Pros: 1. William was a great host. Well responsive on the Airbnb app. The unit has everything mentioned in the listing. 2. Reserved parking is hardly 20 second walk to the unit. So, that works in the favor in all kind of weathers. 3. Patio/balcony has furniture. Su, very useful if you want to hang outside. 4. Smart TV gives options for entertainment. No cons honestly.

Excellent stay. Places like this are precisely the reason I prefer Airbnb to hotels for a larger family like mine. Plenty of space to stretch out in. Hosts very responsive. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Parking very convenient, and once parked didn't need the car all week - everything is close by, including groceries and a great playground, plus plenty of restaurants if you just don't want to cook after all. Great location, Couldnt be easier to get into D.C.

Julie's place was a wonderful experience for us. She was excellent at first, answering all of our inquiries and providing us with all the information we required, including a document that had pictures and directions on how to get there, park, and enter the building. Everything was spotless and well-organized when we entered the unit, exactly as shown in the photos. We had extra towels and blankets. Additionally, a high chair and a crib for the children. She even provided excellent amenities that improved the ease and enjoyment of our stay. It's at a fantastic location! After parking our car in the free parking spot, we took the Metro to Washington, DC. The apartment is within walking distance of several good restaurants. Even in the evening, we felt secure.

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

A wonderful stay at this condo near plaza at landmark. Caitriona was super responsive and accommodating. My son thought this was the best Airbnb we ever visited. We will definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable and safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo. The location is perfect - walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and metro. You’re also steps away from the Capital Crescent trail. We felt very safe in the condo’s secured building. The condo was clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and shower had great water pressure. There were ample spots for teleworking. We stayed for a week and loved every moment. We may make this our go-to spot when visiting the DMV.

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

Jack was a fantastic host. The Juniper property is tastefully decorated and furnished. Upscale kitchen appliances. Delightful touches throughout property. Jack had cold drinks, coffee bar and chocolates ready for our arrival. Beautifully landscaped property. All the comforts of home. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Extremely close to grocery stores, shopping and Metro station. Our host Jack and accommodations exceeded our expectations.

This is a beautiful place to stay, it’s a quiet and lovely neighborhood and the rental house is so tasteful! I loved having access to their rowing machine and washer dryer too! Great light also!

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

This property was exactly what we needed. The location is in a very nice area, surrounded by a vibrant clean community, giant grocery and starbucks is less than 3 minutes away, felt safe. Easy access to DC. We have a large vehicle and chose here for the parking. The unit is well stocked, especially the kitchen with spices, sugar, toaster, hot water kettle... There are board games. There are some quirky things that would bother you if you had to live there but for a few days, it met our requirements and was clean. The beds are memory foam mattresses. Plenty of bedding and towels plus tiny shampoos/lotion and conditioners if you need it. The king bed is in the basement but it has a exit door to outside and a window and was super quiet. We heard nothing fly over or any road noise. The other bed in the basement is semi private which is fine for us since our son was sleeping there. Two other bedrooms were on the upper floor. There is a full bath on each floor. Would stay again.

Great place tucked off the main thoroughfare in Georgetown - walkable to anything we wanted to do but on nice and quiet street, which we appreciated. It was great to have 3 bedrooms for our trip with my adult children and a dog. As the description says, it's an old home with charming quirks, and I agree with the notation that the stairs are not suitable for toddlers or people with mobility issues. Charlotte was very responsive to all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated! I can't believe I as able to have such a relaxing retreat without leaving the city. It felt like staying at a thoughtfully designed luxury resort but in a cozy spot in the city. Beautiful view of the Potomac and planes coming and going from DCA. The design was lovely and there were beautiful details to notice everywhere. We went for a girls weekend but it would be just as comfortable with family too. We will definitely be back!

9 members of my family gathered for an interment at Arlington National Cemetery. James' place meant that all of us could gather in comfort with our own bedrooms and baths. There was a ground floor bedroom with ensuite bath for my 84-year-old mother which was a big plus. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to cook meals. The house was spotless! The time we spent there was precious and our surroundings didn't hurt. Thank you James!
