We had a wonderful stay in Maria and Gary’s basement apartment! Their place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed many walks around the lake and restaurants and visiting with family! Maria provided welcome snacks, wine, and drinks! We enjoyed all of it. Thank you Maria!

One of the best places I’ve booked! Was very clean, and seemed recently remodeled. The only things I can say negatively are that the place is underneath a family that obviously has small children so you do hear them stomping around and crying, sometimes in the early morning and throughout the day — we just wore earplugs. And you do share the backyard where the kids play, but they cleaned it up before going inside. Other than that, my big dog had a little bit of trouble going up and down the slightly steep stairs, but that was no problem for us. All that being said, the neighborhood is nice, with good access to food and bars, and beautiful views. The host provided plenty of towels and even a goody bag in case of forgotten small items, which was very thoughtful. Overall a good experience!

The Stone House is a truly unique and well-maintained property with a distinct 60’s vibe that instantly transports you back in time. Artsy individuals will feel right at home here. I particularly enjoyed the fascinating collection of divination and ancient healing books, which added an intriguing touch to my stay. The host generously provides many thoughtful touches, including the use of her vintage record player and a diverse collection of records.

My friends were visiting Colorado and wanted to spend the weekend in nature, Stillwater was the perfect spot to unwind. The house comfortably fit eight adults, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the home itself was solidly built, everything felt high quality and thoughtfully designed. It’s just a 15-minute drive to restaurants and casinos, but honestly, we barely wanted to leave. The weekend we stayed, it snowed, and waking up to the most picturesque view—snow-capped trees and a frozen lake—was absolutely magical. The host was also flexible with checkin and checkout which was much appreciated.

JJ's listing is absolutely beautiful, from the back yard you have a mountain view, and a park/playground. very convenient location, with lots to do in arvada and very short travel to denver. loved that the listing isn't overly decorated, and full of clutter. This house was amazing. It was super clean, cozy, and welcoming. Getting inside was easy. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were fans in both rooms that we could use. The kitchen was stocked and had many things, including seasonings and spices that I wouldn’t have expected to find there. The neighborhood felt so safe. We walked to the downtown area a few times during our stay. Even at night, we never felt unsafe. The downtown area and the light rail are only about a nine minute walk. That was amazing because we utilized the light rail. Downtown has great restaurants. Perfect location.

This place is definitely one of my favorite AirBnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The place was very spacious and warm, you immediately feel at ease as soon as you enter, not to mention the view from the backyard is stunning. The host was also very responsive and extremely helpful, would recommend this airbnb to all of my friends and family!

The host/Amanda was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and providing clear instructions that made our stay so much easier. The property itself was stunning – beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Location-wise, it was ideal.
