night and loved how we could watch the stars from the backyard.

My husband and I stayed in a Geodesic Dome for a little getaway trip. We loved it! Beautiful scenery! It was so peaceful to listen to the wind blow through the trees and stargazing at night. The hot tub was perfect for stargazing! Also, the Airbnb isn’t far from town. It was just a 9 minute drive to get food and explore hot springs before coming back to the dome! Would definitely want to stay here again! :)

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Starlight Haven. The place exceeded our expectations and the kids did not want to leave! They go above and beyond to make sure the place is the perfect get away. It had board games and everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable and my husband loved his little birthday surprise that they set up for us (Balloons, champagne and cupcakes). The trail that they have on the property was great for small children and our dog and it leads to a creek which has so many cool rocks to find! Our daughter was obsessed with the clubhouse they have at the entrance of the property and wanted to go there everyday. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. This is going to be our annual Christmas/ New year eve trip that’s how much we loved it.

The dome was beautiful and the surroundings were just as pretty! It rained the whole first day and I’m pretty sure it was the best sleep I’ve ever had. ♥️

It was a great getaway, truly one of the most romantic places to relax. Everything was clean and easy to use! Bed was comfy and kept us warm during our cold stay!

We stayed in the Geodome this past weekend for our anniversary and it was such a fun and unique getaway. The setting is gorgeous, the views amazing and amenities in the dome were very comfortable. The was a heater and heated mattress pad that kept us cozy when the temps dropped into the 20s overnight. They provided coffee in the morning and water stations for refills, but no other food is provided so just something to keep in mind since there aren't many restaurants nearby. When I inquired about food, they offered for their chef to prepare us a meal and we took them up on that. We just provided them with our meal budget and preferences and Chef Ryan fixed an amazing 4 course meal and served it to us in their beautiful lodge. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The meal was definitely one of highlights of our stay. We did the scenic overlook hike which was gorgeous and tried out the nature gym they build along the path. Some things to keep in mind. It is a decent walk (my fitbit said approx 1/3 mile) to the flush bathrooms/showers from the dome. There is a pit bathroom much closer, and they also do have trailer bathrooms/showers nearby also, but the trailers weren't available for use while we were there. (I'm guessing they were maybe closed for the season?) Glamping is still camping, so just don't be surprised if you have to walk a bit to use an actual toilet. :) Last note, cell/data coverage is non-existent when not at the lodge, so also something to prepare for. They seem to be building a lot currently so I'll be excited to come back again next season with my kids to see what they've added. Thanks for the memorable trip!

Great location. You can make it downtown quickly, but this house is in a very desirable Springfield location. Super fast access to grocery stores, Sam’s, and gas stations. The house is very unique and easy to spot. Kitchen was in good shape and we were easily able to bring food and make dinners. Several comfortable bedrooms.
