Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a few doors down from the gorgeous City Park and two blocks from Colfax with a number of nice cafes and restaurants. Billy was super accommodating for early check-in and responsive to my questions.

Great place to stay. Home was bigger than expected, clean, & very well stocked with necessities. Host was very responsive.

My friends were visiting Colorado and wanted to spend the weekend in nature, Stillwater was the perfect spot to unwind. The house comfortably fit eight adults, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the home itself was solidly built, everything felt high quality and thoughtfully designed. It’s just a 15-minute drive to restaurants and casinos, but honestly, we barely wanted to leave. The weekend we stayed, it snowed, and waking up to the most picturesque view—snow-capped trees and a frozen lake—was absolutely magical. The host was also flexible with checkin and checkout which was much appreciated.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Thanks for being great hosts we appreciated everything.

From start to finish, our experience at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host/Amanda was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and providing clear instructions that made our stay so much easier. The property itself was stunning – beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Location-wise, it was ideal. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and we would not hesitate to book again next time we’re in the area. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great location between visiting national parks and downtown Denver. Very clean and near amenities. Older neighborhood and peaceful. Open space behind the home for walking.

Based on what I had experienced at Todd and Viri's place there needs to be another tier because they are more than super host. The place was easy to find and most of all clean and comfy. They are always ready to assist with giving local information about restaurants and shopping centers. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable private and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay in Maria and Gary’s basement apartment! Their place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed many walks around the lake and restaurants and visiting with family! Maria provided welcome snacks, wine, and drinks! We enjoyed all of it. Thank you Maria!

Very friendly hosts. Was nicely decorated and had all amenities as described. Digital lock on outside door and entry to the AirBNB is from inside their home. But we had no problem with it. Off street parking in their driveway. Nice location near the main shopping & restaurant area of town. We would stay there again.

Had a lovely time! Perfect location and the apartment has everything you need. We have two young kids and were able to sleep and hang out comfortably. The space was also surprisingly quiet. And the walkability is unmatched!
