We will only stay at WorldMart when we visit Red River. We really don't care who the host is, it's right next to the lift. So much wildlife to see, overall it's beautiful inside and outside. I would only recommend updating the coffee pot and updating to Dish or a streaming network. Basic cable was a good wake up call took us back. We enjoyed the cable, kid did not.

Very nice accommodations, as described, will try to stay there again.

I loved staying here it was honestly really nice except for 2 things, there were a few small pieces of popcorn on the couch which I assumed meant it wasn’t fully clean but I didn’t mind that much since there weren’t many. The other thing was the water in the sink got really hot but the shower and bath water only got pretty warm not really hot enough to be a comfortable shower. But overall an amazing very worth it place to stay.

We had a great time. Clean and cozy upstairs apartment. We will definitely be staying again our next trip to KC.

Absolutely beautiful little cottage. Probably the most lovely decor I’ve seen in an Airbnb- very Eureka zen! Super clean and the bed was soooo comfy. Tons of little snacks and juice and very well appointed!! Highly recommend!

Marco's apartment is wonderful! It is exactly what you see in the pictures. Tastefully decorated with an extremely comfortable bed and couches. I am picky about cleanliness, and this place is spotlessly clean - white glove clean. Plenty of outlets, there are even outlets on either end of the table, just plug the attached cord into the wall. This was super helpful as this was a working vacation for me. There is plenty of hot water and there is excellent water pressure. The apartment complex is a nice one and is very safe. It has a Cordova address but is right off Walnut Grove so it is just at the border of Germantown and Cordova - extremely convenient to anywhere you want to go in the city. Parking is right in front of the unit. The location is close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, wine shops, and Starbucks is just around the corner. That said, when you are inside the apartment complex, it doesn't feel like you're surrounded by all that, it is quiet and beautiful with tons of trees. My visit was in October and Memphis trees are gorgeous in the fall. Marco is an amazing host, he responded immediately to any questions and always had an answer. Super easy check-in. When you arrive and open the door, don't think the lock is stuck, it's just a very tight door (as it should be) and you need to push to open it. I used the washer and dryer and they work great. I visit family in Memphis several times a year and only hope Marco's place is available the next time I come to town.

It was an awesome time ! Minor inconveniences that were easily discussed amongst us and the host! I loved the little space, and the patio was my favorite. Definitely felt right at home.

We loved our stay! Within walking distance of the Plaza and Railyard, super cute and quiet neighborhood, and extra comfy place to go home to at night. It was reasonable priced for the location and amenities.

Wonderful place in the middle of Hays. I felt very comfortable here and Kent was a great host!

I updated my reservation to add a day, and didn’t know my room changed, so the code for the door didn’t work, I called and found all the information I needed and was in my room in under 5 minutes. Everything was clean, communication was quick and friendly, information was provided proactively. The only complaint was that I stayed for a little less than a week, and couldn’t get the WiFi to work, to be fair that was mostly on my end I asked for the password and it was provided but I wasn’t proactive in letting them know it didn’t work. They all respond super quick though so I can’t imagine it being that big of a deal, plus I’m technologically illiterate so that didn’t help. I can’t speak for the hot tub as I didn’t use it, but overall it was pleasant and worked for what we needed it for and was extremely affordable!
