Great host, very accommodating, simple check out. Great location. No complaints at all, would stay again 10/10

Spacious, clean and comfy apartment in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation (bus, Capital Bikeshare). Exactly as shown in the pictures. Comes with a parking spot and washer/dryer. Willie allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out to pick it up later on our way to the airport. We’ll definitely rent again at a future visit in D.C.

We had a wonderful stay at Willie’s Place in Arlington! The property was very clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax during our visit. While the kitchen could have benefited from a few extra utensils, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The only minor issue we encountered was the shower knob, which was a bit tricky to turn on, but we quickly figured it out. Willie was excellent at communicating throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful apartment. The bed was one of the more comfortable Airbnb beds I've stayed in. Also appreciated the easy parking and the park across the street was a blast for our kiddo. One advisory that will be less relevant shortly, but we found out just before arriving that A/C is not available in the building until mid-April. We visited on a hot weekend, so we were a little uncomfortable during our stay. Laurence and Kristin were responsive and did provide fans for each room, but there wasn't much beyond that they could do. Again, the AC will turn on apparently in mid-April, so soon an irrelevant point.

We have stayed in many of Willie’s units over the last few years and they have always been extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient to the family in Arlington and D.C. that we come in to visit. We will be booking again with Willie the next time we come to town!

Great spot for our kids’ first visit to DC. Great accommodations for a family of four— close enough for a short drive to Arlington and far enough away that it’s quiet, private and safe feeling.

Enjoyed our stay. We wanted to avoid driving to DC. Nearby access to mass transit allowed us to do that. Willie was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful information. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

My friends and I went down for a convention taking place at one of the hotels nearby. The Airbnb was not only perfect walking distance from the hotel but away enough to have some peace and quiet. The images on the post were the same, the space was clean and had everything we needed. Laurence was very responsive throughout - at one point we needed help rebooting the WiFi and Laurence got it fixed within a few minutes. Would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed for a last minute weekend trip, beautiful neighborhood! Very dog friendly & the hosts were lovely and gave great recommendations. Would stay here again whenever we come back to DC!

Christopher is a great host. He responded immediately to my messages. His place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were the most comfortable of any AirBnB I've stayed in. We will return when we visit Washington D.C. again.

Four of us stayed for the weekend. Plenty of room and possibility the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever booked. The pictures don’t do it justice. The deck is an added bonus. We enjoyed our coffee out there each morning. Came for a show and all the sights so we didn’t explore the neighborhood but walked to brunch after checking out and wished we had more time in Shaw. We would definitely book this place again if we get an opportunity to return. The 2 flights of stairs are the only deterrent if you are someone who has a problem climbing them.

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

Really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler - the place was super clean, tidy, and comfortable. And the price is really great considering that you get a whole apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
