Satenik was the definition of a superhost. She was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and attentive to any request. Her place is beyond amazing—it looks even better in person than in the pictures. It’s the perfect getaway from city noise, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and trees is breathtaking, and there are great hiking opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Satenik also treated us to delicious homemade dishes, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place!

Zove and Karin took me by surprise. The amount of warmth, hospitality and the village experience away from the hustle and bustle made our trip memorable. Karin and her family made us feel at home. As we head back, we will forever cherish the stay and the company.

Cozy house is a gem!! Absolutely darling cottage with all the amenities you will need for a getaway in the mountains. I believe it is a family run business and everyone was welcoming, kind, and helpful. We could not get over how cute all the decor is, we felt like we were in a little hobbit house! The location is perfect for exploring Dilijan —just a 10 minute drive away. There is a little supermarket nearby for snacks and water. They have great restaurant recommendations and it was easy to get to Cozy House and around the area using cabs (we used Yan*** Go). It is also about 30minutes from Lake Sevan so we explored that area too. The breakfast was provided every morning in a picnic basket. It was so nice to eat breakfast in our room and it was the perfect simple breakfast of eggs, meats, bread, fruit and yogurt to start our day. We loved it so much and didn’t want to leave!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! I really liked living here. The house is very spacious and quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful and the tranquil botanical garden is nearby. The host was very helpful. He helped me organize my programs in the area and also provided free transport to the bus station. If I return to Vanadzor, I will choose them again!

The most wonderful place and the kindest of hosts. The house is full of character, peaceful, with a beautiful garden where walnuts, peaches and pears grow. The host family living in the big house next door do honour to Armenia’s legendary hospitality. We were treated as friends and we will keep the warmest memories of our stay.

Hayk's place is the kind of accommodation that lingers in your memory long after your stay. The vibrant and lively atmosphere of the place makes it stand out. Despite having six people in our group, the spacious house always made us feel energized and comfortable. It exuded a sense of cheerfulness that added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and even a grill was available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Beyond the impressive interior, the property featured a sizable backyard. While our visit took place in a snowy January, preventing us from thoroughly enjoying the outdoor space, we could still envision the potential for snowball fights and other fun activities. I am eager to return to Hayk's place during different seasons, confident that it would offer a unique and enjoyable experience each time. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others, as it can cater to guests in any season.

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!
