It’s a cute little place with an easy check-in process. The bright interior colors give it warmth. The kitchen isn’t large, but it has everything you need. WiFi was blazing fast: over 400 Mbps down when we checked. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings. Overall, my partner and I had a great stay and would stay here again.

I stay there frequently for work. I gave the 3 stars on location not as a bad thing. Location is something different for everyone, to that point it is right downtown close to great restaurants and a very nice park. It has direct access to the river and walking trails.

Stayed after a day at Comicon. Very close and very convenient. Slept well and enjoyed our short stay. Kids enjoyed the provided snacks. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Raven. Talia is a gracious, accommodating host. She personally checked us in, and gave us a lot of good information about off the beaten path things to do and places to eat. Talia did an excellent job accommodating my allergies. There were no pet or scent allergens (which is extremely hard to find). The setting is beautiful, serene and peaceful. The place is lovely, with lots of clever artistic touches. It is exactly as pictured and described in communications with the host. Actually even lovelier than pictured. The private hut tub was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The portable electric hot plate worked fine for heating meals. The floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of light, ventilation and views. There was absolutely no noise, inconvenience or lack of privacy from shared building with the hosts. We look forward to staying at Blue Raven whenever we visit Santa Fe.

A very welcoming place in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a stay. The place was very tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable. Lived the back and front porch, enjoyed great walks right from the property. Destiny and Steve are great hosts who were attuned to our smallest request. Thank you so much for!

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

Susan was an amazing host with a kind heart behind all intentions. I had a group of 8 people and then had two other people join occasionally during our stay and she was understanding of everything and was open to communicating everything.

I had a great stay at Genyce’s house. I was impressed by how large and homely the place was. Looking forward to again in the future!

We visit Colorado Springs once or twice a year to visit relatives. This is our go to place to stay. They accept our cat as he travels with us. Close to the relatives and a comfy place for the night. Really soft sheets!

Cali was an awesome, proactive, and responsive Air BnB host. There were no hiccups at any point from check in to check out. The space and bedrooms were clean and perfect for my daughter and me, and Cali even provided age suitable toys and games for my daughter to play with during our stay. The next time I stay in Colorado Springs, I will see if Cali has this space available, again, before I look for other lodging. Great stay and great place.

View from the patio was amazing. Beautiful outdoor space. Hot tub was amazing after a long week of hiking. Very neat and tidy attached guest house. I appreciate the contactless check in and the amount of privacy you get even though you're at someone's home!

Perfect spot for a visit to La Veta. Comfortable for two and our dog. Plenty of yard. Good wifi. Would stay here again.

What a breathtaking place! My daughters and I had the best “staycation”. Drove up from Albuquerque and this was the perfect getaway! Countless photographable moments. The view from the pool and hot tub during sunset is unreal. Thanks again to the hosts for being so helpful

We traveled to Amarillo for a wedding and were so happy to have found this gem! We traveled with our toddler, the room was dark during nap/bedtime and the space stayed nice and cool! Our toddler is a pretty good sleeper and can sleep through loud noises, if you have a light sleeper, you can hear the hosts and their dogs upstairs (which we nor our toddler had an issues with!) but just a heads up! The space was welcoming and clean! We felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in! Would 100% stay here again if traveling to Amarillo!

Melody's AirBNB was a perfect overnight stay. It was more than enough space for one person, and I had everything I could have needed. One quick note that did NOT in any way affect the quality of my stay, if you are looking for a very quiet place, Melody's family lives upstairs. So expect normal family noises and walking. If this will bother you, then this is not the AirBNB for you; otherwise, this place was perfectly enjoyable, clean, and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again.

Was here for 8 weeks for a clinical in Gardner. Very very safe, lots of walking, running, etc to do outside if it is nice enough. My doggo loved their backyard.

This place was great! It was extremely clean, very well appointed, and the attention to detail was impressive. Easy check-in process, easy checkout process, they even let us check in three hours earlier than normal since we had driven a long way. Like it so much I’ve already booked the same place again When I’m back in the area in June.

We stayed in the Airbnb for a period of 5 weeks while our home was being renovated. It was such a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of Lake Dardanelle! It snowed almost a foot while we were there and it was so beautiful. Mike and Karin were such great hosts!
