Large, comfortable accommodations; friendly and flexible hosts

Beautiful piece of property, very cute cabin ( we had the upstairs unit), cozy, and extremely comfortable. It is a little further away, but for that, the price was very affordable enabled us to stay a few weeks without breaking the bank. If you are looking for some peaceful and quiet, loads of nature and a cosy place to stay. The property has loads of pretty spots to take in a good book. I beautiful peacock and a cute dog that both regularly came for visits!!!

I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

We were only there long enough to sleep while we did full day activities elsewhere, but the bed was comfortable, the furnishings cozy and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Katherine is very easy to communicate with and checkout requests are too simply leave the keys, which is a welcome, light request compared to other Airbnbs. Be aware that there are dogs on site that sleep outside overnight. They are very friendly!

We stayed in the Airbnb for a period of 5 weeks while our home was being renovated. It was such a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of Lake Dardanelle! It snowed almost a foot while we were there and it was so beautiful. Mike and Karin were such great hosts!

We loved the place! It was clean, had plenty of space, looked great! We were close to everything which was a good bonus. 10/10.

Amanda was a fabulous host! She was always responsive, helpful with any questions we had, gave us some great suggestions of places to eat and things to do, very friendly and her place was so comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful time in Rogers, AR and highly recommend staying at Oz Landing. We hope to be back!

there are a ton of skylights and beautiful windows. The ceilings are incredibly unique and it was overall just a beautiful property.

Came into town for work and I was able to stay here for a couple of nights. Great place to stay, great location, and all the amenities of home. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Bella Vista/Bentonville area. Robert’s place had everything we needed. He was very quick to respond to any questions. It was a perfect location with mtn bike trails right outside the back gate. It was also a short drive to Bentonville for restaurants and more trails.

Suzanne was an exceptional host, and everything about this efficient AB&B was on point. We had everything we needed or could have wanted, and no details were overlooked. Our trip was during UARK’s spring break week, so it was very quiet, but if you’re looking for a prime location to the football stadium or even to the campus itself, this is it! Yes, it is technically “attached” to the main house as I believe it may have originally been a one-car garage that was converted into an art studio, then converted into a beautiful, thoughtfully-designed, serene space that is completely separate and private. We never heard a peep from our hosts or the neighbors, and the space was very well insulated with a split-unit for heating and cooling. I was sad to leave but so happy to have found this gem!

All the good things we read about in reviews of the Green Door were not exaggerated! Michelle met us on arrival and helped us with our bags and groceries. We forgot butter to make our grilled cheese sandwiches and Michelle immediately brought us some butter from her kitchen. We could not have felt more welcome in her uniquely decorated home and we would definitely love to stay there again.

Absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated, spotless Airbnb. Very walkable to all of the Bentonville attractions. Look no further and book it!

The apartment was very clean , and stocked very well . I would recommend it for a small family that doesn’t mind the steps . Overall it was a good experience! The host was very nice and made sure we were comfortable!

We love this space. My daughter loved the huge antique dollhouse and board games. We loved the art, book collection and bedding. My daughter loved sleeping on the futon and we loved the bedroom. Beautiful morning light. I grew up going to Wilson's Park and Aux Art neighborhood and park was safe, beautiful and peaceful, any small family would feel right at home.. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Ellen's. The listing was as described and she has thought of everything you may need. We ended up there the night that terrible tornados were going through the area. She called me to make sure we knew the local news station to stay informed, as well as where the safest place in the Airbnb would be if needed, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great place a special if you’re are looking to mountain bike

The place was beautiful and had several more amenities then what was listed. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything you'd use at home. even found a hairdryer when I forgot mine. Having bathrobes was a nice touch. I will also say I don't use a wheelchair but it seemed like everything was spacious enough to fit a wheelchair or walker through. Wide doorways and walkways as well. There was a little lip on the floor between one of the doorways to be aware of but rhe rest of the walkways were level. The only thing I struggled with during my stay was the proximity of tables to wall outlets. I had to set my phone on the ground and how spacious the unit was. If I left something in another room sometimes I had to walk through 4 rooms to find it. This was mainly a problem because I'm scatterbrained so I already do a lot of walking back and forth but my feet were exhausted this time lol. I could see it being a bonus for others. Plenty of seating in each room too.

Great apartment right in the heart of downtown Bentonville! Perfect for our family of four.
