So nice we came back twice! Didn’t expect to return so soon but when an opportunity presented itself to re-visit Taos, we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. In between commitments, it’s so lovely to settle into this sweet space for a quiet repose. We can’t say enough good things about the boxcar, its beautiful surroundings and generous hosts.

Our stay at Marcia's beautiful home in El Prado was very enjoyable. The house is spacious and very comfortable, and is classic New Mexico architecture and ambiance. The kitchen is very well appointed, with very modern appliances and very nice cookware and utensils. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of a Ski day at Taos Ski Valley. I can highly recommend this home for rental.

Nice, quiet, private location, which is exactly what we needed after several days of driving & hiking through the national parks of Utah. Very peaceful to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the privacy. Bathroom was great, esp the shower. We really enjoyed the scones, & would definitely return.

Our stay at Sanjay’s house exceeded our expectations. The house is both beautiful and unique and ideal for a large family or two families to share. We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the house was to make our stay comfortable. The addeded benefits of the house having a hot tub and a fire pit with an amazing view of the mountains made for even a more unique experience. The house also has two wood fire ovens which were not only fun to use, but added additional heat to the house which was lovely. Our family has three boys and the second floor was perfect for them to have their own space and living room to hook up their PlayStation…a wonderful amenity for everyone to have their own space at the end of a long day skiing. We highly recommend Sanjay’s house and are already planning our next stay!

Casa Sophia was such a wonderful little home to stay in on our trip visiting family in Taos. It was so special to stay in Arroyo Seco, which is a picture-perfect little village full of friendly people and amazing shops to explore. Looking at the stars from the rooftop deck was a priceless experience and soaking in the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the majestic surroundings. During our stay, there was a storm and we lost power for a while but, the fireplace offered us warmth and comfort. Casa Sophia offered everything we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this sweet little casa with an incredible backstory for your visit!

What a wonderful experience and place to stay for our long weekend near Taos. Close to so many great places but out of the way. Tammi was a great host and the place was immaculate and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our peaceful stay at the earthship! This quirky community is 15 minutes from town in a beautiful setting. The vast studio is filled with natural light and the automated blinds are a nice perk to sleep in a little. We brought wood for the fire pit and enjoyed pitch dark star-filled skies. I like things really clean and found myself wiping down surfaces like the fridge, tv, counters. The bedding and linens were spotless and the bed was comfy. We were hoping to prep a meal there but found basic cooking utensils were not available. Overall, a unique and very pleasant stay!

Absolutely charming and beautiful home close to the plaza and John Dunn Shops! It was peaceful and quiet at night. There is plenty of space and the porch is gorgeous in the morning or at night. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our family had a great stay at Susan and Davison’s place. We were close to both skiing and town. Their home is peaceful and private and had everything we needed for a great stay for our family of four. We would love to return.

couldn't say enough about how great this place is! You WILL have to meander through the village, but it is SO worth it! once you get to the top of the mesa, it is breathtaking. Everything was ezactly as described and it made a few days of guy time w my dad and brother so relaxing!!! Hope to come again!

This was an absolute treat with unobstructed Mountain View’s, lush greenery, and wind whispering lullabies through the leaves of many mature trees. Perfectly situated just outside of town (Taos), a beautiful short drive to Taos Ski Valley, and a great starting point for the adventurous Enchanted Circle drive. And last, but not least, Vivien, our host, was spectacular and caring always checking on our needs, helping us with any uncertainties, and proactive with choice of bed sheets, food and cooking, and insight to neighborly highlights. Thank you, Vivien. You have a very magical Sanctuario.

We had a great stay at Robbin and Ash's place in Angel Fire. While the place isn't huge, it's great for a family of four. The kitchenette really had all we needed to make meals, and we loved the hot tub. Wish we could go back in the summer to experience the outdoor spaces more fully! Great and quick communication throughout!

I visited from Chicago for a a fairly long stay (~12 days), and it was a great experience! The living space was very cozy and had a very usable kitchen. The views of the mountains during the morning and evening were pretty great, and the location was far enough away from people to remain quiet while still being close enough to grab groceries on a whim. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in the nearby area.

WE love this little place and the complex. This is our second stay here. Convenient skiing, lots of shops in Taos, great music venues. good restaurants. What more could you want!

Really beautiful cabin near a lovely lake - and PERFECT for a holiday skiing/snowboarding! The cabin seemed overpriced, especially since they add an extra dog fee on top of the extremely high cleaning fee... and there wasn't really much hot water to accommodate more than 1 shower. But I can't deny that it's a really nice property that is in an amazing location, and we appreciate being able to bring our pup along for our trip!

We has a wonderful time in the mountains With our family. We haven’t spent time together since the pandemic. We wanted Peace & quite with plenty of room for the grandkids to run around . My husband has Back issues so steps where not an option For him. This house had everything to make us all comfortable!

We’ve stayed here several years in a row over Thanksgiving. It’s a great location-between Downtown Taos and Arroyo Seco (lots of good dining options there!). The property is exactly as described and Monica is always incredibly helpful and responsive. The property is also VERY well stocked. We were never lacking anything in the kitchen or bathrooms.

Great place to get away, relax and enjoy the peaceful amazing view. Natures beauty was all around and we got to witness it daily from this amazing little cabin in the woods.

Super cute Casita in the perfect location for a ski get away and to explore the surrounding area. Everything you need for a comfortable couple’s getaway. The hot tub is great, location better.

This is a great property for a large family. Four full bathrooms, three bedrooms and a loft for our 6 grandkids. We could walk to ski or take the shuttle. A beautiful window in the living area with a beautiful view of the snow and the deer. It was clean and worked great for our family. Easy and prompt communication from the host.

Had a wonderful few days here. Perfect location to the ski area and to town. The house was beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely come back.
