Renta de casas vacacionales en Arrone

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

Abbiamo passato 2 giorni nella struttura. La casa è fornita di tutto, l’host è stata gentilissima . Esperienza consigliata D’estate sarebbe perfetta visto che è dotata di piscina

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Tiziana è un host eccezionale: simpatica e molto accogliente. Ja preparato anche un "cicchetto" di benvenuto con il Montefalco passito e dei dolcetti in un'alzatina porta torta di grande effetto. Ci ha fornito informazioni sui ristoranti, ci siamo sentite anche per la scossa di terremoto notturna e ci siamo salutate di persona. La casa è molto bella: spazi vivibili, un bel divano comodo per il relax, un sapiente restauro di mobili antichi, bei colori e tante fate... un dettaglio particolare. Lascia anche un "diario" dove gli ospiti possono lasciare i loro pensieri: notevole! Terrazza con vista sui dintorni davvero bella. Sicuramente stra-consigliato

Siamo stati a Poggio Bustone da Veronica per 4 notti, il borgo in se' non offre molto, ma è centrale per spostarsi agevolmente. ILB&B il SENTIERO ci accolti e guidati al check-in di persona e la Sig.a aveva preparato per noi una splendita torta di mele molto apprezzata. Uno scrigno dove tutto era al posto giusto non ci è mancato nulla , c'era tutto quello che poteva servirci, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Una raccomandazione una volta arrivati al Borgo meglio tefofonare e farsi guidare. Raccomando IL SENTIERO una struttura che sà accogliere, noi ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico Capodanno in questo splendido appartamento in montagna! La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dallo Zeta Chalet. La casa è grande, accogliente e sempre ben riscaldata, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito, e gli interni rinnovati di recente danno un tocco moderno e confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e abbiamo apprezzato ogni dettaglio. Esperienza da ripetere: torneremo sicuramente!

We spent a week at Villa Letizia with great pleasure. The villa is charming and well equipped and full of local character, set in a magical and peaceful landscape. Everything you need is within a short distance. Letizia is charming and always available. We are grateful for the wonderful vacation and happily recommending it.

Le logement était parfait ! un vrai coup de coeur ! A quelques kilomètres du centre de Perugia, nous avons pu nous garer facilement dans la propriété avec notre 4x4. Tout est très bien sécurisé, propre et identique à la description. Nous avons remarqué les efforts fournis pour l'accueil avec de l'eau dans le frigo, des pantoufles comme dans les hôtels, une brosse à dent,... Un grand merci pour l'accueil et si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons chez vous !

The location is beautiful and a great base for exploring Umbria. Daniele and the co-hosts were very kind and always helpful. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The fireplace adds a nice atmosphere, and the internet connection is very stable—perfect for remote work. There are a few parking spots available on private property, which is very convenient. Plus, the friendly dogs made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay if you're visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at Elena’s house. Everything was great, charming house with amazing views. Pool was a life saver when the weather was hot, also the house itself has very thick walls and it was always cool. Thank you Elena for sharing your house with us!

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Paolo ed i suoi genitori sono persone meravigliose. Il Signor Mariano ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza portandoci a visitare anche il suo piccolo Museo di storia contadina, un valore aggiunto di questo indimenticabile soggiorno. La casa è bellissima e confortevole con una vista mozzafiato su tranquille montagne e splendidi tramonti. Il giardino, a pochi metri dall'abitazione, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, è perfetto per trascorrere serate sotto il cielo stellato provando a scorgere i numerosi animali dei boschi. Quella nella loro casa è sicuramente una vacanza all'insegna della pace e del relax, con l'opportunità di poter raggiungere moltissimi punti di interesse per gli amanti della natura e dei piccoli borghi di montagna, che in Abruzzo sono davvero caratteristici e non hanno nulla da invidiare alle più note località montanare del nord d'Italia. Un ulteriore plauso va anche agli abitanti del borgo di Montesabinese, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.
