What a beautiful apartment and location. Once we made our way to the apartment from the train station (Carnoles), Marco was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. Apart from the sunrise over the water every morning, you are literally steps from everything that Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has to offer. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Coco Fruits are just up the street (Av. Aristide Briand). And just a 15 min. walk along Av. du General de Gaulle and you are in the center of Menton. The Carnoles train station is also a 15 min. walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are top notch. The bed is very comfortable and we love falling asleep to the sound of waves. There are even beach chairs for taking to the beach (5 min. walk) should you decide to go for a swim (doable even in February). Any questions we had were answered by the hosts within minutes and they were always available.

Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

Io sono già cliente di Valerie e sempre che vengo in questo appartamento mi sento come se fosse a casa mia tutto perfetto, Valerie sempre molto gentile e cordiale. L’appartamento non manca assolutamente nulla cucina ben attrezzata l’asciugamano e il pane da letto sono puliti e profumati, posizione dell’appartamento perfetta più vicino al Bari e allo stesso tempo vicino al centro della città, quindi potete fare tutto a piedi senza aver bisogno della macchina per spostare 10 minuti in macchina per arrivare a monaco e c’è anche i mezzi pubblici che ti rende la tua vacanza più facile, non ho niente di negativo da dire è sempre tutto perfetto, grazie mille Valerie e alla prossima arrivederci

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. Il est confortable et très pratique. Il est surtout très bien situé. On peut y venir en train. Sinon, on pose la voiture sur le parking et tout peut se faire à pied ou en train. A deux minutes de la gare de "Carnoles - Roquebrune", 2 minutes de la plage, 3 minutes des commerces à pied. L'ensemble était très propre et nous avons pu échanger très facilement avec les propriétaires par messagerie. Bref, je recommande. Attention, l'appartement n'est pas grand, il faut donc être organisé pour pouvoir y passer du temps à 4 personnes.

La communication avec Arnaud et la personne sur place était facile, rapide et proactif. L'endroit correspond parfaitement aux images, tout était impeccable et je peux que recommander Arnaud en tant que hôte.

L'alloggio di Simone è in una posizione ottima per visitare le bellezze di finale e il suo mare. A pochi passi dalla piazza principale (il sabato c'è il mercato dei produttori locali), da un ottimo pastificio artigianale, dal lungomare di finale. Chi gestisce l'alloggio è persona premurosa e attenta ai dettagli, disponibile e cordiale. L'alloggio è molto pulito, comodo e spazioso (2 adulti e 3 bambini). Lo consiglio caldamente

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement de bord de mer. Les points forts de l'environnement sont les jardins d'orangers et de citronniers qui foisonnent, et, dans un autre registre, la proximité de la gare qui permet de se passer de voiture pour aller à Monaco, Menton, et même facilement à la frontière italienne.

This Airbnb is stunning! The views of the Mediterranean from inside the house are splendid, as well as views from the two terraces. I loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching the light dance on the sea. Just a short walk down to the Plage du Buse! The house is a short drive to most sights in the region. Make sure you go up to the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin; it’s so cute and a nice spot for dinner with views of the sea. I only have good things to say! Would recommend and stay here again :)

Ho soggiornato con mio figlio e i miei genitori per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per l'alloggio che per la posizione: vicina alla spiaggia con posto auto e pista ciclabile.. Appartamento consigliato. Giulia è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Un logement au top, comme il est indiqué sur l'annonce, rien a redire du logement tout était parfait et Alain et très accueillant et donne de bon endroits à voir dans sa région Le petit village et très accueillant par ces habitants et le restaurant en face du logement, qui et au top pour un prix plus que correct Vous pouvez réserver ce logement les yeux fermées, vous serez pas déçus

Die Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien und war äusserst sauber. Nadia ist eine äusserst nette Gastgeberin, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihre kulinarischen Tipps (Gelateria und Restaurant) haben immer sehr überzeugt. Und Fragen hat sie immer extrem schnell beantwortet. Herzlichen Dank für diese Unterstützung. Gerne wieder 👍🏼

