We were in town for a funeral as a family of 4. Patrick was very kind to set up air mattresses for both of my boys. All the amenities were provided for a most comfortable and easy stay. Would recommend 100%. Our family is from this area, it is nice to see a historical site beautifully renovated into something for people to enjoy. Located in a walkable cute square with cute shops.

Absolutely fantastic stay for me and my fur baby. She had a blast running free, chasing bugs, and rolling in the grass. The unit was very comfortable and homey. The hosts were just as fantastic. They were kind, attentive, and descriptive on the location as it’s a little tucked away! If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway this is it!

Scott's apartment was a phenomenal stay! The view was incredible and when we showed up it was very clean and orderly. We had a wonderful time staying in the area and everything we wanted to do in the area was within driving distance. Scott was very welcoming and happy to help us find things to do/places to eat. It was a peaceful and quiet stay in the area with a lot of activities surrounding. Absolutely would stay here again!

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Walt and Amy made my stay very welcoming! The home was very beautiful! The bathtub was by far the best thing about this home!! I loved how modern and beautiful it was inside!

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

Debbie's place is very well maintained, tastefully and comfortably furnished, and properly stocked with the things you will need for your stay. Nice big yard for kids and pets. The location is great and central to most activities you might contemplate. I highly recommend.

We did a dual family spring break trip here (4 adults + 8 kids) and it was perfect! The Mod Lodge was very nice, clean, well equipped and a perfect spot for us. We LOVED having the trail right off the back for the kids to explore. The bunk room was excellent for the kids and in general the place is kid friendly. Kitchen had everything you could need and the bedrooms were even equipped with charging stations. Tanner sent great proactive communication and gave great instructions + recommendations. 100% recommend for your next getaway!

Everything was perfect, my husband and I travel a lot and have stayed at many air B&B’s. This one was beyond my expectations. Anyone who has stayed in an air B&B knows what I mean when I say “it’s not like home”. I truly didn’t feel that way here. Everything was so thought out. I had everything I wanted or needed. I was very impressed. The owner, Thomas was amazing and very responsive if I had a question. Thank you for trusting us with your property. It was perfection🥰

Beautiful house with all new appliances, etc. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to spend your time in the Bentonville/ Bella Vista area. Super clean and also spacious.

Great spot, the location is perfect if you need to drive around east or west on the same day. The place was super clean and had everything you need for a long-term or short-term stay. Charles And Stacey were very responsive and communicative about anything we needed.

Few lil hiccups, power lost due to a brush fire. Couldn’t get the Outdoor projector to work. Plenty to do and lots of room to spread out! Beautiful lake home, mountain feel.

Our family loved staying here. It was the nice quiet getaway in nature that we needed, while still being close enough to museums and trails we wanted to do. Crystal Bridges is a must-do, and grab some Onyx coffee on the way. Our littles loved the Bentonville bike park nearby too! BIG plus this place does not have the over-fragranced smell so many others do - no headaches for me! I do recommend bringing a sound machine since it's a little echo-y, outside noise was basically nothing though.

We loved the Condo! It was private off in its own cove and we were able to watch the turtles and fish in the water! Location was perfect for our boat and the ramp was 20 feet away from the condo. The space was perfect and allowed the kids to chill and watch tv and the adults to also have space to enjoy themselves. We had a great time!

Beautiful view of the lake with the clubhouse right across the way. Bedroom space was advertised with a large master bedroom.

We had a great time here, it was very later back with plenty of beautiful views and amenities to participate in. If you a water lover, fisher, or just need to get away for a little bit this is a great place to host your family or friends in one place. We look forward to coming back, going crystal hunting and spending quality time together away from our busy schedule.

Great location! This one was right by turtle cove spa and we did use the pool there on day. Amazing host!! She text me the morning of check in worried because there was a cable outage in the area. She said she was going to buy Roku sticks and what would be best time to install. I told her we were going to the lake and don’t even worry about it. I just thought it was so nice that she immediately wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Best thing is there isn’t a big long list of things to do before checking out!

My favorite place to stay on Lake Ouachita and in Mt Harbor. Everything you need with a great view of the lake. Zac and his family have my go to place and I will be back again soon.

Very beautiful place, i went there with my 2 girls and 6month old baby very quiet at night. very kid friendly close to the lake beach restaurant and playground. The host was amazing very helpful and great at communicating. made my 6month very comfortable specially at night. I definitely recommend it. Specially on hotter days since the lake and views are very nice. Thanks for the guide to the lake view It was amazing. Thanks for the treats and the guides left there it was very helpful. Hope to get a chance to come here again. Thanks for the hospitality very amazing the whole family loved it.
