I had an unforgettable stay at Saro's apartment around 40 days. The place was simply amazing: modern finishes, high-quality appliances, and a great location. The building and entrance were also very impressive, everything was clean and well-maintained. I want to especially highlight the host, Saro, who was very responsive and kind. Ваграм был супер-хозяином. Очень отзывчивый, помог с заселением, дал рекомендации по городу, и любезно согласился продлить аренду на один день, так как рейс моей мамы перенесли. Сама квартира отличная: новая, все работает и есть все что нужно. Рядом с квартирой есть супермаркет до 00:00, а еще неподалёку два круглосуточных больших супермаркета.

Nice place to stay. Came here in autumn and the trees were that orangy yellowish color and it felt so really nice. Nice location as well.

Прекрасный дом, именно то, что я искала. 2 спальни и большая светлая гостиная с великолепным видом на горы. Есть задний двор с качелью, мангалом и местом для костра, было бы замечательно приехать ещё раз в теплое время. Отзывчивые хозяева, были на связи и шли нам на встречу в наших просьбах!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage . Ist aber nicht für jemanden, der schlecht zu Fuß sei , viele Treppen. Sehr ruhige Lage , trotzdem sehr zentral und einen sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir dürfen sogar morgens um 6:00 Uhr einchecken, vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Logement spacieux, système de boîte à clé pratique pour des arrivées tardives, airco disponible, très agréable cour où nous avons mangé dehors plusieurs fois et mignon jardin qui permet d'être au calme dans la ville animée de Yerevan. Chambres côté rues un peu bruyantes, par contre vue sur le Mont Ararat par temps clair :-) Nécessite de disposer d'une voiture ou de prendre des taxis pour se déplacer. Pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Logement très propre, hôte réactive, merci à Karine.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dilijan!

Strongly recommended. Mariam was very helpful and her place is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Staying at Zita's place was an absolute delight! It felt like a cozy home away from home. The location is top-notch, being right next to "Hraparak," the heart of the city. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, everything was just so convenient. Despite having a coffee shop next door, I found myself loving the Nespresso machine at home. Many thanks and can't wait to return. The apartment is incredibly clean and spacious. ❤️

My friends visited Yerevan for the weekend and we needed a big apartment to stay and have a great time together. This place has fitted our requests perfectly for a reasonable price. I’m very glad to find that host and location, I will sure consider it again in case I need something like that in the future
