We had a fantastic experience hosting our first business offsite meeting at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and the house itself was amazing—perfect for our needs. Our host went above and beyond with clear, detailed directions and descriptions, and his super friendly approach made everything even better. I would 100% choose to stay here again!

A very comfortable and luxurious apartment (we loved the windows and high ceilings) in a perfect location to attend events at the T-Mobile Center. Parking is included, easy in and out, and the free trolley is right outside the building, but we walked everywhere. Coffee (with half & half) provided and kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. We did not use the washer and dryer, but it was nice to have them available. We plan to reserve again for next year's tournament.

Nice place - very clean and comfortable! It was a good spot to spend a week in KC. It is a bit understocked in certain amenities, but Savannah was responsive, helpful, and proactive to our concerns. For some reason, there was one hanger in the apartment, but she quickly had hangers delivered, which was awesome! One issue we had was that they only had one building access card between the two of us, which was inconvenient since we operate on different schedules. Apparently, this was a building issue, so it was out of Savannah's control. 24/7 security was able to help us get in, though it wasn't always immediate. Minor ding for the inconvenience - mostly the fact that the access card issue wasn't communicated ahead of time - but overall a good stay.

We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

Sadly we weren't able to stay at Francis's place due to some issues. But she was easy to talk to and get ahold of, she was very understandable.

I have nothing but incredible things to say. not only was the space beautiful, but my hosts were amazing, kind and helpful. absolutely recommend and would return if ever in the area again.

This our 3rd stay with Michael and Pam at this location. it is always clean and for it being a condo it is amazingly quiet. You are just over the 17th tee box at Pointe Royal and a beautiful view of the pond. We did not have any issues this trip but Michael responds well with any issue. We would stay here again

We absolutely loved staying here and it’s an must for us when we return again! Gorgeous private community on the golf course. The amenities were right within walking distance. The condo was stunning with everything we needed and more! Our host was super friendly, proactive about anything we needed or any potential issues that could arise. It was such a wonderful stay and will book with them again!

Very clean and up to date! Has everything you need for your time there, feels comfortable and like "home" as sokn as you walk in. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near The Landing, and the price was excellent as well

What a beautiful place to stay! The decor was lovely and the location was really wonderful. This is a very convenient location for walking to the Branson Landing. Steve was very helpful and a great host!

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the perfect spot! It’s a bit of a drive to town where all the attractions are, but that just gives you more time to enjoy good music and great company. The place itself is beautiful, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

This house was sufficient for what we needed. We were in Columbia for 2 nights for a High School Wrestling Tournament and needed a place to sleep and needed pet friendly. It's not a fancy place, we were not expecting fancy either. It's in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes off the highway. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 have queen beds and one has what seems to be a full size. Full kitchen seems pretty stocked. (We didn't even use the kitchen) Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Easy drive to Mizzou Arena/campus. Couch doesn't have a sleeper sofa. (we knew that ahead of time) We would definitely stay again if the need would ever arise.

This is our second stay at this property and we plan on continuing to stay when we are in town. Everything is always perfect and Adam is super easy to work with. Very responsive. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Helpful host. Peaceful neighborhood. Loved the porch and swing. Well stocked kitchen. The home is much better than the pictures repress. I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend it. The price was great!!!

This stay was perfect for us! The house had everything we needed to live for over a month! David and Mary helped my family in a time we really needed it! The retro dishes and appliances took me back to a kid! We were sad to leave! It truly felt like home! We really enjoyed cooking as a family together and spending time in the backyard. Too chilly to cook on the grill. With Walmart right there we literally had everything we needed! We had a roadrunner friend that visited, saw owls at night and listened to the birds and hawks everyday. It was fantastic! Large washer and dryer helped out so much! Thank you David and Mary for accommodating me and my family, we will never forget your hospitality!

We chose Kristina’s home because it looked very nice and it is close to the highway. If you need a place to stay in Hays you couldn’t find a better place than this home. Very clean, everything you need, and plenty of room. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

So glad we decided to go with an Airbnb instead of hotel! Kim is very responsive and an awesome host!
