Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spacious and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the 7 of us. Very walkable area with plenty to do. Loved sitting out on the front deck to do some people (and dog) watching. The outdoor shower was a huge plus when coming up from the beach! We had such a great and relaxing time!

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

Host very friendly, all the pictures that were presented upon the rental of the house was as it was when you walked in the doors. Loved the bicycle theme it was beautiful. House was spotless, clean, well organized. Strongly recommend this beautiful house. When I come visit the island again which I know for a fact I will I will be staying here again without a bought. Thank you in-advance Esther & Noel for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

We had an amazing stay at this home! The location couldn’t have been better. The space is beautifully designed, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The highlight of the property was definitely the back patio. The view was stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy morning coffee, and unwind in the evenings. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to return!

Nuestra estadía en la casa estuvo genial. Estuvimos todos muy cómodos. La casa estaba limpia y con buenas comodidades para toda la familia. Muy recomendable, ubicada en una zona con fácil acceso a restaurantes, supermercados, hospital y comercios. Fue mas de lo que esperábamos.

Todo fue muy privado y con todo lo necesario. El espacio es muy acogedor, y el detalle de las rosas fue muy bonito. Todo encaja perfectamente para una pareja que quieran disfrutar de una escapada romántica.10/10

I will start off with saying EVERYTHING about this Airbnb was truly everything and more ! No words can describe how everything was so breathtaking. The host was so accommodating. From the moment I booked she answered all my questions, she also give me a recommendation for private massages, and a private chef. 10/10! The massages were so peaceful, we booked for my boyfriend birthday and from the moment we arrived it was everything he wanted and more. They also decorated the bedroom with happy birthday balloons and champagne and roses . I also loved the baby chickens that came to see us each morning . Also the pool the fact that it was also heated with such a plus to be able to be in the pool with it rained was so peaceful. We can not wait to come back ! The whole experience was truly 10/10!! Thank you again for being able to make his birthday extra special.

As a local, I can’t recommend this place enough. You don’t find peace in the mountains like this. Peaceful. Private. Has everything you need. Close to exceptional restaurants. And not far from the beach (Salinas). It’s a slice of heaven worth visiting.

We had a very lovely stay here. It’s was a sanctuary of peace and renewal of the soul. We loved every minute of pool floating, hammock swinging, and resting here. Perfect place to spend my birthday! Of note: it is very remote so bring everything you need with you! You will not want to leave once you get there. Thanks again for the peaceful retreat.

This place is something else. As soon as you cross those doors, it feels like you just landed into a new destination. Lost of space, breezy inside and outside the house, comfy beds. Everything you need to disconnect for a bit. We are already checking schedules to rent the space again. Ricardo was always attentive and reachable, previous, during and after our stay.

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

I was extremely pleased with the place. It was clean and spacious. Leiza responded in a timely manner to address and assist me with any question or concern. The place was beautiful and well kept. Only thing I wish is that for my next visit the hot water be adjusted. It was only warm. I personally prefer hot showers. But other than that, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Leiza.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! El lugar estaba impecable—podía caminar descalzo y siempre olía fresco y limpio. Al principio, me preocupaba el GPS, pero no tuve ningún problema en encontrarlo con Google Maps o Apple Maps. El Airbnb fue excelente. El lugar era tranquilo y seguro; mis hijos jugaron afuera sin preocupaciones. La piscina fue solo para nosotros, y aunque no entramos a la playa, caminar por la costa fue espectacular. El cuarto estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario y un aroma rico. Incluso tenían repelente disponible, lo cual fue útil por los mosquitos en la mañana y al atardecer. Es un Airbnb en un lugar privilegiado. ¡Nos encantó y queremos volver!
