We had a lovely stay in Spello with Argen. The facilities are top notch. They were charming, well equipped with thoughtful touches. It is very quiet and peaceful, but easily walkable to the city center. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, having a meal or enjoying the magnificent views. You are in a world all your own. By far, this is the best accommodations in my 3 months of travel. You have everything you need whether you plan to stay for a while or a weekend escape. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

L'alloggio di Albina è perfetto, molto vicino al centro storico di Perugia, c'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze, bar, si trova in una strada con accesso a mezzi di trasporto molto vicini e ha scale che portano direttamente al centro storico. La casa è grande e spaziosa, ha 2 camere da letto e due bagni. Mi è piaciuto stare in questa casa nelle giornate fredde perché era calda e accogliente 🫶🏽

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

Sfortunatamente abbiamo trascorso solo una notte nell’alloggio di Daniela, che offre tutte le comodità di casa. Oltre ad essere esteticamente molto bello, posso dire con certezza che è stato uno degli Airbnb più puliti in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Daniela è una padrona di casa estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Risceglierei il suo alloggio senza esitazione se dovessi tornare ad Assisi!

L'appartement de Daniele est un bonheur, spacieux, confortable et très frais, qualité appréciable au mois d'aout. Des lits douillets, propreté irréprochable. De plus, Daniele est très sympathique et disponible immédiatement pour toute question. Nous reviendrons !

L'appartamento è curato e molto ben accessoriato, perfetto per soggiorni lunghi. Viaggiando con nostro figlio abbiamo apprezzato in particolare i libricini per bambini a disposizione e la posizione accanto al parco di Ronciglione, dove sono presenti diverse aree gioco davvero ben tenute. Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale sono stati l'albero di Natale e tutti gli addobbi che Claudia ci ha fatto trovare.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

L'alloggio ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Un bellissimo casale colonico immerso nel verde, ma a due passi dalla città. Dotato di ogni servizio e host super gentile e disponibile insieme alla sua famiglia. Super consigliato.

Il soggiorno da Antonella e’ stato bellissimo ,camera accogliente,famigliare ,pulitissima ,piscina spaziosa e raffinata ..di notte era ancora più bella .Camera fornita di ogni confort,gli host sono stati cordiali e accoglienti ,i dettagli mi hanno colpito molto e ci siamo promessi di ritornare ,peccato non avere solo la colazione con quel patio immerso nella natura una bella colazione era perfetta !

L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione. Ben è stato super accogliente fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro alloggio, mi sento soddisfatto al 100% ☺️

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Esperienza meravigliosa per gli amanti della tranquillità e della natura! Tantissimi luoghi naturalistici da visitare nelle vicinanze, alloggio grazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort e a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro abitato e dai principali servizi. Abbiamo adorato il giardino e lo spazio verde circostante, anche il nostro cagnolone Hati ha apprezzato! Lorenza è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile! Torneremo sicuramente🍀

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

This property is beautiful. Classic for the area. It's in a tiny village which contains a chemist, supermarket, pizzeria, coffee shop, bar, post office. Less than 20 mins drive away there is an amazing lake (with a beach or boat trips or towns or a cycle route). There is wine-tasting a 15 minute walk away. The apartment itself is very self-contained - with off street parking, and direct access to its own patio and the garden. Everything was perfectly clean, and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms are large, as are the lounge and sunroom/playroom. Everything you would need for a break with or without the kids.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

O que falar da acomodação? Perfeita! Excelente localização. Muito próximo a Assiss, que era meu ponto de interesse, 13 minutos de carro. Ótimo local para quem está de carro, pois tem um amplo estacionamento, gratuito, na frente do apartamento. Local extremamente residencial, muito tranquilo. Quanto a casa perfeita, tudo novo, ambiente extremamente limpo. Martina extremamente simpática e prestativa. E eu não falo nada de italiano e ela nada de português, mas foi muito atenciosa e paciente para se comunicar através do Google Tradutor. Muito obrigada! Check-in muito tranquilo, dentro do horário que combinamos. Prestativa, pois pedi roupas de cama extras, que nos foi fornecido na mesma hora. Obrigada. Recomendo e caso volte a Assiss com toda certeza reservarei novamente.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno ! Appartamento ampio, luminoso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ambienti accoglienti e ben arredati, esattamente come in foto. Dotato di comodo e tranquillo spazio esterno. Zona ben collegata ai mezzi. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

The photos don’t do the place justice. It is way better than the photos. So much space, lovely kitchen and huge living space with 2 amazing terraces with unbeatable views. Todi is delightful and it’s nice that this place is slightly outside the old town. We hired bikes from a great place around the corner which was perfect. Loads of incredible food and drink options close by.

We visited this beautiful city because our daughter was studying abroad at the Umbra Institute. Location was perfect with lots to do and accessible to everything. Our hosts were super responsive with never a delay in answering our questions. The people of Perusia were one of the kindest humans on earth - we just loved everything about it. We also rented a car which made it easier to visit other towns during our stay - Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, Spello and Cortona. While a bit stressful at first driving, we were happy that we did! Lastly, best cafe croissant place in Perugia is Arco Cafe. Our daughter loves it and we know why - we had plenty of other cafes and no one came close. Without a doubt, if your travels bring you to Perusia - I would highly recommend this apartment.
