Very nice clean place to stay close to many attractions in DC.

Great location!. Many options to get around city fast and easy. Great restaurants within walking distance! Private and peaceful home that was spotless. Host was very responsive.

This is probably one of the best stays we've ever had with an Airbnb; the location was great, and the basement apartment itself was surprisingly spacious and very clean (our 16 month old son loved getting his energy out running around the living room area). Ellen was a very thoughtful host and even set out a pack and play and a high chair for our son to use prior to our arrival. The kitchen had great amenities and was well stocked with condiments, cookware, and a spacious fridge. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit D.C.

Erika is a very kind and responsive host who goes to Greatland to make sure that you’re comfortable. She responded to all my emails and text messages within an hour if not less and help me solve every question I had I will surely stay there in the near future when I need a place nearby.

This was a nice space for us to crash at while exploring DC! They were able to accommodate an early check in for us which was nice. Bus transportation is right outside and provides access to almost everything. There is a Walmart within walking distance (10min) along with a few other food & store options. The space was comfortable but I do feel it could use minor maintenance and cosmetic upkeep. Additionally, while it didn’t bother us, there was obvious noise coming from above as we are in a basement. We sleep with sound noise so it didn’t bother us much but if you are a light sleeper in the slightest tread lightly. Lastly, I would like to mention that the hot water in this space is immaculate and was the perfect end to a long day. Overall, this was a great resting spot after a long day of walking between monuments and museums. Thanks for a great stay!

Autumn's place is really lovely. It looks like the pictures and is very comfortable. What I liked most though, was that it has a security alarm. That made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to stay here again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Melissa. Wir fanden direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz (Genehmigung wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt). Einfacher Check-in mit Zahlenschloss. Es gibt sogar Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks. Einmal hörten wir Abends einen Hund bellen, aber das steht in der Beschreibung und war nicht weiter schlimm. Die zusätzlichen Heizstrahler waren auch super, da wir gerade einen Kälteeinbruch hatten, als wir in Washington waren. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft weiter.

I stayed with Raphael and Sana while I had a conference in DC. This place is perfectly located to get to the Metro and to the great restaurants in downtown Bethesda. Check in couldn’t have been easier, the place was spotless when I checked in, and the hosts were always responsive and extremely friendly. I would absolutely stay with them again if the opportunity came up!

Cute and quiet neighborhood. Easy parking (always available on street) proximal to Brookland. Nice backyard patio. Simple and nice apartment. Super comfortable master bedroom. LOVE the helpful signs inside the apartment. It helped our stay to be as smooth as possible.

I stayed at Jacob's place while conducting research at the National Archives. I really appreciated that the house was within walking distance of the archives! Additionally, the large dining table allowed me to work in the evenings after returning from the archives. I highly recommend Jacob's place to anyone conducting research at NARA.

Highly recommend this peaceful, well furnished apartment in the heart of AU Park, upper Northwest DC, with off-street parking available! I appreciate Serena’s prompt and warm responsiveness, and all of the practical, welcome touches here.

We love Nolon's place and have stayed here multiple times. It has become our "go-to" spot in DC. My stay this time was--as always--terrific and I look forward to being back again. The apartment is incredibly convenient for activities on Capitol Hill and the neighborhood is beautiful. Nolon is a really helpful and responsive host.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Located in a peaceful neighborhood but still very close to many shops and places to eat. Very comfortable beds and amenities. Parking was a breeze, too!

"Erg fijn verblijf! Het huisje is sfeervol, schoon en goed uitgerust. Je hoort af en toe geluiden van de bovenverdieping, maar dit was niet storend. De locatie is prachtig en de host erg gastvrij. Zeker een aanrader!

Our host was excellent and responsive to any questions we had. Our check-in went smoothly. The house was very easy to find and getting inside was simple. Our wonderful host was flexible with the check-in time too, which was great for us since we had drove 13hrs overnight and we were tired. This guest suite is really comfortable and very clean! We loved the kitchen and cozy couch. Extra towels and blankets were provided to us. The location is fantastic! 5-10min drive to little georgetown area with great restaurants and shopping.

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment had everything we needed for my daughter, husband and I, plus more! Very comfortable bed and a cozy and inviting space. The neighborhood is beautiful, with lots of great restaurants just around the corner. The Metro is about a 10 min walk from the apartment, which it easy to navigate the city without a car. Jason and Cade gave us recommendations and were very accommodating for the duration of our stay. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
