The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Stayed for a couple weeks while we were looking for permanent accommodations. Richard’s place was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed during the transition. Great walkability to a grocery store and several places to eat and drink. Also very close to several bus routes and a 20-25 minute walk to city Centre. He is quick to respond and laid out entry instructions so it was easy to get in after a 20+ hour day of travel. Only learning curve for me was 2nd floor means top floor, so two flights of stairs (in America the ground floor is considered the first floor) so be mindful of steps to apartment! Haha would definitely stay again and recommend to people visiting.

2nd stay at this property. Lovely host, super accommodating and when asked for a later check out, Vanda was quick to respond and accept. Lovely property for a weekend away or even a longer stay! Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

I had a very enjoyable two weeks here and have only good things to say. The location is absolutely perfect: close enough to everything but not so close as to get all the noise. The flat has a lovely view of the city and you can see the illuminated castle from the panoramic windows. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of storage space even for a long stay. I had the opportunity to briefly speak with the owner and she was very nice and helpful.

The house was amazing, exactly as described, me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and the fact we could have our dog there made it even better! The balcony with spa and tv were everything we could have asked for! Definitely recommending and will hopefully be back some time soon

Ciara's place was perfect for what we needed, located in a lovely and quiet, well kept neighbourhood, near the castle and within walking distance of the main city center. Easy free parking and safe. Everything you need for a couple of nights or more in Nottingham. Would recommend! Many thanks!

The home is well equipped and decorated to a high standard. The area is peaceful and perfect for a getaway. We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

A home away from home! Carole is a friendly and accommodating host and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, all amenities needed for a short or long stay, incredibly comfortable and a super location. We stayed for two weeks and have already booked for next year. Would highly recommend!

Lovely clean modern house, everything was as described, kitchen has everything you need, Kate left us milk and biscuits and if needed we could use anything in cupboards like tea and coffee. Lots of private parking at the back of house. Good location, bus stop outside to take you into city. Kate was a very good host giving clear instructions on how to get into house and checking if everything was ok. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed as a group of 7 friends for a long weekend. The main thing for us was a decent space where we could relax and catch up, and the living room was perfect in terms of size and seating. The centre of Nottingham is a short drive away and there’s several large supermarkets close by. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I want to recommend Esther to all travellers to Nottingham! The communication with her was always friendly, and she did her best to make us feel at home.

A fantastic family long weekend. The house is great for large groups with plenty of entertaining space and facilities in addition to the fab pool and hot tub.

The flat was perfect for our needs - conveniently located in the middle of a pleasant village with great amenities, including an artisan coffee shop and one of the best Indian's in Derbyshire. Jazzy was very responsive to our enquiries and kept us updated during the booking and check-in process. The mattress was a bit thinner than we expected but the king size bed was comfortable and the bedding was very cosy and warm. The flat was also easy to heat, which was important because we visited during a cold & wet spell. I would imagine the steel stairs to the flat could be a bit troublesome for older guests when its raining but we had no issues as they were very sturdy. It was really good value at a very fair price point for the property. We would definitely stay here again. Jazzy was an excellent host. Thanks Jazzy!

We had a lovely stay at Phillip's place. Great flat - comfortable, spacious, with everything we needed. It is in a super location in a quiet area and within easy walking distance of town. It was also really nice to be welcomed to the flat by Phillip. We would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I have stayed many times at Kim’s cosy annexe whilst my daughter was at NTU. We have always found it comfortable, clean & private. Even though Kim is right next door and very friendly and approachable, the annexe is very secluded and private. The French windows look out onto a corner of Kim’s beautiful garden and we have enjoyed many hours watching the wildlife in her garden, the birds in the birdbath and even had a hedgehog at our back door on our last visit! There is very good Chinese takeaway within 5 minutes walk and Southwell has lovely shops,the minster & some great circular walks.

Anybody that wants to go the peak district and derbyshire dales, this is the place for you. This was ideal location for us, Matlock & Bakewell both 15mins away, Chesterfield was even less. It couldnt have been better. The accommodation was excellent, peaceful, private and more than enough room. I particularly enjoyed the walk in shower and the bed, it has to be the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Everything you would need was provided including wifi, Netflix and an area for the dog to have a run about. My wife I enjoyed our short break, I fully recommend this accommodation, this has to be the best air bnb we've stayed at and we've stayed at a few. The hosts where very nice and friendly, will differnetly like to go back.

We met Sarah on the first evening after we arrived. We had a couple of questions and she popped around when she got home and was very helpful. There were even a few goodies waiting for us when we arrived including my favorite biscuits. How did they know!
