Mahad, Imran, la moglie sono tutti stati gentilissimi e disponibili. La sera ho cenato a casa loro ed è stato come stare da amici. Una ospitalità sorprendente! La stanza è vicinissima al Souq ma in una zona tranquilla con ristoranti e negozi. Consigliatissimo.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig verlängern. Wir waren bereits mehrere male in Sifah und das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Somit alles ganz passend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Very friendly and helpful host, he was easy to reach at any time. It is in a beautiful and quiet location, with sea views. The facilities were good, everything was there. Highly recommended.

Great place. Nice and clean bed- and bathrooms, amazing view from the balcony and the location is perfect. Communication and check in was easy and fast. Would definitely recommend!

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

A charming, renovated villa with a pretty shared courtyard and within 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful bay and beach. The villa is simple and more spacious than appears though kitchen is snug! It is a very quiet town but this suited us perfectly as a place to relax. Qantab is close to many other places to visit too. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

My spouse and I stayed at this home, and Bader was incredibly precise, responsive, timely, kind, and patient. He guided us through every single detail. Beyond just the trip and the flawless home we experienced, I’m truly happy to have met Bader. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I sincerely appreciate him. As for the house: He had left some snacks and cold water for us before our arrival. Very clean. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Ich vergebe selten fünf Sterne, aber hier ist es wirklich gerechtfertigt. Die von Lisa vermietete Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und ist einfach der Prototyp eines Airbnb-Apartments: räumlich großzügig, insbesondere mit den zwei Terassen, praxisgerecht eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und in toller Umgebung. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man in der Wohnung immer einen Durchzug herstellen kann und so auf den Einsatz der Klimaanlagen gut verzichten kann - die Grenze zwischen drinnen und draußen ist aufgehoben. Zu den nächsten Restaurants ist es etwas weiter, aber die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - eine Heißluft-Friteuse (neben Herd und Backofen) haben wir noch nie in einem Apartment vorgefunden ... Elisabeth selbst ist sehr auskunftsfreudig, mit 25 Jahren Lebenserfahrung im Oman kann man sie alles fragen. Außerdem reagiert sie innerhalb von Minuten, sie wohnt nur einige Häuser weiter. Es ist wirklich rein nichts auszusetzen, daher vergebe ich hier 5 Sterne gerne.

Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament. Jest czysto, doskonałe miejsce dla rodziny. Byliśmy z 3 dzieci. 15 minut piechotą jest piękny park. W pobliżu 2 minuty od apartamentu są sklepy i restauracje. Polecamy to miejsce.
