We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Lezzeno. The location was ideal—situated right on Lake Como, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the serene beauty each morning was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless, clearly recently remodeled with high-quality materials, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was cozy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the incredible views. Our host, Emi, was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She also surprised us with an amazing gift basket, which made us feel even more welcome! The apartment is conveniently located close to the bus stop and and ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Lake Como. We can’t wait to stay again!

Cristina was a super great host. Everything was perfect. She helps us with everything we need, also she asks us everyday if we need something. Eros and Daniels place exceded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains—pictures simply don’t do it justice! The property itself is beautifully designed, modern but cozy! Eros and Daniel were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems around the lake that truly made our trip unforgettable. Our accommodations were spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities you’d need. It was truly a dream come true. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Lake Como, this is the place! We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

Traumhaftes Apartment in wunderschöner Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und viel unternommen. Da Nebensaison war, hatten einige Restaurants in der Umgebung (darunter das 50m von der Unterkunft entfernte) geschlossen. Durch etwas Recherche konnten wir dann doch noch ein paar ausfindig machen (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). Die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles zu bieten, die Kommunikation mit dem Gadtgeber einwandfrei.

Lucy est une personne extraordinaire. Très gentille et généreuse. L’appartement était hyper propre et très jolie. Je conseille à 1000%. Merci encore pour ce séjour très agréable ☺️

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön im alten Dorfkern direkt am See. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den See lässt sofort Ferienstimmung aufkommen. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

We loved our stay at Achille’s home! The location was perfect and the views were even more breathtaking than the photos. We arrived late at night, but Achille was very accommodating and gave us all the information we needed for finding the home and gaining access. All of the rooms were spacious, clean, and exactly what our family needed for our six day stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting Lake Como!

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

The apartment is in a great location, easy to access and ideal for bars and restaurants with a great view. Would definitely recommend and I would consider the same place if/when I can go back to Como

Loved this place! It's exactly what we were hoping for and Nicoletta was super helpful with any questions we had. The location is awesome with so many things to do in the area. Hope to come back here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The views are incredible and worth the price alone but the house is very well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with beautiful views of the Lake.

A Christmas 🎄 to remember. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us. We had the best time. Great things to see in the area and small local restaurants hit the spot. The home was as described, very well kept and clean. We loved watching the ducks and the amazing sun rises. We will definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in the lake.

Nos sentimos en una casa antigua de campo, con todas las comodidades. Oíamos el canto de los pájaros en la mañana y salíamos a pasear por el lago desde la parte de atrás de la casa, menos transitada y hermosa. Cerca de todo, a pocos pasos del centro de Verbania. Fiorella estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Excelente anfitriona.

An absolute little gem in the heart of Bellagio! Paola and Giorgio's place was the perfect place to stay. Such a warm welcome from Giorgio with so many useful recommendations for walks, trips and restaurants was the perfect arrival. We made lots of use of the patio area, which felt like a little haven, and the view from the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. The location was central without being noisy and the pizzeria a few steps from the front door was a great bonus. I would absolutely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage mit super Blick auf den See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermietung. Grosszügige Wohnung und mit dem Rollstuhl ebenerdig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Verkehr auf der Strasse draussen

Very useful and comfortable apartment for a couple. Really enjoyed the authenticity of the building and the handy location for all amenities.

Marianna has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Marianna was helpful in how to find her address, she came to meet us at the bus stop and told us where to get off. Through out our stay she struck the balance of being available to help but without being intrusive. Lezzeno is a lovely base from which to explore the towns up and down the lake, it’s easy to travel by bus or boat to various villages like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. These places can be packed with tourists so it’s nice to come home to Lezzeno at the end of a day, which is much quieter and less ‘touristy’, a much more authentic feeling town where locals live. Lezzeno also has some fantastic places to eat. Osteria Il Governo 1801 is especially good and Crotto dei Pescatori is also great. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay from which to see all that Lake Como has to offer!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist unbezahlbar. Ja unter der Wohnung verläuft eine Strasse, aber dies hat uns nicht gestört. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt uns sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt. Auch sonst war es sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Checkin war super einfach, da Alessandro mir detailierte Bilder zugesendet hat und somit sehr einfach zu finden war. Auch sonst hat er schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Danke dafür 😊 Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den See war traumhaft und hat den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und gut erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder – sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben es sehr genossen in diesem ruhigen authentischen Tessinerdorf. Da wir mit ÖV anreisten, hat uns Cleto unten am See abgeholt. Es fährt ein kleiner Bus einige Male am Tag hoch ins Dorf. Aber eher wenig und deshalb sind wir sonst immer gelaufen. Ca. 15 Minuten 400 Treppen nach oben oder unten. Wir gehen gerne zu Fuss. Aber wenn man kein Auto hat und nicht gut zu Fuss ist, ist es nicht so ideal. Ansonten war alles wunderbar.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianmario’s. The house was lovely and the view was amazing. We had our breakfast on the terrace every morning. You can also swim just across the street. Gianmario was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived quite late and got a bit lost without a car but Gianmario was super responsive even late at night. Walking the narrow streets beside traffic can be a bit scary so would avoid any longer walks on foot and take the bus! Overall highly recommend, gorgeous place that’s more peaceful and serene than somewhere like Bellagio, which you can easily get to by ferry.

Loved every minute staying at Rosanna’s. The outdoor terrace with an amazing view of Lake Como is spectacular. Such a cosy and comfortable apartment that we wished we could of stayed longer. Thank you
