Appartamento splendido in posizione strategica, vicino a locali, ristoranti, spiaggia e fermata dell’autobus. L’appartamento ha a disposizione tutto l’occorrente di pulizia, cura personale e cucina (condimenti attrezzi ecc), è pulito ed ordinato; dotato di Smart-tv. Yuri è un host capace, molto simpatico e disponibile! Complimenti a lui!!

Victor is an excellent host. Apartment as advertised. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with essential utensils. Beds comfortable. Had booked for two months but due to an unfortunate mishap had to return to Ireland after two weeks for surgery. Victor was very sympathetic and understanding. We were distraught having to forego our extended holiday. I will definitely return to this apartment that is assuming Victor will approve my request. I sympathise hugely with Victor's loss due to my return. Michael Lawrence

We loved our time spent here!!! The terrace is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and just like the photos! So many places to walk to, easy parking, ice cold aircon and hot water. Only suggestion would be some basic staples: salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would gladly recommend this to anyone!

The flat had everything we needed for few days in Lanzarote, really enjoyed having breakfast in the terrace every day. We didn’t use the pool but it looks well look after and Michelle left some swimming towels for us, didn’t notice this before so I brought my own as well. We found the location perfect for exploring the island, quiet area within short distance of the lively town centre of Costa Teguise and beaches. Not the typical crowded seaside which is what we wanted, with local restaurants nearby.

Kleine, moderne Wohnung, in ruhiger Hafennähe mit sonnigem Balkon. Alles sauber und trotz der fußläufig zu erreichenden Umgebung des Hafens konnten wir in Ruhe auch abends auf dem Balkon sitzen. Auch die Anlage (Pool usw.) wurde täglich gepflegt. Freundliche, meist englisch sprachige Nachbarn, die auch mal weiterhelfen können. Ansonsten ist Daniel aber immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Miguel, qui est sublime ! La décoration est magnifique ainsi que la propreté de l’appartement. L’appartement est très bien placé à proximité de la flaque d’eau, d’un parking gratuit et d’un grand centre commercial. Les rues sont calmes et paisibles.

Het binnenkomen van het appartement met het kleine cijferslotje was wat moeizaam. Ook was de code van de hoofdingang (hek en poortje) ineeens veranderd na 3 dagen en moest ik eerst Maria bellen om te vragen hoe we nu binnen moesten komen. Dat was niet naar ons gecommuniceerd. Sta je ineens voor een dicht hek. Het appartement was zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs Netflix op de t.v.! Voor het zwembad moet je iets omlopen. De buurt is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn maar de taxi's zijn er super goedkoop. Maria liet bj elke vraag snel van zich horen. Het is een gezellig en mooi appartement maar de bedbank is om te slapen echt niet fjin. De slaapkamer daarintegen was heerlijk met de badkamer eraan vast. Grote garderobekast. Wel harde kussens. Het appartement is wel een beetje gehorig.

Can't compliment Rafa highly enough, by far the most responsive and helpful host I've ever had. The space itself is great, we stayed only two of us and there is ample space (especially on the terrace). Playa Honda is a nice place to be with significantly less tourists, but there are good beaches and restaurants, and only a short walk to bus stops. Highly recommend.

The house was bigger than we thought. A lot of space. Very well decorated interior and the view outside is really nice. It was quite windy during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked to but if we come back on the island for sure we know where to go! Highly recommend.

Fernando es muy buen anfitrión y Belén nos recibió estupendamente. A la casa no le falta detalle y cerca hay restaurantes y un pequeño market para comprar lo necesario. Recorrimos la isla desde aquí sin dificultad. Fernando nos dio flexibilidad para dejar la casa adaptándonos al horario del avión de vuelta y estuvo en comunicación con nosotros durante nuestra estancia. Todo resultó estupendo. Muchas gracias

This place is the perfect balance of private and peaceful, with immediate access to the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca. The accomodation is clean and well equipped. There is a shared pool but we always had it to ourselves. The garden was my favourite place. There were lots of seats in different areas to follow the sun or shade. It was the perfect place to read a book or do yoga. At no point do you feel overlooked by other guests. If l was to visit Lanzarote again, then l would definitely return here.

Wunderbare Lage und Umgebung, nicht zu toppen! Der Zugang zum Haus ist für weibliche ältere Semester wie uns mit schweren Koffern äusserst mühsam, da man einen steilen steinigen Hang abwärts laufen muss. Der Kontakt mit Nicolas war unkompliziert und prompt, hat uns sofort unterstützt, wenn es notwendig war. Wegen der Los Ajaches ist um diese Jahreszeit bereits ab 17 Uhr Schatten am Haus, sodass ein gemütlicher Abend auf der Terrasse eher nicht in Frage kommt. Ansonsten ein wunderbares Fleckchen Erde, erholsam und ruhig.

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

This place is stunning, villa gorgeous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed- the location is unbeatable- cross a pedestrianised road and you’re on a beautiful beach. Right beside a shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Safe to walk day or night, along the Promenade which goes all the way to Puerto del Carmen. There is nothing negative I could say about this place and Juan Jesus was a great host, responsive and pleasant.

La maison est idéalement située dans un village charmant, calme, avec toutes les commodités, y compris de très bons restaurants. La terrasse est incroyable, on ne se lasse pas du bruit des vagues et des couchers de soleil. La communication avec Tacoremi est très facile ainsi que le départ et arrivée dans la maison. Parfait pour découvrir la magnifique île de Lanzarote !

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel mese di marzo in questo appartamento e siamo soddisfatti dell'esperienza. È esattamente come nelle foto: ben arredato e molto accogliente. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione e pulito, e noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa! La posizione dell'appartamento ci ha permesso di esplorare facilmente l'isola, e tornare a casa e godersi la vista sul mare e sulla piscina è davvero rilassante. La proprietaria è molto gentile e ha fornito indicazioni puntuali per accedere all'appartamento, rendendo l’arrivo e il soggiorno ancora più semplici e piacevoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

We have stayed at La Cumbre every year since 2013 and we love it for the wide views of the ocean, the quiet, and the close and easy amenities. We have stayed in various apartments here over the years, but Teresa's apartment is the cleanest and most cared for. Teresa herself is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very warm and friendly, and responds immediately to any communication. We just got back home, and we are about to book for next year. We can't speak highly enough of Teresa and her apartment!

Appartamento molto carino, ordinato e spazioso situato nel cuore di playa honda, 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con qualche locale e ristorante carino molto vicino. Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità (cucina a induzione, microonde, caffettiera, tv, un piccolo climatizzatore, lavatrice) Grazie e a presto!

It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer Wohnanlage mit Pool, abseits von in der Touristenhochburg von Puerto del Carmen. Wir haben die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants ausgiebig genossen, ebenso wie die lauschigen Abende auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick. Klare Empfehlung!
