I am so grateful to Velvet for the beautiful and comfortable accommodations. We were in town with family for a funeral, and it was a difficult time. Velvet was so responsive and the home so comfortable. Really loved the king sized bed and the large master room. Having a remote controlled fireplace that was so warm and inviting on cold days was very special. The large table was fabulous for our mid sized group. If it had been warmed, we would have enjoyed the porch, deck, and back yard. Thank you for such a lovely stay at such a difficult moment.

I loved the location! Close to all the shopping and downtown area and metro. Very responsive host. Beautiful, clean house. Easy to check in and was able to fit my family comfortably.

Mark’s place is spectacular. The main floor is very large and perfect for family gathering. The location could not be better…right in the heart of Georgetown, with a parking spot! Mark is very attentive and responsive. Just perfect!

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

Great location and very spacious house. Stayed here with 2 kids and 3 adults.. and had more than enough room for all of us. Has lots of different room and places for kids to play. Quiet and beds were very comfortable. Tyler was a great host very communicative.

The place was great and very clean. We spent most of the days in DC, but LeeAnn gave wonderful recommendations of things to see. We have no complaints and we would happily stay here again.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent location, great bed, had a wonderful experience and would stay here again. LOTS of excellent restaurants 300-600 feet away. White House, monuments and capitol 15 minute ride. This is a historical building so you can hear people walking in upstairs apartment but otherwise was quiet. Bring ear plugs if that bothers you because there is nothing to be done about it and the place is perfect otherwise. Plenty big for only two people, they provided blow dryer, shampoo, soap, etc…also had a bunch of stuff in the kitchen but we didn’t cook while we were there. We walked at night every night and never felt unsafe. Very secure apartment, would be safe for a female alone. Also had a great workspace with printer if you need to work while there. Host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Ethan’s place! It was a perfect base for our group to explore DC from and would definitely stay again. One thing worth noting is how difficult parking is. There isn’t street parking really anywhere but there is a garage across the bridge. The garage closes at night though and you cannot enter nor exit until the next day. We arrived around 8PM and found the garage to be closed on a Thursday night. Parking really isn’t Ethan’s fault or responsibility at all, just wish we would have had a bit more info on the situation so we could have arrived earlier to avoid parking a 10 min walk from the house late at night. Overall, would stay here again though, the place was well taken care of and matches exactly what we expected!

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's place. The space was very clean, cozy, warm, and inviting. We felt right at home. We appreciated all the treats and amenities. The neighborhood beautiful and the location fit our needs just right.

My husband, our two dogs and I had a wonderful stay at Benjamin's unit. It was spectacularly clean and huge, and had everything we needed and more. Benjamin was also really easy to communicate with from start to finish and was very accommodating of our needs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and just a few minutes walk to a beautiful park. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in DC.

We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

We really enjoyed our stay - nice neighborhood, just down the street from a park, very walkable to sites near the capitol and east end of the mall, and the kitchen was well equipped. There weren’t many restaurants close by, but that was the only drawback.

It was a great stay, my guest and I were satisfied with everything Bruke’s place had to offer. The condo was clean and we felt safe, no complaints!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo. The location is perfect - walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and metro. You’re also steps away from the Capital Crescent trail. We felt very safe in the condo’s secured building. The condo was clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and shower had great water pressure. There were ample spots for teleworking. We stayed for a week and loved every moment. We may make this our go-to spot when visiting the DMV.

Our family of five really enjoyed our time in DC- George’s place was close to all the things we wanted to do and we were able to get around by car, on foot and by subway. The condo is finished and decorated to a high standard, and very clean. A week of vacation with your family can mean lots of togetherness, but this condo was spacious and we were all able to find our own space when we needed it. Lots of thoughtful amenities for things that might be forgotten, left behind or needed in a pinch.