Wir hatten bei Andrea eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben unsere Winterferien hier verbracht und konnten unsere Zeit sehr genießen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, vintage. Es war alles sauber und der flexible Check in mit Begrüßung durch seinen sehr netten Vater, der uns alles gezeigt hat war perfekt. Wir haben auch gleich Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Gassi erhalten. Unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Der Ausblick von der wunderschönen Terrasse war unbeschreiblich. Wir haben hier täglich gesessen und abends den Blick nach Sanremo geliebt. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert und unsere Kinder hatten jeweils ihr eigenes Zimmer. Netflix und Prime war verfügbar und um im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam zu sitzen war genügend Platz. Andrea war jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Abbiamo passato un'ottimo momento nella casa di Tatiana. La vista sul porto è stupende e ci sono numeri ristoranti di buon qualità proprio sotto casa e il supermercato è a meno di dieci minuti. C'è una caminata pedonale sul fronte mare. Tatiana è stata gentilissima anche se non abbiamo potuto incontrarla (forse una prossima volta).

Je me suis sentie dans l’appartement de Raffaella comme dans un cocon. J’avais besoin de calme et de repos et j’y ai trouvé tout cela. L’appartement ne manque absolument de rien. Tout y est ! Il est très lumineux, le balcon est très agréable pour le petit dej et en soirée. Tout est d’une propreté remarquable. J’ai adoré la vue sur les collines, c’était extrêmement reposant. La mer est à 1 min à pied à peine, le carrefour city également, la boulangerie également, un petit restaurant sur la plage le cocosun à 2min, la gare de Carnolès à 10min à pied, le centre « ville » moins de 10min aussi, en résumé l’emplacement est top. J’ai demandé un petit siège pour m’installer sur la plage, et le lendemain il était mis à ma disposition. Ce sont des hôtes très sérieux et qui feront tout pour vous offrir le meilleur séjour. Je vous les recommande. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr.

Really nice 4th floor unit overlooking the mediterranean, in between Roquebrune Cap and Menton. It was easy to find, on a busy street right below the unit, but it didn't bother us. You are walking distance (about a 20 - 25 min walk) to Menton and about 25 min drive to Monte Carlo /Monaco. The uber cost was about 30 euro to get to Montecarlo. The unit is in an older building, but the actual place is tastefully renovated. The host clearly took a lot of care to ensure all the little details you need when staying in a vacation rental were taken care of (we even found things like electrical plug converters in the unit for people visiting from outside of europe, which was thoughtful). There was nothing we would have changed or added if it were our own.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Ottima esperienza sia Erika che suo padre sono persone molto amichevoli. L'alloggio è molto bello, ampio, comodo, pulito e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Il terrazzo è il top, la vista lascia incantati. Da rifare sicuramente

Stéphane est très sympathique, gentil, disponible, réactif au moindre souci : lave linge en panne, remplacé aussitôt... BRAVO ! Des fruits de son jardin nous attendaient🍋🍊 Nous ne manquerons pas de le recontacter si nous revenons dans le coin pour y découvrir d'autres sites. L'appartement est top, spacieux, fonctionnel et rien n'y manque... lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La terrasse est sympathique pour s'y détendre, prendre un apéro et même un petit repas... nous y avons passé de bons moments. Le garage est un GROS PLUS quand tout est payant dans MENTON surtout en période de la fête des 🍋 où les places sont rares. La résidence est calme, très propre et bien sécurisée à tout niveau. Les commerces sont proches de la location : Intermarché, pharmacie, épicerie et j'en passe... Nous n'avons pas besoin de ressortir la voiture. Tout peut se visiter à pieds, côté Italie, comme côté Nice. Je recommande vivement cet appartement +++

Très bon séjour chez Léna. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour faire du tourisme à Monaco en transports en commun. L’appartement est très bien équipé, rangé et impeccable. Léna est facilement joignable et répond rapidement 🙂
