Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

Monica is an amazing host, she’s very communicative and helpful, everyday she made sure we were comfortable and well. The place has an amazing view and it’s located near the city of Stresa when you can buy anything, eat and take a ferry on Lago Maggiore, I’d advise to rent a car because the roads are not built for walking The house is well equipped, we prepared food in the kitchen on daily basis and it didn’t lack anything The evenings where a bit cold and the heating season has not started yet, but Luciano prepared the fireplace every day and made sure we had enough wood :)

Enjoyed our stay at this place! Very quiet and peaceful and a close drive to Bellagio. Pay close attention to Vittorio’s instructions on how to get to the property and park the car since the roads are very tight and narrow. The instructions were very clear, but just be prepared to be drive on the narrow neighborhood streets, especially leaving the neighborhood to the main road! The place was kept very clean and lots of thoughtful amenities were available to us (food, drinks, etc)! Vittorio was very quick at responding to any questions we had as well and made sure to check in with us periodically.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Maggie was very nice and the place was exactly what we were expecting. They also kept the heating on so that when we arrived, it was warm. Definetely, will repeat :)

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb for our honeymoon and we cannot recommend it enough! The location is perfect, nestled in a lovely area that feels both welcoming and peaceful. We did a lot of research on the areas around lake como to ensure we were not in a super touristy area but could still walk places. The hosts were incredibly responsive, ensuring that every question we had was answered promptly. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the amazing food options nearby. We discovered several local restaurants and cafes within walking distance, each offering delicious meals with beautiful views. Overall, this stay exceeded all of our expectations, and we can't wait to return! If you're looking for a cozy spot in a quaint area this is the place for you!

Günstig und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, sehr sauber, extrem freundliche Gastgeber, die schnell und verbindlich auf die Reservierung und Anfragen geantwortet haben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!!!

I stayed with my family in Giulio’s house and definitely it is the best airbnb experience that I had so far. The place is CLEAN with everything provided by the host (towels, etc), private, and you have a lot of space with a garden where children can play. I recommend anyone that would like to feel at home near Milan airport (Malpensa) to get there.

Antonella's apartment was fantastic. Close to the train station, lake, and city centre, it is perfect for exploring Como. The three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is great and has typical Italian morning breakfast included which was appreciated. There is a large wrap around balcony to view parts of Como from. Very clean throughout, and Antonella was available for any questions. We recommend her apartment!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich war absolut zufrieden mit diesem Airbnb. Ich war mit dem Bike unterwegs. Von Locarno zum Airbnb hatte ich 15min mit dem Bike. Ganz easy. Es liegt schon etwas oben, weshalb man sicher immer fit bleibt. Der Bahnhof Minusio ist ganz nah. Davide reagierte ultraschnell und freundlich auf meine Nachrichten. Das Checkin war flexibel, was mir sehr entgegenkam. Die Bilder waren sehr hilfreich, sodass ich die Unterkunft gut fand und leicht einchecken konnte. Die Unterkunft ist top eingerichtet. Es hatte sogar Gewürze, Shampoo, genügend Tücher, allerlei Geschirr... Was mir ein wenig fehlte war ein Balkon/eine Terasse, wo man gemütlich in der Sonne hätte Morgenessen können. Abgesehen davon, eine TOP UNTERKUNFT!

My Family and I loved the apartment. Perfect location if you’re staying in Bellagio, everything is walking distance from the apartment. Once inside you feel right at home. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Ms. Francesca was a great property manager. She was professional and communicated quickly. The only con we had with the property is that there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment unit..so be ready to haul up your luggage’s if need be. Overall it was a great stay and fantastic host. Will book again!

Ich habe es geliebt, Annas stilgerecht renoviertes Ex-Asilo Infantile mit dem originell eingerichteten Apartment und dem herrlichen Blick über den Lago. Anna ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, jederzeit erreichbar. Das Apartment hat eine angenehme Größe für 2 Personen, ein großes Doppelbett mit sehr guten Matratzen, ein gemütliches Sofa. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Auch in der kalten Jahreszeit ist die Wohnung angenehm geheizt. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die mangelnde Schalldämmung zur oberen Wohnung, auch wenn die Mieter nicht "laut" waren. Von dem kleinen Bergdorf Dagnente aus kann man einige Rundwanderungen unternehmen, ein Highlight: "Die Bank" obenhalb des Dorfes mit einem phantastischem Panoramablick über den Lago. Von Dagnente gibt es einen kleinen Busverkehr nach Arona. Arona selbst ist ein netter Ort mit schöner Uferpromenade. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Wochenmarkt. Auf Wiedersehen im nächsten Winter.

El departamento es hermoso, grande y las camas cómodas. Había de todo para preparar el desayuno, también cosas como aceite sal ,etc para poder preparar comidas, además de artículos de tocador. No faltaba nada! Excelente calefacción. Muy recomendable.

The accommodation was very clean and Lidia was a friendly host. She served us something different for breakfast every morning, most of it made from produce from her own garden. We felt like at home and the breakfast was a highlight every morning. She was happy to give us tips on restaurants or hiking routes in the region. As you can see on the pictures the BnB has a beautiful view where you can relax. Thank you very much for your hospitality Lidia!

We had the most wholesome stay! Beautiful old property in the mountains, lovely and kind people, tasty breakfast and the cutest animals around (especially the two dogs piccolo and tex)! The room was also very cozy! We will be back! Sarah and Lindele

We absolutely lived our stay at Federica’s place. It has the views, history, amazingly renovated rooms. Federica and her mother made us feel right at home. There is beautiful place to walk by the water at the bottom of Cernobbio. Also an awesome hike to the adjacent town if you like that. Town of Como is also close with lots of restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommend anyone to stay with Federica, especially if you’d like to chat with locals and learn about the place.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Carna. Die Unterkunft ist kaum zu übertreffen, der Blick auf den See atemberaubend, ein schöner Pool und sehr feines Frühstück. Our stay with Daniele and his wife was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care that we instantly felt at home—better than home, actually! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully arranged, with a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and all the amenities we could need. Guests also have complete privacy, staying on their own floor, which made the experience even more special. The location is ideal, close to major cities but still peaceful and relaxing. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Daniele and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel like family. They helped us with everything, shared great tips for the area, and even provided a delicious breakfast that made the mornings extra special. This was hands down the best hosting experience we’ve ever had. If you're looking for warmth, comfort, and a true home-away-from-home, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

Gianluca est un Host sympa et très réactif, l'endroit est sympa, il offre un service restauration correct, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac de Côme, si on aime les hauteurs, la tranquillité, l'air frais, la nature sauvage, le village médiéval, et les lacs c'est la bonne adresse , sinon pas trop d'activité a signaler... promenade possibles dans le village. attention aux montées un peu sportives. à faire !

It was such a great pleasure living at Ettore's place. It felt very cozy, warm and I really loved the authentic heritage of the house being 600 Years old. As an Architect, it gave a lot of inspiration living there. The balcony has great view to the lake and you hear the beautiful resonating sound of the waterfall all the time. It helps you relax and be creative. 📖🍀✨️ The breakfast was beautifully laid out in the early morning and coming in and going out was easy to explore more of Nesso. 🌻✨️💯
