It is a great house, very well kept. Morgan is a great host, extremely flexible with the checkin n checkout times. We would love to go back.

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Port Elgin. The nearby beach is stunning. Lisa's place is clean and very tidy. It was comfortbale for our large wedding party. Excellent stay!

Ahmed is a fantastic host with a great home. Ahmed was very responsive and always reached out to see if we needed anything. My colleagues and I stayed mote than 2 weeks and it had more than enough space for 5 people. The house is very private and has a great outdoor space with a fire pit. I hope to return and stay again. Eugene was a fantastic host. The house was perfect for 5 couples. Comfortable beds and a great living area which worked well for a family get together. A special thanks to Eugene. We visited in February and a winter storm developed resulting in massive road closures. We had to extend our stay and Eugene was incredibly helpful in accommodating us for these extra days. We highly recommend this home.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was so beautiful, bright, modern & clean. It felt very cozy & inviting. Allie was very helpful & responsive, answering all my questions & providing advice. I would be thrilled to return someday & would recommend staying here to anyone else looking for a place in this area.

The location is central.. we were in town for a family emergency and appreciated the flexibility with the check in.. there is coffee right in the room and Tim Hortons also right across the street. Great unit, comfortable beds! Although we didn’t use the common areas, I checked them out and there are 2 outdoor saunas, wonderful lounge area and outdoor high top bar with bbqs.. Hope to be back sometime and be able to enjoy! Thx you so much! Host was very accommodating and very quick to answer communication!

My Family was very happy and satisfied, during their stay Lulu treat them not a visitor but more as a family, place was nice and well prepped. Highly recommended those who are looking for a place to stay in that area. Thank you Lulu.

I loved staying at The Roamin' Donkey. Mary Ellen and Don were wonderful hosts. Don gave us a very thorough tour upon arrival and made sure we were all settled in. Mary Ellen was always just a text away if we needed anything. The loft was very clean and cozy with little gifts for the dog and my birthday. The goats and donkeys were super cute and gave me my animals fix while away from home. Thank you Mary Ellen and Don for making my birthday a great one. I'd love to stay here again again.

We had a lovely stay. Nice and quiet. There is a private beach close by which was really nice with a beautiful sunset. Host is amazing and would stay again!

I would like to say from the beginning of booking my place with Faran, she was really quick to respond to any questions had and originally check in was after 3 pm but when i asked if it is possible to check in any earlier, she had checked to make sure the place was clean and ready to go which was nice and checked in before 3pm. After i checked in she messaged me to let me know there was a bag in the lobby with some extra supplies such as hand soap and other supplies which was nice because i didn't even have to ask, she was very proactive and very nice and pleasant to work with and i woukd definitely recommend her place in this condo and there is alot of amenities in condo such as swimming and bowling and pool and more. Im glad i had a great experience with Faran. Faran always messaged and said if there is anything you need or amy concerns please let me know right away so i can fix it for you.

This place has been one of the best places I have been to. Charlene and John are really great people who are welcoming, made us feel like home with everything available as described. The location and ambiance is great with peaceful environment and beach is just 10 minutes drive. Amenities like hot-tub, fireplace made the experience even better. We highly recommend visiting this place.

We had such a beautiful stay at Becky’s cabin! The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner, including a hot plate which was a nice surprise! The bed and pillows were very comfy. We also loved relaxing in the sauna. We were lucky to have a warm, sunny day to walk on the trail into town. Becky was responsive and very accommodating! We would love to return for a longer stay!

Loved the space! Hottub and sauna were amazing and so relaxing. 5 minute walk to great restaurants in town, free parking and right on the beach! Would love to come back and book again :). The host was quick to reply to any questions we had and super helpful! Thanks so much for the stay

Roland is a wonderful host! we stayed at his cottage during a snow storm and he was so accommodating about changing dates, early check-in and he offered that we can go back if get stuck in snow! we really appreciate that! the cottage looks waaaay better than the photos! all bedrooms were so spacious and the beddings were super comfortable! the whole cottage was at a super comfortable temptemperature aall the time! we had an excellent experience and we would recommend this cottage 100%!

We spent a wonderful two nights at Karen and Steven’s airbnb. We unexpectedly had the first snow of the year during our stay and it was like a magical winter wonderland. We felt so cozy inside with the fireplace watching the snow slowly falling outside. We went on an amazing hike on old baldy trail which was easily accessed right from the backyard of the property on foot. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and given the snow, we were thankful that we had great walkable options. We so hope to be able to come back and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the woods and nature. Thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful, cozy, private and peaceful log cabin. Everything you could ever need is available at this property, and our host Susan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Beautiful, quiet area, short walk to the amazing beach, and hiking/walking trail very close by. Highly recommend this wonderful property for a relaxing getaway!

Yurt was creative way to stay in the woods. We stayed in march, still snowfall but not too cold. Separate sauna is a treat. Read amenities so no surprises of what to expect. Overall, a lovely stay. Hosts are friendly and responsive and helpful. Knowing how to start wood fires is useful skill to get sauna and make use of fire pits, wood is provided by hosts. Would recommend to those who are looking for "glamping" type experience. We enjoyed our stay.

Neil has done an incredible job creating an escape amongst the tree on his wood-lot property. We’ve stayed in the cabin a few times now and it never disappoints. It’s a very cozy space and the wood fire stove keeps it toasty with very little effort. The breakfast is amazing - a basket filled with home backed goods and treats, local produce & preserves. More than enough for the two of us. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet private space to relax and unwind.
